I was actually quite impressed. I booked the presidential suite; with the in bedroom open jacuzzi and fireplace. The room was extremely clean, the service from check-in to check out was great! The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. We took the hotel shuttle to foxwoods as we were attending The Who concert. Our driver was very personable. […] We did have a miscommunication with pickup times and missed the shuttle back...BUT!!! The staff was very apologetic and credited us for the taxi ride back , and!!! also credited us for a room service order for our inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay anytime! Especially if youre planning to attend an event/visit at the casinos! This is a beautiful hotel, with very close proximity to the Foxwoods Resort. The free limo service to the casino is a definite perk. Found the hotel staff to be very friendly and the Starbucks in the lobby is wonderfu. The hotel had a nice Bistro and a Coffee Bar which served Starbucks. Had a nice breakfast menu and rooms service was available. It was a convenient location to casinos, highways and other sights. Room did not have a mini-frig which would be nice to keep snacks. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay. The limo service to Foxwoods was a plus we really enjoyed. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Pool is tiny so don't book it for that. Definitely a great stay and value. Nice little breakfast place about 10 minutes away if you google breakfast nearby. recommend a stay here for sure.

Took my daughter last Thurs - Sat and overall was great. The lady checked us right in and told us everything we needed to know and she was very nice. Our room was clean, but didnt have a bathtub, only a shower and the tv didn't get much of anything. Didnt really care because we wern't there for tv. Could have a more extensive menu for room service and a nicer area to eat in. If u come back late there isn't much around that is open for eating. The coffee in the morning would b nice if it was complimentary however there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Can't beat all u get for the price! Don't forget your bathing suit. There's a really nice pool!

First, let me honestly say that this may have been one of the most comfortable rooms to sleep in that I have ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. Sadly, the enjoyment of my stay was hampered by one of the hotel's little-known, much downplayed (until you get there) poilicies: silence after midnight. The hotel requires silence after midnight […] (from midnight until 7am) to afford their guests a good night's sleep. (Completely understandable.) This is presumably because the rooms aren't completely sound-isolated. (Sound isolation is typically where hotels cut corners when being built.) What ruined my experience was the policy that the hotel would charge a $750 fine if there were any noise complaints about my room. Another notice in the bathroom stated that the hotel could call the local and state police, barge into my room, and evict me based on a noise complaint. Now, while these measures make perfect sense as a last resort, they seem a bit draconian if implemented without some sort of warning. The hotel would have best been served had it mentioned the above, but included a clause "after warnings went unheeded" or something to that extent. (Remember, you don't know what constitutes "loud." Maybe you kept your TV on while you slept; bang! there's a $750 fine and a troop of cops knocking in your door.) Maybe I'm overreacting, but this policy did in fact keep my friend and I from truly enjoying our stay at the Bellissimo Grande. Read more

First stay was very good. We had room with king bed. This last time we had 2 queens. The shower was way too small, there were dots of black mold on bottom of shower curtain. The bathroom did not smell fresh. I detected a musky odor. My husband said it smelled like urine around toilet.

It was better then I expected. Very close to Foxwoods which was good because thats why I was in town. They offered free limo service to and from Foxwoods from about 4pm til 245 in the morning. The food in their bistro was excellent. great prices, great portions and the chocolate cake is to die for. Didnt get to try the pool or spa but will do that on […] the next visit. Room service was good. The person was very nice. They have a very strict no noise policy after midnight so it was nice coming in from the casino and not hearing all kinds of noises. The bed is super comfortable. The only problem in my room was the remote didnt work sometimes so you would have to shut it off and then turn it on and it would work. Oh and the dryer in the bathroom didnt work but since I didnt use it I was ok with that. The blackout curtains were the best feature of the room (besides the bed). I will recommend this hotel to anyone and will also stay there from now on for any overnight trips to foxwoods. Read more
