The hotel was very close to the train station, which kept hauling luggage around to a minimum. Considering we were so close to the train station, our room was very quiet!

the hotel is at a good location. convenient to the train station, if you will be taking the train to other places. walking distance to shopping, restaurants. the rooms were clean and spacious, modern looking. staff very friendly, and spoke english, which is helpful if you dont speak dutch or french.

Loved this place. Its location was a bit strange -- on the wrong side of the tracks in Antwerp but a quick stroll through the combo train station/diamond district to get to it safely. The hotel is quite new and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed (two twins as king) in large room with extra chairs and desk. PLUS - a nespresso with 6 free capsules! […] Didn't eat there as the pedestrian only street is just outside the other side of the station. Also the tourist squares have nice cafe and can be reasonable if you shop carefully. Liked Antwerp -- only spent one night but would stay again if it worked into travel plans. Just a 50 minute bus ride to the Brussels airport -- more convenient than the train as you have to transfer on train. Bus stop is just outside the train station. Great beer cafe (just outside train station!) has over 300? offerings. Hotel staff was great. Read more

The hotel was a very pleasant experience. It is all new, very clean, and the staff is very warm and helpful. The rooms are much nicer than most European rooms, and the fitness and sauna facilities were great. The lobby has two nice computers with secure internet access. I will for sure stay here again! Great choice, and excellent location also - right next to the Central Station and the old city and shopping district.. The only problem I would mention, not fixable by Lindner, is that the Antwerp mayor should really work on cleaning up the streets around the Central Station. As a Belgian and precious Antwerp resident currently living abroad, I am ashamed to see my beloved Antwerp in such poor condition, with so much filth on the streets, much more crime, and dubious fast-food joints where once were beautiful classy terraces and flower parks. My first bit of advice is that if you arrive by train, take the Lange Kievstraat exit from the train station and save yourself the nearly mile long trek through the colorful neighborhood behind the hotel. The Lindner is a very attractive and clean hotel with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. The staff was cheerful, helpful, and friendly, and housekeeping was nearly surgical in the precision of their timing to clean our room. We never saw them but the the room was seen to every day, even when we didn't give them much of a chance […] to get in. We took no meals at the Lindner but Le Pain Quotidien is right next door and is quite good for breakfast. The Central Station is very close by. But the hotel is located in a charming little plaza so people who need to minimize walking should keep in mind that there's a bit of a hike to get to the street. The hotel is next to the train station and is very convenient if you are traveling by train, but not convenient if you're traveling by car. The hotel was far from the Grote Market, main attractions, restaurants, etc. and transportation to the main attractions was difficult to find. We arrived a day later than our reservation and because we made the reservation thru expedia we were still charged for 2 days instead of 1. At check-in we were told that breakfast was included in the price, but we were charged 18 euros/person and they would not credit us for it. Besides being conveniently located to the train station, shopping, etc., the hotel had a wonderful restaurant. The staff was wonderful; it rained one day during our stay. The hotel staff provided us with umbrellas. We live in the US, so we had some adaptors which worked in Spain but not in Belgium. They loaned us an adaptor for our full stay. I experienced very poor security in the hotel. While having dinner in the 1st floor restaurant, some of my personal belongings - laptop, kindle, passports etc. were stolen. I really do not want to stay in a hotel, where in a restaurant things will get stolen. This hotel is very impressive compared with other 4 star hotels in Antwerp. Location is very good for seeing the city as only a few steps away from the Central Station. This is a decent hotel within two or three minutes walk of Antwerp Centraal station. The rooms are a good size and are comfortable and have everything you need. Would recommend.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location and an extremely friendly staff (although it seemed like all Belgians are very friendly). Right in the Diamond district and neighbors to the Central train station and a Le Pain Quotidien for breakfasts/Lunches. I was happy with it as a choice for Antwerp

Mycket bra. Väldigt sköna sängar och kuddar. Badrummet var stort och rymligt. Extra plus till att man fick nyttja spa där gym fanns på 11:e vån med utsikt över city. Bastun var väldigt fräsch och rymlig.

Net hotel gericht op de zakelijke markt. Comfortabele lange bedden. Lekker ruime douche. We waren met 2 stellen. Onze kamers zaten naast elkaar met een tussendeur. Erg handig en gezellig. Het personeel was erg vriendelijke en attent personeel.

Lindner Hotel & City Lounge Antwerpen我們只待了一晚，隔日即前往阿姆斯特丹，因此鄰近中央車站是相當不錯的一點。唯一可惜的是我們中午check-in時並須等到下午三點才有商務客房，不然就必須降等到經濟客房。因此我們選擇掛行李先進行city tour再回到房間稍事休息。房間的設計.品味相當獨特，環境清潔，浴室也很簡單舒適。同樣的，we had a nice stay.

The idea was to have a comfortable stay after a late night in the city. When I returned to the hotel in the early morning I was surprised to see the reception lit only by candles. The night porter explained in a matter-of-fact way that it was planned maintenance by the electricity company. He gave me a torch to climb the eight storeys to my room, undress […] and wash in total darkness since there was no emergency lighting. I wondered what would happen in an emergency. Nobody had said anything about this planned power cut when I booked, when I arrived, or when I went out, and there was no information in the room. I complained to the duty manager in the morning about the danger, the high level of inconvenience, and the poor value for money. Although he apologised, he was unable to do anything significant. I was promised a telephone call from the hotel manager, but I am still waiting. I deeply regret my choice of this hotel. Read more
