"Convenient to Wequasett Inn or Eastward Ho Events"
The beds, themselves were quiate comfortable, but the matress pads were lumpy and came untucked and bunched up. the sheets were of only average quality. The towels and face cloths were of good quality and more than plentiful--also imaginatively arranged on athe racks. The rooms are larger than usual for motels. The furnishings sturdy, the coverlets […] most attractive. The continental breakfast was plentiful and good (although our gluten-free daughter had a problem finding items she could eat.) The airconditioning worked well, and our rooms (we had two for four of us) were well back from the street and exceptionally quiet. We were on the secondfloor, which may have helped. The pool was large, well appointed and well kept. The staff were pleasant. In speakingwith the others at the wedding we wee attending, we may have been the most satisfied with our accommodations (and some were staying at places charging five times our fee) and the location was more convenient than those staying in Chatham recommended by the grooms family! staff was great we didn't have breakfast there because lots of places to eat in area with in walking distance nice outdoor pool only issue we had was beds to hardGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel room was nice but the A/C was not working right and the shower was very weak. The free breakfast was not very good. We had to go out and get breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff at the hotel was friendly. They allowed me to do a late check-out. Although I did not use it, the pool looked very nice. The hotel is old but it seems like the owners are trying to keep it somewhat up to date with fresh paint, carpets, etc. The beds were hard and the pillows were worse which resulted in a less then stellar nights sleep.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Affordable Motel near Nauset Beach"
Rodeway Inn is one of the typical motels nearby Nauset beach. It has numbers of restaurants and stores (including liquor) within 3 minutes walk, so it would be convenient if you're planning to set a base camp near the beach. It has a outside pool which is quite enjoyable and also has a yard which allows you to grill BBQ. Building and furniture is not […] new one but well maintained and clean. You can't rate it as a 4 star hotel, but it definitely worth to be rated as 3 stars. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Accomodating owners clean rooms. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast which was a bit below standard.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenience trumps luxury"
For the money this place is a good value. Convenient and friendly and clean...but it is an older motel and it looks it. Very low water pressure in rm 32 and it took about 15 min to get hot water... I have stayed multiple times before so I know other rooms are better. I will go back but try to avoid #32.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pitch a tent on the beach instead"
This place is awful. The furnishings are old and drabby. I had to let the water run for nearly 10 minutes before getting any hot water. The shower was the wimpiest I've ever seen - a garden hose would have been better. You'd be better off pitching a tent on the beach.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not recommended...There has to be a better option!"
This place was horrible. From the very beginning with the rude clerk at the check-in, it was a stay that I'd like to forget. First of all, from the outside, it looks like a great/charming hotel. Also, the rate that was offered that night wasn't too bad for a summer night on the Cape. Probably the only good part of this hotel (aside from the way it looks) […] was it's location, and fairly comfortable beds. The bad...: The room smelled like mildew due to the fact that they haven't renovated the place in at least 15 years. The smell was quite bad! The coffee machine didn't work, as well as half of the outlets. That continental breakfast they offer? It's nothing more than some frozen bagels and juice. They also don't offer 24 hour coffee, which to me is a requisite that is met by even the cheapest of hotels. The bathroom had a timed red light for one of it's lights. What was the purpose of that?! Finally, the walls were paper thin, so any noise from the outside or next door was heard quite well. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good value, quality, and location"
Just a brief stay off season to bike on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and found the motel in good condition and a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, well appointed, and the staff helpful and accomodating. Free wi-fi and parking is always a plus. I would recommend and would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This motel was clean, efficiently operated and convenient for an overnite stay while visiting family. The front desk manager was polite and friendly. I beleive it is good value for the money.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good location for Cape Cod travel"
OK Rodeway. Mr Patel needs to look at electric power wiring. My kettle use caused the lights to dim. Suspect too many outlets for supply.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This is an old fashioned drive up motel. The motel looks like it could use some renovation. The rooms have been recently painted and the grounds were nicely maintained. Furniture and decor are out of date. It was difficult to adjust the AC to a comfortable temperature. For the price and location it wasn't bad.

