"Great place to stay for a show at Vino Robles"
We really enjoyed our stay. If you book through the internet, call to see if you have been assigned one of their many handicapped accessible rooms. If so, the shower is a little tricky and they will change it if they can. Food at the restaurant was very good. Wine list surprisingly is very limited. Staff were all personable and helpful in every way. […] Very fine experience. Leave time to sit by the outdoor fireplace. Bed was very comfortable and size of the room was a real plus. Loved the shelves in the bathroom so you could keep your stuff organized, easy to reach, yet out of the way. Highly recommend! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"La Bellasera Is AWESOME!!!"
I would first like to give a rave review on the Hotels.com representative(Lindsay) that helped me to set up my reservation. She was very patient and actually went city by city down the California coast to help me find a hotel to suit my plans. Amazing service!!! The hotel was beyond what I expected. Not only was the room neat and clean, but the hotel […] staff was most attentive. Prior to my arrival I called the hotel to find out if any special touches could be arranged since I was surprising my boyfriend. Heidi was more than accomodating and had a complimentary chilled bottle of champagne waiting in my room!! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant Enoteca. The food was superb and our server Ashley was very personable and friendly! I would totally recommend this hotel. Paso Robles is a beautiful city. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Faux Luxury but Good Comfort"
This hotel is like the Disneyland version of a luxury hotel. The decor is a bit synthetic. That being said, however, the shower was great, the beds were very comfortable and the room spacious. I couldn't in good conscience recommend it without warning about the decor, but the comfort was undeniable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Gem of a Hotel in Paso"
A gem of a hotel in Paso Robles. Surprisingly well appointed and very large rooms. Centrally located close to downtown and the wineries.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Better than expected."
We decided to visit Paso Robles in the California Central Coast Wine Country. After an initial mix up that put us in a handicapped room, we were put in a very spacious and comfortable suite. We were given complimentary tickets to Wine Tastings at local vineyards. The hotel was very pleasant.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Good hotel for after winery hopping"
Very good service. Everybody was very attentive despite it was busy and short staff at my time of arrival. Early checking was not questioned.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel and location to visit many wineries in the area! Very comfortable room, friendly staff! Don't forget to ask about wine tasting vouchers!Genuine Expedia guest review
This was a pleasant surprise of a hotel. I really thought we would be getting a Quality Inn type of hotel room and this was quite nice! The amenities were great, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom had a large walk in shower (hate climbing into a pre-formed plastic tub shower combo). There was a deep, deep, deep jacuzzi tub in the room! We stayed […] overnight after a concert at Vina Robles Amphitheater and had a great time. I'm looking forward to the next concert so we can return because I'll definitely stay here again! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Conveniently located closed to area wineries"
I very much enjoyed my stay at La Bellasera. The facilities were a step above others in the Paso area, of which I am very familiar. Our room was wonderful, with a full Jacuzzi tub, king bed and sitting area. I would highly recommend this facility to others seeking luxurious accommodations in the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for Romance but not for Kids"
This place is nice if you want a nice wine filled romantic weekend with your sig other but with a preteen and a 5 year old not so fun!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to many wineries and downtown Paso Robles."
A car is needed to experience the Paso Robles wine country. The hotel's proximity to wineries and great resturants in the Paso Robles wine country make it a great choice. Our party of four was a little disappointed after a very long traffic filled trip up the coast that the restaurant Enoteca, on premises, could not seat us even though we arrived before […] closing time. They did offer to make a cheese platter to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ask for an upper floor room and you will actually have vineyard views. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice place, but near the freeway."
Great hotel. Lovely, clean and wonderful amenities They even have 2 sets of earplugs and makeup remover towlettes in the bathroom amenities tray. They gave us bottled water at check out. Nice entertainment in yhe restaurant and bar area. The free in room wifi was super weak and mostly unavailable. The only drawback is that although it's just miles from […] a main winery road and a freeway exit from the old town square, it is right off the freeway and in a very commercial area. "Amazing customer service!"
My cousins and I stayed her while on a road trip to Paso Robles. The staff was so accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the amenities are top notch.Genuine Expedia guest review
We loved our stay. We thought the hotel was located downtown and when we showed up it was not. The staff was great about a mistake that was made through an online booking service, they upgraded us and gave us a bottle of champagne. The concierge hooked us up with a lot of tasting passes. "Hotel close to freeway & noisy"
Hotel clean but the restaurant staff un0trained. For example on one of the evenings the restaurant staff member insisted on us making a reservation (the restaurant was 90% empty) & then proceeded to sit us. On the two evenings, the staff forgot to provide cutlery & had to be reminded twice after the food was served before the cutlery was providedGenuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent service and accommodations!"
We stayed here for a couple days while exploring paso robles and were blown away by the service. All employees were overly friendly, from the front desk to bell hop to wait staff. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit in the future!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great for wine tasting in Paso Robles"
We checked in to a warm welcome by a friendly staff. We were offered extra water if we wanted. We were asked if we needed any other assistance and received information about the hotel's amenities. In the morning we had a nice breakfast in the restraint and checked out at noon.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Overpriced and underwhelming"
I cannot recommend this hotel. Chose it do to high star ratings as a half way point between LA and SF.. They charged resort/boutique prices but the food/ambiance and service are sub par. The staff seemed overworked and disgruntled its sits right off the 101 next to a Hampton suites that I assume is cheaper and better run. No polish no finesse. My advice. "Nice place, location is not good."
We had a function to attend in Paso Robles on the same weekend as Cal Poly graduation. No hotels available that we normally stay in when traveling. Found this hotel and paid a premium price. Hotel is nice but too fake Tuscan for our taste. It is located sandwiched between another hotel and a dive motor lodge filled with questionable long term tenants. […] The freeway is a few hundred yards away as well. Our balcony overlooked all of this and sitting out there was like sitting on the freeway. Staff was very nice especially in Enoteca Restaurant. We were parked in the hotel parking lot and when it was time to drive home noticed that the sprinklers had been spraying the whole front half of our car. The hard water cooked onto the dark paint leaving hard water spots. I had to use rubbing compound and wax to get spots off. There are still traces of the spots. If we had been staying in a "cheap" hotel I wouldn't be as unhappy but we paid dearly for an ok hotel and had to clean our car afterward. If you are looking for a hotel in "wine country" this one is not set in the vineyards. Look at the map and make your decision. Staff was great and rooms if you didn't look out side were nice. Loved the hotel, but the location was not what we expected.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We only wished we could have stayed the whole weekend. With the town and the hotel packed out, the AC was overworked and our second floor room had extra heat from downstairs. Still a beautiful, did I say beautiful yet?, hotel. Thank you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good location for wine tastings off 46W."
We had a room with a balcony over looking hwy 101,. This hotel is located just off hwy 101 and 46W. There were a lot of birds overhead the balcony so needless to say , got hit with bird doo all over me while sitting out on the balcony. Would not recommend asking for a room with a balcony. Check the outside furniture before sitting outside with a glass […] of wine to ensuret this doesn't happen to you. Otherwise the hotel is really nice and very convient to the wineries off hwy 46west. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, although we had a reservation for three people, the room only had two glasses, coffee cups, etc. Also, the housekeeper did not clean or replace the dirty glasses each day. Luckily this was our only complaint.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good romantic get-a-way"
We had a great stay.. be sure to get a "whirlpool tub" room! The surrounding area is filled with great wineries and antique shops as well as Firestone Brewery which has a fun tour on weekends. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. We didn't think there was anything this good available in the area. We would definitely stay there again.
