It looks better from outside then inside. Very difficult to get in and out with a car. No WiFi in the room. Asked for an iron with an iron bord but they said that they cant provide it because they have only laundry service. They charge for drinks at dinner which is halfboard included in room rate whithout letting you know about it till check out.

Fabulous hotel in a stunning location However - our room did not have aircon. The staff were very quick to bring a fan which meant we had to have the windows open.Our room was 5 metres from the railway line so we did feel like we were sleeping in a (very warm)station

What a beautiful hotel. Every room is positioned with a view over the lake with the mountains rising above it. The rooms were large and comfortable and the catering excellent. The snow coniditons were spring-like and heavy at the time of our stay, but being in the hotel and enjoying its spa plus walks around the lake more than made up for that.

We had areally great time in gorgeous surroundings looking out on the lake and the snowcapped mountains in the distance. n Another time I thin I would go earlier in the year when the ladies from the Middle East were still in their countires.

Da vi kom til rommet, var ikke baderomsavdelingen helt rengjort. Bra service. Vanskelig å finne fram i hotellet. Alle fasiliteter på hotellet var utmerket. Personalet gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha det komfortabelt. Flott beliggenhet, men litt vanskelig å finne pga veiarbeider i nærheten. Omkjøring ikke godt skiltet.

Ett fint hotell med enkla, stora fräscha rum. Utsikten över sjön är makalös. Jättemysigt SPA, där man kan basta och sen kasta sig i sjön från bryggan. Vi hade halvpension och maten var helt ok, ingen ernorm upplevelse men ok. Bor gärna här igen.

Das Hotel gehört in jeglicher Hinsicht zu den TOP Hotels in Zell am See. Die einzigen Mankos waren das für uns zu harte Bett und die nicht (durch uns) regulierbare Zimmertemperatur.
