"overpriced, but clean and close to key sites"
ok lodging in small units. very basic furnishings but all ok and clean. shower pressure ok too. general impression though is that it is way overpriced. this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in our yucatan autotour, and by far the least fanciest. they enjoy their quasi monopoly on hotel booking websites; once there, we found that there were a lot […] of nicer options, just not available via web. the restaurant is passable and features tourist prices too. Very over-priced. Pool filter was turned off so all the leaves were floating on top. There were only 3 plastic lounge chairs with pads and they all were cracked down the middle. Lighting in room was inadequate.

Très joli hotel, très écolo. L'absence de climatisation m'a un peu fait peur au début, mais le ventilateur de la chambre est très suffisant pour conserver une température correcte. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Vraiment rien à dire, si ce n'est le prix des repas un peu élevés, mais la nourriture est très bonne.

hotel ligt erg centraal ten opzichte van verschillende sites. Fijn zwembad en goed restaurant met vriendelijke bediening. De kamers zijn prima, ruim en schoon. Wel last van muggen maar het ligt ook midden in de jungle!
"leuk hotel"
Toen wij er waren was er al een nieuw zwembad met ongeveer 10 nieuwe ligstoelen, ruim voldoende dus! Ligging is prachtig en kamers zijn netjes! Restaurant was prima, zeer gevarieerde kaart en de kwaliteit van het eten was goed! Zeker een aanrader dus.

"Chicanna ecco village resort"
Bien qu'un peu cher pour le Mexique et le confort global, cet hôtel dégage un charme certain. Par contre très mauvais service de restauration qui privilégie l'accueil des groupes au détriment des individuels.
geen faciliteiten om hotel heen. te klein zwembad met maar drie!!! ligstoelen eten erg duur en niet lekker
