The shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice too. Staff was friendly. The heat and air in the room worked well also. The price of the room was reasonable also.

nice comfortable, quite, the bed seem to lean to one side, but all in all it was a well kept hotel, freindly staff, and within walking distance of a good reasonably priced resturant, i would stay again.

Very satisfied with the room & service of the hotel. First morning (Friday)the breakfast was good and had many choices to pick from. The second morning, got down to breakfast with about an hour to go. It was empty and was not being re-stocked. Went some where else for breakfast. The third day, got down early and it just wasn't as good as the first day. […] Orange juice machine was broke and no juice was put out in it's place. This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed in, REALLY! I left something by the computer and went back to my room, a few minutes later we get a phone call telling me I left it there. Although the hotel is very nice,I was suprised they don't offer a military discount. Also the only complaint I have is I found a small amount of mold and mildew in the shower. The gentelman that checked me out did say they would take care of that problem ASAP. As nice as this hotel is they should not have this problem at all.There was also some plastic […] wrapping on the floor by the couch. Housekeeping needs to step it up. The room and staff were terrific - with one exception - I specifically chose this hotel because of the availability of wireless internet access, essential because I was traveling with nothing but an iPad. We decided to get away from Dallas and come to Killeen to visit friends and our old church for Christmas. Our room had a full kitchen and I liked how they stocked it with all the comforts of home. If one had to cook, you could certainly make due. They even had a few bags of popcorn you could eat while catching a movie on tv. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the amenities such as the popcorn and coffee was good. Walls are thin could hear hour long alarm in other room. Staff was extremely helpful in resolving issue. Overall a home away from home to say goodbye to our deploying soldier.

Hotel room was roomy enough to have a couple of guests for entertaining. My son is stationed at Fort Hood and has small living quarters. So it was a nice choice for the size, comfort, location, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family. The one thing that we didn't like was that the sheets did not fit the beds well so you were always waking up to put them back on correct. Aslo, it was not posted anywhere that we saw other then our rooms that the evening food is only served Mon-Thurs. The Marriot was very accommodating to all of our needs. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was able to cook a home cooked meal (which he hadn't had for a long time) for our army soldier in the kitchen of the suite we stayed in. Very nice hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. My family and I enjoyed our stay here this summer. The room was excellent. It was clean and it had a small kitchenette. Breakfast was hot and the food was good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Honestly, this room/ hotel was a lot nicer than I expected. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Members of staff were very helpful (especially when we needed new sheets/ more soap around 11pm) Housekeeping was great- working around our habit of sleeping in.
