Hard to find, but once it was found it was wonderful. Only thing that it didn't have was free bfast. Other than that still good.

Everything about the hotel looked brand new.Our room was in pristine condition.The hotel is only a few miles from Malpensa Airport and easy to find. When we first arrived we made use of the free shuttle and then went back to the airport in the morning for the hire car.The staff are intelligent, helpfull and multilingual. Very clean. You can get coffee or a cappuccino at the coffee bar 24 hours a day. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the shuttle is an easy way to get to Malpensa. I'd go back.

The room and bathroom were impeccable and the bed very comfortable. It is a very short shuttle drive to and from the airport. My issues with the hotel was the poor attitude of the desk clerk who picked up the phone after about 30 rings while we were trying to find where our shuttle pick up was supposed to be (Italy in general is very poor in providing […] adequate signage) and the restaurant service was extremely slow due to understaffed and inexperienced personnel. In spite of this, the hotel had the gall to bring up the fact that it had not charged me for 2 coffees the previous evening. Das Hotel ist weit ausserhalb Mailand und dafuer guenstiger. Die Strassenmaut in das Stadtzentrum kostet 2.60Euro und man braucht ~35 Minuten mit dem Auto. Fruestueck Buffet mit Kaffeautomat. Manche Zimmer sind behindertenfreundlich und haben dann ein sehr grosses Bad. Fenster lassen sich nicht ganz oeffnen und es gibt 4 deutsche Fernsehsender.

Although hotel provide shuttle bus to customers, but it seemed the instruction how to use it or how to book it were not clear. When I booked this hotel, I didn't know they could provide shuttle bus until I read comments from other customers. It was better to show it in Hotel.com's website or Ibis's website. The first day I arrived Malpensa airport around […] 3 o' clock in the afternoon and waited at Exit 7 about 1 hour, shuttle bus was no show. Finally, I got a taxi to Ibis but the taxi driver charged more than the taxi meter's amount. I told my story to Ibis counter people, they told me shuttle bus stopped at Exit 10 was before 5 o' clock, after, will stop at Exit 7. I am much appreciate if Ibis can improve this point in the future. Read more

Clean standard hotel, friendly staff, free shuttle to airport. Normal breakfast. Quiet environment. You can give away your rent car at Malpensa airport, go back to hotel free by hotel shuttle bus and morning by shuttle bus to airport again. Cozy beds.

Hotellet er lyst og venligt indrettet. Værelserne er rene og alt fungerer, som det skal i forbindelse med en flyrejse fra Malpensa. Jeg skulle meget tidligt afsted, og alligevel var det muligt at få morgenmad af god kvalitet (selvbetjening).
