This was a great place to stay. The lobby was very nice as well as the room. If I had a complaint it would be that parking was not free ($8 per night for self park and $12 per night for valet). The staff was very courteous and the valets had our car out front everytime before we got outside. Watch the room service fees however. We paid $50 for an omelette and 4 mini waffles. Ouch. The proximity to Branson Landing could not have been better. Great restaurants and night life were well within walking distance.

We totally enjoyed our stay..the room was nice, the hotel itself was nice. No free internet in the room was a bummer, paying for parking was another bummer, for the price these services should have been included. Overall we were pleased--just for that price you usually get soooo much more. I would stay again and I do recommend this hotel.

I thought this hotel was at least 3 blocks from the Landing, but to my surprise it was just right across the street from the Landing. We walked right out of our hotel and went shopping at the Landing and to the older shops downtown. It was great. The hotel was beautiful, and very up scale. The employees always smiled and was very nice and polite. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. The pools were a little small, but they were fine for our kids. One down side to the hotel was that my husband and I looked forward to setting at the poolside bar, but it never opened the entire time that we were there. I am very picky about were I stay, but would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel to other picky people like myself.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this Hilton, the rooms are very nice, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. During one day of our family vacation, we went to Silver Dollar City (SDC). While on our way back to the hotel after visiting SDC my wife notice she did not have her wedding ring. We figured out she either left it behind in our room in the AM, or worse yet, perhaps lost it at the theme park. When we returned to the hotel we found it along with a note from the maid telling us she had moved her ring away from the sink and drain. You can't put a price on honesty & integrity!

great hotel and nice and friendly staff; but the nickel and diming you for additionals that other hotels give you just seemed wrong. The hilton is among the highest priced hotels in the area and if the convention building would have been else where I would not have stayed there. I would have stayed in one of the golf condos for the same price or at one of the other hotels on the loop for about half. Then the Hilton charges $10 a day for internet and $8-12 a day for parking. with all the business conventions they get I am sure they do very well on these up charges but it seems wrong to me.

My husband and I went for a romantic weekend getaway. We had a great time shopping in the Branson area and this hotel was right across the street from a shopping area, Branson Landing. There have been too many times I have booked a hotel online and it turned out to be a dump. NOT in this case. This hotel was everything I hoped it would be and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I read every review of this hotel before I went and the main complaint was other guest's service. But everyone from the front desk to the wait staff was impeccable. One of the things I enjoyed most were the feather pillows and down comforter- just like home! We felt like we were being pampered the whole time. I believe that every dollar I spent for this hotel room was worth it. I promise you that you won't be dissapointed if you book this hotel,it was outstanding. It was better than any 4 star hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon in Hawaii. Thank you to all at Hilton Branson Convention Center for a wonderful stay.
