They first charged us double for our deposit. Then since we left early, they gave us a fee for not informing them in a timely manner. The hotel manager said the linens were dirty so we had to pay for them. We were fined for "dirty linens" when they didn't even wash them! We had to bring them home, wash them, bring them back and some they would not take […] back so we were fined. This hotel knows how to make its money and that is why the rate is so cheap. I did not know that this was an extended stay hotel. I would have checked in before the event we were going to instead of making someone come down at midnight. I was also confused about the rate and details because I only wanted to stay 3 nights and they said I was registered for 7. Since that did not change my final bill it was ok. Well, we never stayed at an extend-stay hotel before. We were desperate for a hotel because all the hotels were booked because there were so many events this weekend, so we ended up here for 2 nights. It was just, okay. The employees were super friendly. Because it was an extend-stay place, the office was closed quite a bit. Did not open at all on Sunday […] and closed at 7p Friday. Not sure what time they closed Saturday. However, they do have a maintenance guy who lives on premises if needed. (We did not need him). It is not a quality built building. You could clearly hear the person above us walk around, loudly, and heard the drawers open and close. This sort of thing drives me crazy. The bed was a 4 inch mattress sitting on a wood platform (no springs). It has a kitchette which was nice, although we did not use it except for the fridge. Again, this place was okay. Would we stay at this place again, or at an extended-stay hotel again, probably not. Read more

The overall stay was quite pleasant. The staff is friendly enough. I thought I saw something that stated the room would be cleaned on a certain day (Tuesday). Well, it wasn't. My son and I were there 11 nights and the room was never cleaned. The main issue is that our sheets were never changed. It's also very annoying to have to take your towels to […] the office to do an exchange which means you have to do it their business hours and the office isn't open on Sundays. My main issue with the room was the bed which is just a mattresses on some sort of wood frame. There is no box spring. This becomes uncomfortable after a few nights. Lastly, please be aware that you have to take ALL of your own kitchen wares in order to cook and eat. The only items provided are ice trays. Read more

As far as hotels go, this was a good value for the money. Good location, clean, the beds could of been more comfortable, the only think I didn't like was the smell of smoke in the hallways, when you got off the elevator, other than that all was good. But as the saying goes there's still no place like home.
