Villa del Tepoz Fuego Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa - Tepoztlan

My husband and I loved staying here at the Villa! We were completely taken care of by Bruce & Marci and were able to fully relax! The food was amazing and so was their wonderful staff!! They all made us feel at home. We could not have asked for more!!!

Bruce and Marci are wonderful, helped me pull off the perfect romantic getaway with hiking, horseback riding, couples massage and to top it off an amazing private romatnic dinner by the outdoor fireplace. The food and service were outstanding, the room could not have been better - jacuzzi, private deck and bedside fireplace. We will be back!

This hotel was pretty, staffed with friendly people, and owned by a couple who made us feel as though we were their personal guests. The grounds are beautiful, there's interesting art, there's free wifi, and the views of the mountains around us were spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the various places (in the shade if you wanted it) […] where you could sit and read or, since I had my laptop with me, work. I can't say this is the nicest place to stay in Tepoztlan because it's the only place I've ever stayed there, but I can't imagine anything much better. Es un hotel pequeño muy personal, como a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Tepoztlán. Muy tranquilo, talvez demasiado para mi, pero fue una buena experiencia. Muy agradable en términos generales, tranquila, acogedora. Será necesario recomendar a los huéspedes eviten lenguaje obsceno cuando se encuentren en áreas compartidas; pues para algunas personas nos resuta molesto.

Muy buen servicio, aunque se sugiere solicitar a los huéspedes identificar y proteger el equipaje que se quede bajo resguardo para evitar se maltrate involuntariamente. Quizá sea necesario poner etiquetas que permitan identificar su contenido y a sus dueños.
