They may have a dial to make the bed softer or firmer but either way its still like sleeping on wooden board. Go down the street for breakfast too.

The room was large, clean, and the beds very comfortable. The only thing wrong is that our room was near the ballrooms and we could hear the music coming from a wedding. Good thing we have an iphone with WhiteNoise App.

LOVED this hotel. The staff was courteous , helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and very clean. I will stay there again when I go back. GREAT VIEW of St. Mary's of Notre Dame grounds. The perfect getaway!!!!

The hotel was lovely and the restaurant was great. The best thing about this hotel was that we had a significant snowfall during the night - and the hotel staff had cleaned the snow off everyone's cars by about 6:30 a.m.! I had an early morning meeting at the University, and for someone to have done that for us was just exceptional. The only things […] I didn't like were the "curlicue" lightbulbs in all of the lamps. The lighting in the room was extremely poor, especially if you have to read in your room before a conference. Also, one of the news channels were "censored," cleansed of shows with a certain viewpoint. Whatever. I have traveled a lot and have never had any hotel clear my car of snow before! Read more

My seven year old son and I had a great time with the pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was really good and a great value for all the food options. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. The staff was very nice and eager to make our stay pleasant. The pool was perfedct for my young children as it s only 4 ft. deep, We had food from the restaurant and it was delicious with a great selection. We will be back.

I really liked their workout facility and their hot-tubs. But didn't like their hours of operation. Beyond that, the hotel was nice and clean and I had no issues with this hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. I'd stay here again.

Hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. We actually had an injury on our trip and had to go to the ER. The staff was very accomodating they gave us a wheelcair to use and offered to do anything they could to help. We were there for the ND football game. The room had a program and a bag of carmal corn. The food at the hotel was great. Had room […] service the one night and eat downstares the other and was not disapointed. Great location if going to game. The hotel itself is beautiful. I was visiting my sister at her near by college for her birthday weekend. The room itself was really nice, however there were unopened condoms in the night stand. Not the biggest deal but made me a little cautious as to what else they may have left or housekeeping missed. Our room keys also "deactivated" after we left […] our room. We had to have them reset and at one point one key card didn't work at all. It was a pain coming back to our room with all our luggage just to have to go back to the lobby to fix the cards. Check out was at noon the following day. We had house keeping knocking on our door at 9:30am. Once they woke us up we couldn't fall back asleep. They then came again at 11:00am while we were getting ready. Personally I don't enjoy being woken up two and a half hours before check out. We were up late enjoying the city and to be woken up so early was quite annoying. After we checked out I realized I had left my laptop in the room. I called to ask if house keeping had found it and told them exactly where t was. Iwas put on hold so long that I hung up since I had to return to the hotel either way. The desk clerk said they never found it. I described again to him where it was and that I was positive I had left it. He finally went to check himself and returned with my laptop they insisted was not there. Overall the hotel is a very beautiful place but when I make future trips to visit my sister I can guarantee I will Not be staying at the Hilton. Read more
