I think the hotel is in a much older building which they remodeled to make it look more contemporary. Rooms were ok but there were a lot of stains on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. Floor looked kind of dirty so I wore my shoes inside the room when normally I would be barefoot. Rugs could have used a good cleaning. Also saw some evidence of termite […] damage. Not saying they have it now, but maybe the bldg did at one time. It could have also been some water damage that I saw near the window seal. Room was very spacious, modern and suitable for longer stays (kitchenette). We were unable to take advantage of any amenities because of late arrival and early departure. Weird hotel and room lay-out, but large bathroom. No sheets or blanket on sofa bed . Only one person at front desk to check in customers. Breakfast is only served at 7 am, too late for many customers leaving before 7 to catch early flights. Free shutle is convenient , especially for 1st stop at small train to terminal 1.

Clean, large, comfortable room close to Airport. Poor security. Smokers would go out side door of hotel and leave door unlocked. Side door did not lock automatically. We spent one night at the hotel for a layover in paris. We were looking for something inexpensive so we went with only suites. The shuttle was clean but it services 4 other hotels in the area so you have to stop and wait at each one. Guessing it was about a half hour ride to and from the hotel. It was also musty smelling because the air does not circulate in the room unless the room key is "plugged into" the wall. Hotel is under staff - 35 minutes waiting to check in! TV was not working except for chinese russian or arabic channels! Very noisy being at the airport. Avoid the shuttle has it will take you more than 30 minutes to complete a 3 miles ride !

Shuttle: It's free but slow. They make over 5 stops to and from the airport and ours is last. The time schedule is inconsistent. It runs every 40 minutes and the ride is about 25 minutes long. It DOES, however, take you right to the train station. Runs between 5:30am-12:00am, so if you're coming off a flight at odd hours, be sure to hail a taxi. If […] you can, take the Relais Spa or Novotel hotel shuttles and walk next door/across the street to CDG Suites. Hotel Staff: They are multi-lingual for only basic questions. The manager is EXTRAORDINARILY RUDE, spoke VERY LITTLE English, and and never answered the front desk phone. The lady working mornings is the ONLY nice one downstairs. Room: There is an incredibly comfortable queen size bed, remote control blackout shades, heated towel rack, kitchen in suite and a separate living space. The bathroom setup is weird because there is a large window INTO the bedroom and the curtains can only be opened and closed from the bedroom side. Exercise Room: We NEEDED an exercise room and this was just awful. There's only 4 machines. The bike seat was broken, the elliptical inoperable and the treadmill was loud and old. Do not stay here if you plan to workout. Food: There is NOWHERE to eat in the surrounding vicinity and the cold case of food selection they have is HORRENDOUSLY overpriced and gross. Hotel price is decent. Service is average. I asked for a morning 8:00 A.M. wake up call. But, the front desk forgot it. The Black Bus from the airport terminal to this hotel is terrible. I waited over 45 minutes for it in the cold, outside of the terminal. This bus, which is free, is quite irregular. So, be prepared for the wait.

Very nice hotel. Convenient with the free Black Bus that takes you to CDG every 15-20 minutes. Hotel room was large, clean, and well equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, cook top, etc.). This was a nice hotel with lots of space. You're getting a studio for a very good price, and it appeared very clean and well-maintained. It's no frills in many ways, so if you need dinner I'd suggest having it before arriving or you're going out again. Luckily, there's an awesome touch screen message board with tons of local restaurant information, […] and tourism maps at the front desk so you can find whatever you want. If you're coming from the airport, allow 30 minutes from the Bus/Commuter Rail (RER) terminal by BlackBus, and a little less if you're coming from Terminal 2. It is only about 15 minutes when you head back on the bus to the bus/RER terminal, however. You can catch CDGVAL from there to terminal 1. If you don't mind commuting into Paris--a good 60 minutes each way--then this would be a great place to stay longer-term for leisure travelers. Paris hotels are a lot more expensive, and the BlackBus and RER run very often and are efficient. (Get yourself a Paris Visite card from RATP to complete the picture with the "suburbs" add-on and the RER is included from downtown!) You could use the kitchenette in the room as well if you don't want to eat out--Roissy has a little supermarket (Casino) not too far away. I'm a fluent French speaker, but not many Anglophones are. Luckily with this hotel you don't need to be...the desk clerk spoke very fluent English. She spent quite a bit of time in the US, and it was obvious. I'd definitely stay here again. Read more

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. FRONT DESK WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY. ROOMS WERE NOT COMPLETELY MADE 2 OF THE 3 NIGHTS THAT WE STAYED THERE. THIS HOTEL CAN NOT BE IN THE SAME CLASS AS MARRIOT. NOVOTEL OR IBIS HOTELS. I WILL NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE.

We had an overnight layover in Paris on our way home from vacation and couldn't stand the idea of sleeping at the airport. The Only Suites was a quick (free) shuttle ride away from the airport with a big comfortable bed and for a reasonable price.

Beautifully appointed rooms but the kitchenette was not well equipped (no coffee maker, no dishes or utensils). The lobby could be cleaner, the breakfast is too expensive and not worth it and there is not much food to buy at the counter. Otherwise, it is a great hotel for an overnight at the airport

My husband and I stayed at the Only Suites Hotel prior to our departure from the airport. We took the shuttle from the airport after taking the train from Paris to CDG. The hotel was very clean and the check in employee was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was ok, though a little IKEA-esque and our room seemed a little beat-up and dusty. But wow, are the staff rude! We had a last minute change of flights, so I called the hotel the day before and requested early check-in, but when we arrived at 11:30, the awful man at reception told us there was no way he could let us into a room before […] 1 and that he was doing us a favor since check-in technically isn't until 3. There isn't anywhere to go in that area and we really needed to shower before going into town, so we waited in the lobby. While waiting we attempted to ask this guy a few questions, like where is the bathroom, what is the wi-if password, how often does the airport shuttle come around, and each one was met with a one-word response and lots of eye-rolling. At 12:30 another guest arrived and was immediately given a key to her room, so we asked about the status of ours. He shrugged and said "I guess it's ready." Ugh.
