LOVED IT AND LOVED THE AVAILABILITY OF THE BAR AT NIGHT. NO DRINKING AND DRIVING SO AT 11PM THIS WAS WONDERFUL TO MEET AND TALK WITH OUR FRIENDS!!!

Its not a 4 star hotel. But, it's clean convenient and for the rate I paid for a mid-week stay, I couldn't be more happy. A Saturday or Sunday stay and the rate is almost twice as much, so I did a Tuesday thru Thursday (3 nights) for which was a real bargain.

"Clean and Comfy"
Nice dependable hotel. The staff were very nice, although we didn't have much to complain about or need assistance with. Our room was very nice, full sized mini fridge great for snacks and drinks. "awesome staff"
the people at this hotel are professional and very friendly. they seem to work well as a team, backing each other up in their duties if necessary. we were there over Easter so it was pretty hectic, but everything ran very smoothly due to the team work.

Clean and friendly. Right off the highway, but fairly quiet. Decent continental breakfast with a very pleasant dining area. We booked a two queen room for a family of five and were surprised to find that the hotel couldn't provide a cot because of fire safety regulations. We have now stayed at this hotel twice. The location is convenient and the people who work there are so nice. Everyone speaks english even the housekeepers. They have a breakfast every morning that is out of this world. We thuroughly enjoy the pool and jacuzzi area as well (wish the pool was heated during the chillier seasons). Although in a small little town in BFE.....Great to have the breakfast available at no extra cost. Good stuff like eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, oatmeal w/mix ins, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee & more. Pretty good! Also the bed and set up was the comfiest I think I've ever slept in!

Comfort and convenience were important to us (travelling with young children and infant). This hotel met our expectations and much more! Our room was warm and inviting. Facilities came in handy for the family - microwave, complimentary wifi, coffee maker, etc. Proximity to outllets. Good selection at breakfast was icing on the cake!

We chose this Hampton Inn in Banning, CA. on our way to Morengo Casino and Palm Springs trip just because it's cost and nice room photos on internet. Hotel cleanliness, and service was very good, complementary breakfast was great, and our room was very nice and clean. We don't like usual hotel rooms' bedsheets and comforters, and smell. "Good stopping point before heading into LA"
Good hotel after a long drive. Good location, close to LA and clean. Close enough to LA, and stayed there for a night before heading into LA early the next morning. Clean, courteous crew and breakfast was included which was another plus considering there were 2 adults and 2 kids who were leaving early the next morning for Disneyland.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and quality of the complimentary breakfast. The artwork in the breakfast lounge was remarkable. Conveniently located (right) next to the I-10 freeway. So, request a room that faces AWAY from the traffic noise.

We were in town just to go to the shopping outlet. This hotel was convenient to the freeway, and they served a HOT breakfast. The room was nice, and the staff were very friendly. We'll definitely stay here again.

The Restaurant close by "Guys" is a fabulous Italian restaurant. I would highly recommend eating there.

We had requested a north facing room to alleviate the "freeway" noise the other reviewers had complained about. We also had requested a handicap accessible room (preferably on the 1st floor. Although we arrived about 1:30 pm hoping to check in, we were told that the room type we had reserved would not be ready until after 3:00 pm. "Just what we needed"
Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed ourselves and would reccommend this Hampton Inn to all of our friends. The only problem that we had was finding it. The street sign was very small we missed it the first time, but once we found it ,again we were very pleased.

"Great comfy hotel"
The hotel is only about 10 mins away from the premium shopping outlet. It also featured a fabulous breakfast. The room is clean, comfy and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. I have only good things to say about this hotel. Would definitely stay in this hotel if I come back to this area again.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. They only thing I wish they had was more childrens channels on the TV. They only had Cartoon Network and I really would have liked Disney or Nick for my kids.
