"Great hotel away from the mediocrity of the strip"
Beautiful hotel downtown with great rooms and amenitiesGenuine Expedia guest review
Easy to get to without having to fight Traffic. Great for a visit on the landing. I just wish that for the price it came with breakfast. The quality impressed my lady and she matters most so for that I say great job.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to shopping."
I've stayed here often as it gives newer decor and amenities to what can be a cheesy town. Would stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
Watched fireworks from the room! excellent view! Planning on doing it again next year!Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was fabulous. Very clean, great King room with Balcony overlooking Branson landing where we watched the Fireworks. Recommend taking advantage of Valet parking. The extra $4.00 a day was extremely worth it. Definitely would stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't expect the staff to help!"
I loved the hotel and I read reviews before I booked. They all said about the same thing I am going to say. Very nice, clean hotel. Employees are like the walking dead, they do not even notice you there and are less than helpful. (One exception to the rule, there was a short attractive man working the counter and was helpful in giving us directions) […] We stayed Saturday night and was checking out Sunday. The place was dead on Sunday and since it was Memorial Day weekend we thought we would stay another night. I called down there and spoke to 3 different people about booking for 1 more night. All 3 people said they would call me back. Not one of them did. If I was the manager of this hotel, I would be very mad. That cost them a lot of money on a Sunday! So we checked out and went to a competitor! The room was nice and clean. The location is next to the outlet mall, so I liked that, but my husband didn't like being so far away from all the shows. Definitely too far to walk to the shows. Pools were nice and clean as well. I would stay there again based on it being the newest hotel in town. But not based on the employees. "Great to stay...Food was not so"
Hotel had 2 pools. The outdoor pool had a bar out there. We were able to drink fruity umbrella drinks by the pool it was a mini vacation! We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was terrible. Not sure how you can mess up pancakes but they managed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"great hotel, very poor room service"
stayed at this hotel a few times. nice hotel, great area. This time I ordered room service after getting our son to bed so my wife and I could have a relaxed night on the balcony. I ordered a cheese, fruit, and nut board for $20+ and a bottle of wine. After 40 minutes I called back to cancel the order because it had been so long and we were ready to […] just go to bed. I was told the order was 'on its way up' already. 5 minutes later the same guy that answered the phone showed up with my order. The 'cheese plate' was what you would expect to get from a cheap grocery store deli for an office lunch. cheddar cheese cubes and some dried apricots. It was really pathetic and disappointing. Loved everything about the hotel. High quality and great amenities. The only thing that could be better is softer beds. I have bad back and a more plush bed would have helped.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We just wanted to getaway for a night of fun. Our room was large, very clean and had an amazing view. We took a stroll through the Branson Landing and did some luxury shopping. Then we had dinner and drinks at a great little pub that was featuring a live band. It was a great, one night, escape.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Away from the tourists but close to attractions"
The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water and it was so peaceful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were a short drive from all the main attractions including Moonshine Beach. If you park in the parking garage make sure you have your room key on you at all times because that's the only […] way you can get in and out. Much more convenient putting the parking garage on your room key than paying out of pocket. Can't wait to stay here again! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel, great amenities and perfect location. Clean, modern and the best hotel in Branson, bar none.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Clean spacious room. We reserved the apartment, it's great for long stays with family. Close to restaurants and shopping on Branson landing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This was my first visit to Branson. I very much liked the location of the hotel. I booked the room for three nights (Thursday - Saturday) and checked out on Sunday. On Saturday morning, we left the hotel at approximately 9:30 a.m. and returned around 10:30 p.m. Getting ready for baths, we realized that houskeeping had provided us with only ONE washcloths […] and two bathtowels; NO mat for stepping out of the bath; did not replinish the bath lotion; NO toilet tissue paper on the toilet tissue paper holder (she had removed the old roll but did not replace it); did not replinish the tea/coffee bags. Was very disappointed with housekeeping. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I think it's sad that a high end hotel still feels the need to charge for Internet service. Even the cheap $60 a night hotels have free wiFi. I know this seems minor but it says a lot about the hotel chain. They also charge $10 for parking if your a guest at the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Right on the Branson Landing"
Great place to stay...just steps away from tons of restaurants and shopping on the Branson landing. Beautiful hotel with Ozarks hospitality.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Showers were NOT warm enough the indoor pool was cold Only paid parking some staff NOT helpful over expensive over rated restaurant we paid almost 50.00 for breakfast for 2 adults and 1 seven year old.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great getaway before Christmas!"
