"Nice hotel, but..."

When we arrived, the hotel let us check in early (by a few hours!) and seemed very comfortable. It was clean and the staff were courteous. What was frustrating was that we were very specific in choosing this hotel because it had a pool/jacuzzi and a fitness center. First, the pool/jacuzzi was outside - not a big deal except that the water in the jacuzzi was not hot - it was barely warm, and turning the jets on didn't help...it definitely disappointed us, so we moved on to the fitness center. I really enjoy running on a treadmill - olyptical's don't work so well for me...unfortunately, the treadmill was out of order, and it appeared that it was going to stay out of order for a while. There was also a problem with the outside door lock to the pool - you could not get back in because the lock didn't read the hotel's keys - we were told that someone had been called about it (a while ago) but had not been out to fix it yet - to me, it was bad service for the hotel to not find someone else who would come out and fix it for their guests. Finally, the shower in our room was fine for water pressure, but the water definitely could have been warmer. I had goose bumps in the shower, and I only had the hot water on. If these things had not been issues, out experience would have been perfect.

"Nice Hotel"

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very good because it is near the Outlets and we love shopping.We were also 20 min. from the International Bridge we had a good time. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thanks

Very nice, make your waffles at the breaksfast bar was cool.Big screen plasma in the lobby is nice.The location near the outlet mall was the best shopping.Loved the refrigerator,microwave in the room.Close proximity to the border.

I found this very new hotel, excellent. The bed was more comfortable than my home, which made me want to live there rather than my house. The front desk help was a little slow, and should consider putting phone call on hold and address the costumer at the desk first. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the RG Valley.
