This hotel is an easy 2-3 mile drive from the historic downtown sights for a significantly lower rate than a downtown hotel. They have an hourly shuttle in the evenings too. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a good value. We were very satisfied.

I booked this room a couple of days prior to my stay. Everything was smooth from arrival to departure. Bicycles and beach chairs easily available. Walking distance to most retaurants. Good experience for a last minute trip to the beach.

We travel all the time this inn honestly was the best place we have ever stayed. The owner was there he is very nice the staff was great the rooms were second to none I will defiantly be back.

I live locally and had not heard of this inn - My mother gave me a night's stay as a birthday gift - Everything was extremely quaint and lovely - When they found out it was my birthday at check-in, a complimentary bottle of champagne was provided...AND...when we came back from dinner, the staff and another couple sang to me as we walked in the door […] - Breakfast the next morning was a wonderful touch, as well as the Folly Punch that was being served at check in - Nice to know that this establishment is basically in my backyard...wish I could treat myself to the experience they provide every weekend :) Read more

From the minute we checked in until the minute we left, we were absolutely treated like royalty. Upon learning that my husband's birthday was that day, there was champagne on ice in our room when we returned from dinner. All in all, it was a lovely getaway.
