"Outstanding Hotel and Service"

The hotel occupies the top floors of an office building -- RICOH, I think -- with the main lobby, bar, and restaurant on the 16th floor and the guest rooms on the higher floors. A pair of elevators takes you directly to the main lobby from the ground floor. The views from the main lobby are impressive, especially at night when the Tokyo Tower is lit. Throughout the hotel, the decor is similar, modern and minimal. The guest rooms are compact but well appointed to maximize the space (e.g. flatscreen TVs mounted on the wall, built-in closets, hidden refrigerators, etc.). I stayed in two separate rooms, and both were very clean and comfortable. All of it -- the atmosphere, rooms, and service -- was wonderful.

First of all, this hotel is easy to access. It is near 新橋(Shinbashi) station for about 6 minutes walk. (If you don't know how to find the hotel, you can try asking the subway station's staff. They are familiar with the local environment.) Next, there are convenient store, super market ,post office......near the hotel. Ginza is a one minute walk. Most important of all,the hotel is fantastic.Magnificent Tokyo view, friendly and nice staff, clean and fabulous rooms, reasonable room rates.....Thus,I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. (In my opinion,it is as great as Ritz Carlton Tokyo but the price is much "friendly".)
"The best hotel in Ginza"

The hotel and service was impeccable. The location was excellent, near transport links and in a GREAT part of Tokyo. The room was perfect with the most amazing views. If you are going to Tokyo this is were you NEED to stay!
"Premier hotel with a personal touch"

Location was perfect, metro and train is just 10 mins walk away from shimbashi station, coupled with excellent customer service and a friendly smile. It definitely lives up to the reviews. Rooms were lavishly furnished with big bathroom with a view(of course you need to choose it). Down side is with that kind of money you are paying, you would thought they will go the extra mile, and in this corporate world, it is hard to get. I tried my luck with requesting for late check out with the reception and was flatly denied, with information that they charge for late check out, to add on I was their member. Disappointing, if they would had offered, it would definitely be a 5 star for them.

Our room was much larger than I expected, having read other reviews, and completely spotless. The bed was comfortable and the room had free wi-fi and a fridge which was handy for storing snacks and drinks during our stay. The room was very modern with all mod cons-there was even a switch in the bathroom that allowed you to view the skyline through the window while showering! The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, with a great grasp of English, and very accommodating- they held on to our luggage for us while we visited Kyoto for a few days, saving us the hassle of dragging it on and off the shinkansen. The location was perfect for exploring the city and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

I stayed two nights in a twin bedroom and I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room as it was quite narrow. My aunt literally walked into the full length mirror on her way out from the bathroom with the kettle in her hands (the full length mirror did a good job there!). That’s how narrow the room was; two steps from the bathroom door and you hit the mirror. Another issue I had with the room was the quilt; they need to select something more breathable as I was woken up in the middle of both nights and found myself sweating heavily. It didn’t help even after I reduced the room temperature. Maybe I should have increased the room temperature and sleep without the quilt instead! Nevertheless, the room was clean and location was pretty good. The hotel description was pretty accurate too on the walking distance from the train stations. Walking back to the hotel at night is not a problem even for ladies. Will I go back? hmm…maybe not!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for our honeymoon! One word, perfect. Despite it being a small room (perks of Tokyo) it was a great hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, they also spoke very good English too! Certainly a very good hotel for a honeymoon! The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and the bathroom suite was incredible! (A wet room AND a bath tub, with views of Tokyo!) A huge bonus was that the hotel was very quiet despite being in a very busy part of Ginza! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
"A gem in Ginza"

I LOVE this hotel! True the rooms are tight, but which hotel in the heart of Tokyo isn't? Everything about this hotel - from their sophisticated reception, service, speed of wifi, selection of amenities, view, decor, high tech controls for temp, lights etc were all very impressive. I especially liked the adapter they had in every room which is compatible with Apple products and Blackberry etc as very cleverly designed. When it is raining outside, they will put out towels at reception for guests to use freely. They are also generous in lending out umbrellas. Also in the reception area, they have a postal/delivery service counter set up in case shopaholics get carried away and need to mail anything back home. I almost wanted to keep this little gem to myself.
"So sophisticated hotel"

You can enjoy excellent view and high-quality hospitality. The bed made me felt like floating in the middle of Tokyo-sky. Bed and pillows are quite comfortable. I got good morning after sound sleep. Try ‘view switch’ in bathroom! Bathing salts are complement. Beautiful breakfast with views gave me full of charge. Its reception is scented nice. I hope more consideration for non-smoker at café….
"Great location slightly small rooms"

We stayed for 4 nights so the room which felt compact to begin with started to feel claustrophobic in the end. Having said that we do know it's tokyo so all rooms are small and the rest of the hotel was fantastic, location was excellent and we got an amazing deal given it was golden week. The service was great though and the room was fantastically clean and not at all tired with amazing ceiling to floor windows giving an excellent view. All in all a great hotel for a short break any longer and I'd pay for a larger room.
