This was one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at together! We loved our room!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel by shopping areas"
The beds could be more comfortable but I like softer beds so the beds might be ok for most peopleGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very clean and highly recommend this hotel"
Fantastic experience. Hotel allowed us to check in early and stay late. Hotel pool was great for the kids too.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel; close to Branson Landing"
They couldn't find my Expedia reservation when I checked in. However, they did provide free breakfast and valet parking to make up for the delay I experienced on check-in.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel was close to downtown shopping and dining."
Loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again!Genuine Expedia guest review
"A great place to stay and see downtown Branson"
Me, my wife and two kids stayed at the Hilton Branson Convention Center on Valentine's Day. What can I say, there were no babysitters available. Anyway, we walked to the Landing for dinner and let the kids swim in the indoor pool. I highly recommend a stop in at Level 2 Steakhouse for the 7-layer chocolate cake, or better yet, have them bring it to […] your room. You can also walk up the hill to classic downtown Branson shopping spots like Dick's 5 and 10. If you're going to Branson looking to splurge a little and impress your family this hotel will do the trick. High quality and excellent locale compared to surrounding hotel options. "Took grandkids to Branson"
We had a great time. Our two grandsons can't wait to go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a very clean hotel. It's a nice walk to the hotel if you choose to not pay for parking.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice, but unreasonable pricing."
The hotel charged you for everything! I was surprised I didn't get a usage charge for the carpet in the hallways or a breathable air fee. Ridiculous. Rooms were nice and otherwise a good hotel, but the pricing made the stay absolutely unbearable.Genuine Expedia guest review
This was a perfect place to stay for the night. Right across from the landing, staff was wonderful and lobby was very cozy. I stayed in the lobby for about an hour waiting on my husband and talked to the doormen the whole time. We will stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The layout of the hotel is nice with outside windows with a view. Great location in Branson for dinner at the Landing and shopping in Old Branson.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very happy with hotel, would recommend to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Best place to stay in Branson!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel located next to train depot"
Wonderful hotel located next to train depot for our Polar Express adventure. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The boys enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A dream hotel"
The room was great and so were the workers. But the shower head leaked all over the Wall and ceiling. That's about it!Genuine Expedia guest review
"shopping. wining & dining"
Hotel was well kept & very clean. Hotel's staff was first class in all aspects. Location was ideal for the plans we had. Christmas shopping that day, dinner & drinks were all directly across the street. Motown theater was directly behind the hotel. Hilton Branson was a perfect start & finish to a great day. Looking forward to our return.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Even though it was a short stay for us, we can't tell you how much we enjoyed it and will return when possible.Genuine Expedia guest review
Good location, good hotel. Only complaint is pillows are not comfortable and go flat.Genuine Expedia guest review
It was great to walk to shopping and restaurants. Room was quiet and comfortable. Great view of Branson Landing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bad Internert Services"
The same problem with the hotel has continued with past stays. Wi-Fi is free at hotels half the cost, why do you charge, and even the free service in the lobby was a real pain. I will find another hotel next time I am in Branson.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel in old branson close to Branson Landing"
Very nice upscale hotel likely none better in branson. It costs more but you get what you pay for.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Dirty sheets-dirty deal"
Upon arrival I learned of the "parking fee". Went to the room, turned down the bed and found a stained sheet. Learned of a $9.95 charge PER DEVICE to connect to wifi? Really? It was FREE in the lobby. Convenient to relax in your "relaxing clothes" IN THE LOBBY.Genuine Expedia guest review
Our room was outstanding with a view of the Branson Landing and the LakeGenuine Expedia guest review
EXCELLENTGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We totally enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. Our only regret was that we were not able to stay longer.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Comfortable stay on our family trip"
I was very impressed with the design, VERY large rooms! We stayed in a suite with a balcony. I believe on this website it listed it as "mini-fridge" but we had a FULL kitchen! We were traveling for the first time with our toddler, so the extra space and a full fridge helped make it easy. They provided a crib and was very comfortable sleeping. The Hilton […] is right across the street from the landing, which made it very convenient to get food and go shopping. The only reason why I had to doc the rating was because the wi-fi was terrible. I'm not sure if it was because we were on the 12th floor, or what but it would have been nice to have wi-fi b/c my son likes to play with the iPod occasionally ( we don't have 3G). The other reason was because they charge extra for parking; I believe that should be included in your stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Loved it except you had to pay for the wifi and breakfast was not included. For the price, both should have been included...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Definitely close to everything"
We walked to the cruises, the train ride, the mall and restaurants, etc. One negative is that after paying a premium price for their rooms, they $10 you to death with wifi and parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The best part about staying at this hotel for me was the location. It was extremely noisy due to children running up and down hallway and slamming doors till well past midnight. Having to pay for parking was annoying. Not having to check out till noon was nice. All in all I would give the hotel a 3 out of 5 rating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel staff and location"
The staff at this hotel is among the friendliest we've ever dealt with. The gentleman who took our luggage to our room was extremely nice and gave us several suggestions regarding restaurants and shows. The room was very clean and roomy. My only complaint is that the mattress was too firm for me. This hotel is very quiet and has a beautiful lounge and […] restaurant. The location is perfect--across the street from Branson Landing and easy walking to downtown shops and restaurants. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Nice staff nice serviceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great for a quick getaway with friends. Walking distance to Branson Landing and small town shops. Service was excellent and rooms were very nice. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint was location of our room had a view of two different parking lots. Would make sure to ask what your room overlooks if that is important for you. Overall great experience […] and would definitely stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed one night (Sept 14th) and had a great experience. Hotel location is close to everything at the landing. Good food. Check out Famous Dave's for excellent eats at the landing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. No dirty socks! Sheets clean. Toilet and shower clean. No problems. There is a fee for parking and they will charge […] you for internet. I did complain about the internet. The parking and internet were not a "show stopper" for staying here for us. We will definitely stay again. Pay the extra money and get the balcony. Very close to the Landing. Stayed in a king room with a balcony. Very nice! Pool is fantastic!! Will definitely stay here every time we visit Branson!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very close to shopping, food and relaxation!"
