Good location, Nice room, Good breakfast. One complaint. Internet connection wasn't working, I was directed to call a tech support center and was on endless hold before I just gave up. Hotel should be more accommodating in helping guests with tech problems

Best hotel EVER. room even had a dishwasher. served to order breakfast. free cocktails every afternoon. 1/2 mile walk to everything. safe, clean. GREAT price.

This hotel appears to be an old apartment complex. While it is clean, there is no atrium to have breakfast in or at the manager's reception in the evening. Seating is cramped and not very comfortable. Also, have stayed in other Embassy Suites in DC and Memphis and never was limited to 2 drinks at the manager's reception. If you plan on parking in their […] garage bring a small car, my Chevy Silverado was difficult to get in and out of the tiny parking spaces. At $26 a night, there should be larger spots. Read more

Room is much smaller than any other Embassy Suites in the US. Bathroom is awkwardly layout. No tub, just a shower stall, when you finished shower water is everywhere. For the price they charged, this is not a nice place to stay.

Everyone was friendly and professional. You could tell they take pride in their hotel. Notre Dame Cathedral is only 2 blocks away and once you start walking, you feel like you're in Europe. There is nothing like this anywhere else in North America!

We travel to Montreal at least twice a year, and stay at a different hotel with each visit, looking for the best value and experience. Our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton on the fringes of Old Montreal was very positive. Even though we had only one overnight, this suite would have been great for a longer stay, with its tidy kitchenette complete […] with fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The jetted tub was a treat. The decor was sleek and attractive, and use of space very efficient. Complimentary cocktails and a full buffet breakfast made this hotel a great value. Its location is ideal, only a few blocks from the heart of Old Montreal, the convention center, Chinatown, and the city's Metro line. Staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the very busy weekend, when a motorcycle show was drawing people to the convention center across the street, and lots of guests to the hotel. My only complaint would be that room service trays left in the hallway by a neighboring guest the night before were still not cleared by mid-morning the next day. The rooms were gorgeous and the hotel offered great service. The breakfast was really rich and the hotel offered free drinks and snack in the evening! The hotel is also very close to the metro and is just all around pretty. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for New Year's Eve 2011 and it was great. The suite was very spacious and nice. the staff was very friendly and the hotel in centrally located. We loved our stay there and will be back this summer.

Jetted tub was nice and large. Complimentary breakfast and evening drinks are nice incentives to stay. Staff is very helpful. Water from the faucets/shower has a very small, hard to find range between too hot and too cold.

We spent five days over the holidays at the hotel, with two suites for other family members. The hotel was very welcoming, and we all thouroughly enjoyed our stay

The Embassy Suites is a great value. The room was spotless, large and stylish. The kitchen area was brand new and very convenient. The bathroom was as large as a NYC apartment! This hotel is a great value for the price - the rooms are spacious, the free breakfast is plentiful and they even given you two vouchers for free drinks at the hotel bar. The entire staff, especially the concierge, was friendly and helpful.

in the hotel's description they say there is a shuttle to the airport, but in reality they don't have one

This hotel was such a perfect find for us! This was our first time to Montreal so we really had no idea where to go. This hotel was ideal for us, traveling with a small child. Plenty of room for everyone. Only complaint is that the breakfast was really not good. We skipped the free breakfast the second day and ate elsewhere.

The room had a stale food odor and had some to be desired in level of cleanliness. The staff was friendly but lacked total knowledge of the tourist attractions. Hotel had some nice amenities such as free breakfast and free drinks at happy hour. View from room was horrid, not surprising because we used hotel.com and hotels tend to put those customers in less than ideal rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel with central location and close to Vieux Montreal and all the nice pedestrian areas. Breakfast, 2 alcoholic drinks per adult a night and free wifi were extra perks. My husband and I went to Montreal for our 9th anniversary and stayed at the Embassy suites. The room was simply beautiful and well worth the price. This hotel is in a great location. Right across the street in the Metro, 2 blocks away is Chinatown, and 2 blocks the other way is the Basillica de Notre Dame and 2 large banks with free ATM machines. To boot the hotel give out free drink tickets for happy hour and free breakfast vouchers!! You also have a kitchenette in your room with a full sized […] fridge/freezer, kitchen sink and counter, and a microwave. If you want to save money and are traveling by car, I would suggest bringing some foods you can microwave, and drinks. I will definitely be staying at this hotel next time I go to Montreal! This hotel was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having a fireplace in our room as well as the full kitchenette. The location is perfect for walking to Old Montreal and other areas. We look forward to coming back! The free breakfast buffet and free drinks were a plus. Definitely a good value for a family trip.

When we checked in, we told the person at the counter that we need a parking space. She did give us, but she has never told us it costs $25/day! They did give us a discount when we checked out. But now usually parking is free if we stay in that hotel.. well, at least they should inform us, or sign something first.

This hotel is AMAZING. Everyone gets a suite!!! It's better than Intercontinental and it's cheaper. The rooms are absolutely huge- you get a HUGE fridge, bathroom, kitchen sink, microwave and DISHWASHER. You also get a free breakfast and free happy hour drinks!!!! Can't beat that! I was a little disappointed in the so called suite we booked thru Hotels.com as it was not a suite at all, but the location of the hotel is very good - close to subway and Vieux Montreal. The evening drinks were wonderful and exceeded our expectation, however breakfast was a little dull.
