It was great. Friendly staff, huge room (very high ceiling, great !), superb location, excellent breakfast buffet, very good maintenance in general. The only thing I was not too crazy about was the view from my room (it was facing another building), but that's fine since everything else was excellent. Another thing was trying to control the water temperature in the bathtub was a bit difficult.

Great hotel for people who dont plan to spend much time in the hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are small, but it was exactly what I needed, just somewhere to sleep. If you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere, if you're in Dusseldorf to see Dusseldorf, stay here.

Had to walk up a couple of flights of stairs and there was some late-night noise from the street, but if you don't mind those inconveniences, you'll get a fine room at a cheap price, and the location is excellent -- the Rhine on one side of the hotel and the bars and cafes of the old cobblestone altstadt on the other. Great breakfast and atmosphere in the dining room.

The hotel was clean, but not what I expected, it is not so close to the down town city center of the city, but neighborhood safe.

"iPhone & iPadのアンテナは悪いと聞いて・・・"
レビューやホテルの情報では書いていないことを書きます。フロントでwifiのIDとパスワードをもらい、１Fの部屋で使用しましたが繋がらない・・・。再度フロントに行くとiPhoneは繋がりにくいと言ったでしょ、と訳の分からない言い訳。すこしがっかりしました。でも芭蕉は文句ありません。HBF北出口から道を渡って左手に１００mほどのブロックの角にあります。Europcar（レンタカー）に近いからよかったです。レーベも目の前にあるので、iPhoneユーザーにはお薦めしませんがふつうにPC使いたい人にはokかと思います！

Отель находится примерно на одинаковом расстоянии от ж/д вокзала и центра старого города в 20 минутах ходьбы, на улице, по которой можны выйти на набережную в районе порта и прогуляться до старого города. Русскогоговорящий персонал на ресепшене очень приветливый, быстро заселили. Номер комфортный, просторный, маленький плоский телефизор с одним русским […] каналом, большая ванная комната (в наличие жидкое мыло, шампунь в пакетиках и салфетки). En helt greit hotell. Ikke så langt å gå til nærmeste trikkeholdeplass. Lite støy fra biler. Gode senger. Greit renhold. Hyggelig betjening. Flott matsal, med en helt grei frokost. Men heisen var utrolig treg da, det er vel det eneste negative jeg kommer på. Gratis nettilgang, men kun i resepsjonsområdet og muligens i frokostsal. Prisen var også veldig […] grei. "Gutgelegenes, sehr preiswertes Hotel"
Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig, ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gepflegt und sehr preiswert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich kann das Hotel unbeschränkt als Ausgangspunkt für Stadttouren in Düsseldorf empfehlen.

仕事の関係で利用しました。 初めてなので、他のホテルがどの程度のものなのかわかりませんが今回は必要な事だけを調べ出発しました。 現地の距離感が無かったせいもありますが、市街地までは結構時間がかかった様に思います。路面電車に乗れれば問題ないかと思います。私はよく解らなかったので利用しませんでした。部屋は毎日綺麗にしてくれています。従業員も普通に良いですです。部屋で煙草が吸えなかったので困りましたが、煙草が高いので逆に良かったかもしれません。この値段で朝食もついているので旅行だと良いと思いますが、仕事では少々疲れました。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルぐらいです。安心感はありました。

hotel genomen i.v.m. beursbezoek Keulen. Niet geweldig. Wel netjes maar niet uitzonderlijk. weinig te doen om het hotel, de buurt is niet geweldig. Slechte parkeer gelegenheid, in een parkeergarage paar honderd meter verderop voor € 13,-.

Fint lille hotel ligemidt i Düsseldorf. Tæt ved indkøb og cafe. Det er dog et problem, at man ikke kan parkere tæt ved. Der findes godt nok en garageplads tæt på, men det er kun til MEGET SMÅ biler. 5 min. gang derfra er der dog et stort åbent 24 timers parkekeringshus i Luisestrasse. Rigtig god morgenbuffet i hyggelige omgivelser.

Das Bad war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Komfortabel war das Einzelzimmer leider wenig (zu kleiner Tisch, Fernseher brüllend laut beim Einschalten). WLAN war zwar kostenlos (nur 24 Stunden?), dafür war die Einwahl unnötig kompliziert: So konnte ich z.B. zwei Tage lang im Hotel nicht ins Internet. Umfangreiches Frühstück von durchschnittlicher Qualität, […] leider sind zu bestimmten Zeiten die Plätze im Frühstücksraum zu knapp gewesen. Quite nice hotel. Nice, clean rooms with new bathrooms. Close to the city center. The elevator is really small and slow, and some parts of the hotel (like the stairs) smell a bit funny (like drain). Otherwise the overall impression was ok.

Ganske fint og flot hotel. Havde mulighed for sen indcheckning. God beliggenhed for tures mål, billigt, tæt på cafe og restaurent. Fin morgen buffet. Manglede parkering, men mulighed for dette indenfor gåafstand! Ikke noget problem.. Kun en enkelt overnatning og fornemt til formålet!

Et enkelt hotell som ikke egner seg for personer i rullestol - trapp for adkomst til hotellet og til frokostsal. Også trange rom med dusjkabinett som er vanskelig tilgjengelig. Heisen var også liten, og verdens tregeste! Negativt for støy - dører tok ikke av for støy fra gang, og det var dårlig isolert mellom rommene. Et helt greit hotel med akseptabel gangavstand (10-15 min) til Kö og Gamlebyen. Rent og ryddig, men ingen informasjon om hotellet/byen på hotellrommet. "Minibaren" var flyttet til resepsjonen der man kunne kjøpe drikke og snaks. Frukostbuffeen var ikke så stor (vi savnet f.eks bacon eller noe annet varmt til eggerøren...). Het hotel ligt relatief gunstig t.o.v. het centrum. ca 10 minuten lopen van het treinstation en 15 min van het 'altstadt' uitgaansgebied. De kamer was enigzins bkrompen gelegen naast de noodtrap en geen vrij uitzicht uit het raam (open raam leek me niet veilig) een alternatieve kamer was niet voorhanden? Leider konnten wir überhaupt kein Auge zu machen, da irgend welche Idioten die Nacht zum Tag verwechselt haben.Musik sehr aber wirklich sehr laut - buchen würden wir es nicht mehr.

Venligt personale og der er rent og pænt. Der er ikke trådløst internet, og værelset vi boede på var temmelig lille. Dog var der et fint nymoderneniseret badeværelse med badekar. Morgenbuffeten var ganske udemærket, klassisk tysk med masser af pølser.