Hotel was very clean! It would have been nice to have the outside pool bar open in the middle of summer. Parking is pretty steep for ten dollars a day! It was great being so close to several restaurants, bars and shopping. We really enjoyed our weekend!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel away from the mediocrity of the strip"
Beautiful hotel downtown with great rooms and amenitiesGenuine Expedia guest review
Easy to get to without having to fight Traffic. Great for a visit on the landing. I just wish that for the price it came with breakfast. The quality impressed my lady and she matters most so for that I say great job.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to shopping."
I've stayed here often as it gives newer decor and amenities to what can be a cheesy town. Would stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
Watched fireworks from the room! excellent view! Planning on doing it again next year!Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was fabulous. Very clean, great King room with Balcony overlooking Branson landing where we watched the Fireworks. Recommend taking advantage of Valet parking. The extra $4.00 a day was extremely worth it. Definitely would stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't expect the staff to help!"
I loved the hotel and I read reviews before I booked. They all said about the same thing I am going to say. Very nice, clean hotel. Employees are like the walking dead, they do not even notice you there and are less than helpful. (One exception to the rule, there was a short attractive man working the counter and was helpful in giving us directions) […] We stayed Saturday night and was checking out Sunday. The place was dead on Sunday and since it was Memorial Day weekend we thought we would stay another night. I called down there and spoke to 3 different people about booking for 1 more night. All 3 people said they would call me back. Not one of them did. If I was the manager of this hotel, I would be very mad. That cost them a lot of money on a Sunday! So we checked out and went to a competitor! The room was nice and clean. The location is next to the outlet mall, so I liked that, but my husband didn't like being so far away from all the shows. Definitely too far to walk to the shows. Pools were nice and clean as well. I would stay there again based on it being the newest hotel in town. But not based on the employees. "Great to stay...Food was not so"
Hotel had 2 pools. The outdoor pool had a bar out there. We were able to drink fruity umbrella drinks by the pool it was a mini vacation! We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was terrible. Not sure how you can mess up pancakes but they managed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"great hotel, very poor room service"
stayed at this hotel a few times. nice hotel, great area. This time I ordered room service after getting our son to bed so my wife and I could have a relaxed night on the balcony. I ordered a cheese, fruit, and nut board for $20+ and a bottle of wine. After 40 minutes I called back to cancel the order because it had been so long and we were ready to […] just go to bed. I was told the order was 'on its way up' already. 5 minutes later the same guy that answered the phone showed up with my order. The 'cheese plate' was what you would expect to get from a cheap grocery store deli for an office lunch. cheddar cheese cubes and some dried apricots. It was really pathetic and disappointing. Loved everything about the hotel. High quality and great amenities. The only thing that could be better is softer beds. I have bad back and a more plush bed would have helped.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We just wanted to getaway for a night of fun. Our room was large, very clean and had an amazing view. We took a stroll through the Branson Landing and did some luxury shopping. Then we had dinner and drinks at a great little pub that was featuring a live band. It was a great, one night, escape.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Away from the tourists but close to attractions"
The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water and it was so peaceful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were a short drive from all the main attractions including Moonshine Beach. If you park in the parking garage make sure you have your room key on you at all times because that's the only […] way you can get in and out. Much more convenient putting the parking garage on your room key than paying out of pocket. Can't wait to stay here again! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel, great amenities and perfect location. Clean, modern and the best hotel in Branson, bar none.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Clean spacious room. We reserved the apartment, it's great for long stays with family. Close to restaurants and shopping on Branson landing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This was my first visit to Branson. I very much liked the location of the hotel. I booked the room for three nights (Thursday - Saturday) and checked out on Sunday. On Saturday morning, we left the hotel at approximately 9:30 a.m. and returned around 10:30 p.m. Getting ready for baths, we realized that houskeeping had provided us with only ONE washcloths […] and two bathtowels; NO mat for stepping out of the bath; did not replinish the bath lotion; NO toilet tissue paper on the toilet tissue paper holder (she had removed the old roll but did not replace it); did not replinish the tea/coffee bags. Was very disappointed with housekeeping. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I think it's sad that a high end hotel still feels the need to charge for Internet service. Even the cheap $60 a night hotels have free wiFi. I know this seems minor but it says a lot about the hotel chain. They also charge $10 for parking if your a guest at the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
