This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.

El hotel esta muy bien , limpio, la alberca muy grande, no tiene oleaje la playa ideal para niños , pero lo mejor de todo el Hotel es su comida , excelente calidad,variedad y buen gusto los felicito.

Buen hotel, excelente precio e instalaciones, el unico detalle que encontré fue que deben de cambiar sus televiciones, son antiguas y le dan una mala impresion al cuarto. Pero de manera general buen hotel, buena atención e instalaciones a un excelente precio.
"Falta mantenimiento y mal servicio."
Falta mantenimiento en algunas partes del hotel (mi TV nunca funciono), no hay salvadidas en la alberca después de las 6;00 pm por lo que tuvimos un problema grande con un señor que ya se estaba ahogando y lo peor de todo es que te quejabas con los gerentes y hasta con el subidrector del hotel y no hacían nada para remediar el problema. "Nada especial"
El hotel se encuentra al principio de la zona hotelera, que es la zona más antigua. O sea que queda más o menos lejos de las plazas, discos, etc (unos 10 a 15 km). La playa es pequeña y hay mucho zargazo en la orilla. El hotel es pequeño, lo cual a mí me parece una ventaja. El ambiente y la decoración me gustaron mucho. La comida es regular, la ventaja […] es que siempre hay algun retaurante abierto, al menos hasta las 10 u 11 pm. El servicio sin embargo no es muy bueno.