"Great location for beach vacation"
08/10/14 capistrano99 Toronto
We booked this Inn for a short visit to Cape Cod to take advantage of the beach and local attractions. We arrived early and found that they were accommodating to our 'check-in early' request and booked us into a second floor room end unit. The room was very spacious and clean with microwave and refrigerator. The Inn is located along a strip that is walking distance to stores, restaurants and other shops. The drive to Nauset Beach (which is our main reason for visiting) is about 10 mins away. Many of the other Cape attractions are about 30 mins away as well (Provincetown and Hyannis). There are laundry facilities on site, which is handy if you are staying longer. The cost to wash and dry is $2.00. They also had a basic complimentary but very acceptable breakfast selection in the morning from 7-9/10am. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and we have no problem with recommending it and would definitely return again.
"OK Hotel for what we were looking for."
When all you are doing is using the room to shower, change, and sleep, it was perfectly fine. It was clean, and that is all that really matters. I think when you have as much traffic in and out, as they do on Cape Cod, it is hard to keep a place looking luxurious, however I still don't understand why they can't put up bright curtains and put on bright bedspreads. It would do wonders for the overall look of the rooms. But, it was clean, comfortable, and convenient.
"Old, but serviceable"
08/05/14 Christopher D Boston, Massachusetts
Stayed with a friend. Checked in around 3:30, got a room with two queens. Room was dated but clean, beds were comfortable, parking was adequate. Hotel was relatively quiet. Had two queen beds, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Hotel offered free wifi but it didn't work very well, if at all. Continental breakfast was provided the next day, nothing spectacular. Overall fine, but way overpriced. Probably had something to do with the Pan Mass Challenge, but the Cape is usually booked around this time of year, so I don't know.
"Nice clean hotel"

We stayed 2 nights but were only going to stay 1. When we saw how comfotable and clean the hotel was we stayed the extra night. Also the central location to the many sights and activities on Cape Cod made it an easy decision.

We stayed at the Rodeway for one night for a wedding. We called that day to see if we could get in the room early to get ready for the wedding. They called me back and we were able to get in the room 1 1/2 hours early!! The room was clean. The WiFi was great. There was a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Best of all, the bike path was right behind the hotel! 22 miles long! http://www.mass.gov/eea/agencies/dcr/massparks/region-south/cape-cod-rail-trail.html Continental breakfast was perfect...fruit, bagel, yogurt, coffee for us, but they also offered cereal, danish and an assortment of other items. Would stay there again.
"Great management staff; great room - excellent Cape location"
07/29/14 Halrice Las Vegas, Nevada
Enjoyed our four night stay in very nice two-room double with two flat-screen TV, refrigerator, coffee/tea, excellent complimentary WiFi - very good continental breakfast in the morning - though some sort of eggs (hard boiled?) would be nice. Best of all is management and staff who are super friendly, helpful and always on hand to help and answer questions - and very accommodating to requests. Location is fantastic with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loads of parking spots. Large and clean outdoor pool. Definitely recommend a stay here for the convenience to all areas of the Cape. But don't expect 5-star amenities - but what they do offer for a fair price is totally adequate when you're sleeping at night and away during the day.
"Well-priced for the area, but still just a motel."
07/13/14 IMoveALot Buenos Aires, Argentina
The positives: Spacious room with a large, empty refrigerator. The free continental breakfast was ample for a motel and kept well-stocked. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. Good location to reach some of the nicest beaches on the Cape (Coast Guard Beach, Nauset, Skaket), if you have a car. Centrally located to other attractions: 40 minutes to drive to Provincetown, 20 minutes to Chatham. The price was good for the area, if you only want a short stay of a few nights on the Cape. The negatives: it's still just a motel (even though you're paying hotel prices in the summer). The cleaning staff left our front windows opened/unlocked while we were out. The mattress was old and had an indentation in the middle of it that my husband and I kept rolling into while we slept. Rooms could use a makeover. Location is not a nice walking area (on very busy highway without a lot of crosswalks), although there are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. There were a bunch of construction workers apparently living at the motel for summer work and the ones next door to us had some sort of drunken fight at 3am.
"Very Clean, No-Frills, Value Hotel"
07/07/14 soxfan_bill Boston, Massachusetts
Just returned from a 3 night July4th getaway..to the Rodeway Inn. This hotel is perfectly located for an outer-cape holiday; the rooms are sizeable and comfortable; and the pool is well kept. The staff is not only friendly, but it cleanliness is clearly something they pride themselves on which is particularly welcoming as a temporary home-away-from-home. The hotel itself is dated, and in need of an upgrade, sure - but in my experience an upgrade inevitably means prohibitive increases in rates (see Ocean Mist Hotel, West Yarmouth). I have but one suggestion for management - that all housekeeping services should be performed by noon if possible...otherwise, this hotel provides a pleasant stay at a great value.
"Pleasant stay, great value"

We booked the Rodeway Inn for several days over Memorial Day weekend, and had a very nice stay. Our room, although not fancy, was clean and neat and included a refrigerator. The breakfast was satisfying and had ample variety. And the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a good value and was accessible to many popular sights on Cape Cod. We would definitely stay there again.
"Nothing special, but decent"
03/29/14 FlowerLife22 Boulder, Colorado
This was a typical economy style lodging motel. It was a little run-down motel- they are fighting to keep it clean and decent. Price is affordable and comparable to the amenities. No complaints, but no raves either. Just a place to rest your head. I would ask for a second floor room, as there was a bit a noise associated with our room (typical for a motel though). The girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful.