We stayed Dec 22, 2012. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The front desk people were very quick & efficient in getting us checked in and out. The bed & pillows were extremely comfy!! :) Will definitely stay there again next year for our annual trip.Genuine Expedia guest review
"great family hotel"
We stayed in a one bedroom apt. which was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious and we had a pull-out couch plus hide-a-bed which was perfect for our kids. The location was great too! Only issue we had was that we requested early check out and we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour (after arriving) until our room was ready.Genuine Expedia guest review
"beautiful but not worth the money"
I booked this hotel for my mom's birthday. When arrived the air conditioner was on, it was chilly and raining outside and they couldn't get the ac off. Called maintenance and the problem was fixed while everyone was at the show. The remote control didn't work in the room and when the ladies made coffee the next morning there was only 1 cup in the room. […] Think whoever cleaned didn't do a very good job. Beautiful hotel but very little attention to any details for their customers. Not worth the money for sure. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms were amazing! Just walk across the street to the landing. Great service and what a fabulous friendly staff. Well done!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Relaxing and spacious"
The room was very pleasant. The decor complimented the view over Lake Taneycomo and The Landing. The room was very spacious and clean. All public areas were clean and consistent in decor. It was only a short walk up the street to unique shopping experience and convenient to a variety of restaurants. I will definitely return to this hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hilton Branson sunshine on a dreary day"
This was a very nicely appointed hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Though the weather was grey and dreary everyone there was pleasant and cheery especially our server for breakfast, Holly. Location is convenient to all the Branson Landing features and easy to access (especially if you don't use a GPS).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location. Just across street from The Landing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel was great, service was great, would def recommend it to family and friends!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hilton was not family friendly... Unless you pay e"
My husband and I took our 8 year old daughter for a weekend away from home. Was very disappointment to find out you have to pay extra for kids tv, pay extra for the games. The rooms are already pricey then they milk everything they can out of you. Next time I will get a less expensive room with free Internet, free parking, free cartoons, opt out of […] the video game console and go to Silver Dollar City. Good for a couple but definitely not with kids. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Branson Landing is literally just a few feet from hotel, so you can walk to dinner and shopping very easily. "Caution rooms by stairwells"
This gorgeous hotel has only one flaw, but it's a big one. We reserved a deluxe king room that overlooked Branson Landing. The room was gorgeous with glass walls on two sides. We learned later in the evening that the stairwell was right outside our room and that a large number of teenagers were booked down the hall. Unwilling to wait for the elevators […] to the 3rd floor, they ran up and down the metal stairs each evening from 10:00 to 12:30 having loud fun. The sound was amplified to the point that other guests were yelling our their doors for the kids to be quiet. Ask for rooms away from stairwells!!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel across street-Branson Landing"
Great place to stay! This hotel is next to the Branson Train Station and across from the greatest places to shop-Branson Landing. Our family went down to Branson to ride the Polar Express and had a great time riding the train and finishing up our Christmas shopping. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Branson, MO. This hotel is a all-in-one […] place to stay; quality, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience to everything. The restaurant is a little pricie but excellent food and service. "Hilton Branson Convention Center"
Staff was great but had to pay for parking daily quite a distance from the hotel rooms (parking only at convention center & $8.00 per day). Also, Wifi is about $10.00 per day extra. Refrigerator did not work and found blood on sheets. Called a day ahead to ask that cleaning staff not use scented cleansers on room due to asthma and had to change rooms […] as it was heavily scented with lysol. The hotel had standard features. Staff was friendly. It's location next to Branson Landing was great. Parking and Internet cost about $20 per day. Keep that in your mind as you plan your budget.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

A couple of years ago my boss took use to the Hilton by the Landing and we haven't stayed in a different Hotel in Branson since and unless we can't get a room there, we proly want......it's the bomb and it's walking distance to the Landing were you can do […] most all your shopping and great restraunts right there without having to drive anywhere....Highly recommended!! "Great location , great service!"
This hotel had extremely helpful doormen and the only complaint at all that I would have would be the desk help is not near as friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very Good Location. Great Room View. Comfortable Beds.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The only negative thing about the Branson Hilton"
The only negative I had was the dining room for breakfast. It was dark, black chandeliers, curtains were drawn and techno music. It was not pleasant. If I could have seen the wonderful view, some soothing music I could have handled the outrageous breakfast prices must easier.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pricy but worth it"
High quality, great views and location. The personel was very helpful. Great decoration.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent hotel in Branson"
We stayed in a king suite room for 5 days - loved the spacious area, very comfortable, just like home. Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to friends.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, but very expensive"
The hotel itself is in a pretty good shape. However, it is very, very expensive for Branson. The service was limited and I had the impression that it was focused more on the convention guests rather than on individual travelers. Practically everything costs extra - a bottle of water, wifi, breakfast, parking. For that price I would have actually expected […] to have at least some of these complimentary. If you don't mind walking to the Starbucks across the street for breakfast and wifi, it's ok - the staff at Starbucks was really friendly. Also, the Hilton is obviously pretty central. Overall I think there are much better deals in Branson. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
