Everything about the hotel was nice. The rooms had a crazy strong fragrance (like mens cologne) that overwhelmes you as you enter the room. I had the same experience at this hotel one year ago. This was my 3 rd time at this hotel. It's still the best choice for hotels in Ukiah, as far as I can tell.

Our bed was very uncomfortable which was a bummer; however the shower was great! It was a good height for my tall husband and it stayed nice and hot. Unfortunately my sister-in-law's room did not have a shower curtain:(

i was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. i have stayed at a couple others in the same town, which i was not as pleased with (tho they were slightly less expensive). we had our dog with us, so we found this hotel that is pet friendly. she was totally comfortable there too. the staff was exceptionally friendly. my only complaint was that the tile […] floor in the pet friendly room didn't seem very clean. i walked around barefoot for only a minute or two before getting in bed & then when i got in bed, realized there was a bit of dust on my feet. other than that, it was very nice. we'll definitely be staying here next time we are in town visiting our family. Non-Smoking room had a bag over the smoke detector and smelt like a chain smoker was in there. Sat on the bed and the bed collapsed-- the bed frame was already broken and stuck underneath the bed and the box spring was cracked. Needless to say, it was not easy to get a good nights sleep.

We were given a handicapped room although it was not what we had requested. The room was decorated very nicely and everything looked fairly new. In the bathroom however, the shower fixture was leaking between the hose and the shower head and water was squirting all over the place when we showered. The faucet also leaked around the handle. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Air conditioner had to be reset to turn on and frig was turned off, but once on worked well. For a continental breakfast it was excellent. Room was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. No view of anything, but we weren't staying for "the view". If you are just traveling through, be sure to make a point of finding the downtown area of Ukiah. Very charming with nice stores and restaurants around. We went to the Ukiah Cinima 6 movie theatre on South State Street and it is a gem! And nicely […] air conditioned. This town is the county seat so it's bigger than it appears from the freeway. My 12 year old son and I stayed in this hotel en route to Laytonville on June 29th. We enjoyed time in the pool (no hot tub) though it is small but fine since we had it to ourselves. We walked across the street to Applebees for dinner (very friendly waiters and attentive). We were disappointed in the included breakfast as we had read great reviews and […] were looking forward to same but by 9:10am (open until 10:00am) on Sat morning there were no sausages, eggs, hot chocolate left. We actually saw people throw away food. Can't really blame the hotel too much as greed definitely played its part. Our room was lovely and very modern and clean. Loved the containers of ear-buds and make-up removers in the bathroom. Nice extra touch. The refrigerator was not plugged in but a sign thereon clearly explained how the hotel was trying to stay green and if you plugged in, it would be ready in no time. It was just as they said. Would definitely revisit. Oh, for those coffee lovers, Starbucks is directly across from the hotel within walking distance. Read more

This is a good choice for an overnight stay. Comfortable and clean, with easy access to a couple of restaurants, a Walmart, and the 101 freeway. The breakfast buffet was good as well, a nice perk included with the rate.

Had a great time driving up to see the redwood trees. A must see. The rest of the time was spent at a wedding outside of Willits up on a mountain home. Views were great.

The both rooms(1 king, 1double queen) were spacious and clean. All of the staff from Jamie and Emily at the front desk to the breakfast lady were very polite and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast, […] though not gourmet, was a lot more than the stale bagels and weak coffee I was expecting. Eggs with either cheese or ham, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit and even homemade waffles were offered. They made traveling with my mother-in-law almost enjoyable.
