This hotel is a very nice place to stay, easy access to all of Cheyenne and rooms and staff were great. Will stay there again on next trip to Cheyenne.

I was stuck in Cheyenne due to road closures so we stayed at this hotel that was right by the high way. the neighborhood was ghetto and the smell from the local refinery was very strong. Despite all of that they have the nerve to charge me a $250 charge to my card, saying the room smelt like smoke, but NO ONE in the rooms smokes!!! They didn't even […] call and tell me, they just charged the card. I will never stay at this location again and if disputing the charges doesn't work I will never stay at any Marriat chain again. As a former Marriott employee, I think the customer service was excellent. This is not my first stay in this hotel, and when I need a room in Cheyenne I will come again. CTL

The staff suggested restaurants to go to, answered questions; only bad thing, pool wasn't open.

My Wife was extremely happy with the service provided by one young man at the night desk. He was certainly a lot of help.

We stayed there just one night but it was very comfortable, quiet and clean. We will definitely stay there next time we were in town.

I was rather disappointed by my stay for the following reasons: 1) My keys were turned off and I had to get them reauthorized the second day of my stay (lugging things up and down to floor 3 was very inconvenient); 2) the hotel was not as close to the conference center as hotels.com indicated it was; 3) the air conditioner would not turn off all night […] and I ended up having to put a comforter and pillows over it all night; 4) the Jacuzzi was broken and in need of repair; and, 5) the breakfasts were really of a low quality (even spotty apples and green bananas). Sorry, but this was not a very good hotel experience and since I do stay in LOTS of hotels I do have a lot to compare with. Read more

Too close to the freeway, can't change that now though, duh! Thankfully there was a white noise generator in the room, I slept sound.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to do so. Have always had courteous statt and a clean room and a nice selection on breakfast

nice hotel but the noise from the freeway is ridiculous. the breakfast was nice. no where close to eat dinner if you are towing anything like we did we had to unhook our trailer. also really dont have trailer parking.

We found this hotel on-line. It was my first time to book with them. Everything worked out find.The visit was pleasent our girls loved the pool. Plus the breakfast was del.... Will stay ther again if we are going that way.

booked for memorial day weekend, flew in from LA, & was unable to check in any earlier than 230 pm. staff at night is a bit thin, had to wait about 10 minutes for help at 10pm. parking is not adequate when hotel is full. one night, a motor home & truck/trailer parked sideways across an entire row of spaces. there is space in front of property to put […] in extended parking otherwise, i always stay there when i visit cheyenne, about twice a year. FAR better than the holiday inn, next door. the rooms are always very clean & comfortable. great to have two areas, 1 for sleep, 1 like living room. nice to have frig, and 5 whole pillows on the bed. The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great as well. Unfortunately, it sits RIGHT on Interstate 80, and I should have known something was up when there were earplugs in the room. It is almost impossible to sleep as trucks and cars zoom by all the time. Great hotel, but terrible location. Go somewhere else.

The personnel were wonderful. The great room where the breakfast is served is huge and allowed others a place to sit during the day if want. Coffee was 24/7 and they even had a small "market" to purchase items forgotten. The room was so nice and clean. Impeccable service. Would stay there again if ever have to go through Cheyenne, Wy again. Heated […] pool and spa area seperate from main rooms for more privacy as well. I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The only thing I wish they would change is the time you can get the breakfast. I know a lot of people just don't want to get up early just to eat breakfast. It being a help yourself should let it go till 10;30-11:00. The week I stayed there I never got to have it. Weekends were till 9:30 weekdays till 9;00. So I […] had to go buy breakfast everyday. Newer hotel located right off the interstate. Spacious rooms with a nice sitting area for a place to relax. Only thing to note is request a room on the main entrance side as the traffic from the interstate can be noisy at peak traffic hours.

The facility itself and my room in particular was excellent. Even better, it was about 1/2 the price of the comparable Hampton Inn. Good breakfast also.

Your hotel was very clean and the rooms were fabulous. They were decorated nicely and very clean. The coffee maker did not work and we had to report it twice before anyone exchanged it out . Also had a problem with the billing, but the overall stay was very accomodating. The staff was friendly for the most part.

This hotel is well-kept and convenient to the interstate. Only a couple of miles from the historic train station and State Museum (which is well-worth spending at least 2-3 hours). The pool is small, but adequate. Overall, a very nice stay.

Stayed 2 nights for a cribbage tournament. The hotel was really close to the "downtown" area and the surrounding neigborhood was fine. The hotel itself was quite nice, very clean and seemed relatively new. The pool and exercise facilities looked really nice. The Hotel appears to be near new, the surrounding areas are under new construstion or vaccant lots, the interstate access, traffic lights, midians, and street signs made access difficult and some times confusing. The room was very well appointed, the bed and bedding was great, the big screen TV needed a rocket scientist to figure out the remote. The […] bathroom was a bit small which was probably due to the sitting area, desk and countertop sink, under counter refridgerator and a microwave in a cabinet. Probably could have relaxed if we would have had the time. The elevator was always busy and had very abrupt starts and stops which was hard on my bad knees and back. For the size of the hotel it should have had more than one elevator to reduce crowding and waiting. We were disapointed in the breakfast area and the hot breakfast offerings. The seating area was to small as it was full and people were trying to navigate thru the tables, chairs, and others to get to and from the serving area. The eggs and sausage were in a warmer, but were cold. The waffel mix was bad, it did not cook well and was dry when I took a bite, I don't think you could have buttered or syruped it up enough to make it edible. A bit disapointing to say the least, I have stayed in lesser hotels with a better breakfast. I think we could have enjoyed our stay if we had been in less of a hurry to get things done, but we were on the clock to attend this wedding and festivities afterward. Room rate was excellent, especially considering that it appeared to be a new hotel. The place was spotless and the employees friends and helpful without being overly sappy. Location was a quick and easy jaunt off the highway and the room was perfectly designed. We loved every minute. Ohhh---kid friendly and HUGE BREAKFAST!

This is located very conveniently which also makes it a very busy hotel. It was so busy that breakfast was out of the question because of the lines. The rooms however are quiet.

The hotel was very clean and had friendly service. The breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffin, yogurt and cereal. Fast and free wireless. Nice but small workout room. I was concerned at first due to this hotel being so close to the interstate, but I was unable to hear any traffic inside the hotel. Overall, I will stay here  […] again. Read more

The hotel itself is very clean and nice however the location (right next to !-80) made for a lot of noise. My room was on the highway side, but I suppose a room on the other side would be better. I would recommend requesting a room not facing the highway if you are staying here.
