At first I was a little concerned since I was staying at hotel in the middle of nowhere. Initially I thought that the rate for one night was a little excessive especially because I wasn't booking the reservation around any major holidays or events. However, when I arrived the customer service at the front desk was top notch and super easy. When my son […] and I got to our room I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was first of all huge, and second of all it was very clean and well put together. The appliances were clean (microwave, mini fridge, & coffee maker), and the electronics were all new and up-to-date. I can safely say that the free breakfast was the best and had the most variety out of any hotel I have ever stayed. It was very quite, and we had not even one disturbance. We have stayed twice at the hotel. Both times everyone has been nice. My husband was leaving on Sunday morning and his truck had ice all over the windshield. He was scraping it off and the night clerk was getting off and helped him get it off with a hot towel. Great guy!

The hotel way very good, the staff had a list of resturants, and they suggested going to Wakulla Springs State Park to see the Manittees. It cost $6 for my wife and I to get into the Park and it was well worth it. We saw the Manittees up close and personal.

The hotel itself was nice, and the room was quiet. Not at all like the other reviews that I've read with the paper thin walls. The check in process was fairly quick and the person at the front desk was polite. The room I stayed in was supposed to have a queen pullout couch in it but it did not. The parking lot was a little small for my taste but thankfully […] I was able to get in early to get a space. The continental breakfast that is provided was quite nice with a large selection. Overall I would recommend this hotel although it is a bit far from most things. Again thankfully I was visiting family in Crawfordville which was about 15 minutes away. This motel must have just been built. the rooms are great size and very comfortable and clean. It is out of the way unless you are going to one of the nature preserves in the area but it is a great stay with good size breakfast offering.

The hotel is good, but the location is in the middle of nowhere. The rooms and the beds are like you expect from a best western hotel - good. Breakfast was included but not really big. All in all it was ok.

I guess the only this that was not excellent is the location. (although the drive from Tallahassee was very pretty!) . We were visiting our son at FSU and it does take about 25 minutes to get to the hotel from FSU. BUT we really loved teh hotel and will stay here again. It is worth the drive. High recommend!!!

The location is a bit remote creating a quite and restful atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained.

This is a brand new hotel with all the aminities a travel could expect.It was our best choice as it is conveniently located close to wakulla spring but a bit isolated. I will return again without hesitation. The staff is very friendly but requires more training.

The Best Western in Crawfordville, Fl. was just as advertised...clean and fresh. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The hotel is about 10 minutes from restaurants, but there are a variety to chose from. We ate at a local buffet, Savannah's Country Buffet, and the food was home-cooked good. Got to the Motel and everything was just as I wanted. I had my card number stolen before I got there and had to cancel it. They understood and took care of everything, no worries mate.
