"NO COMPLAINTS"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Big attractions accompany the big falls experience in Canada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, one of the continent’s largest, sits at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. Nearby, MarineLand Canada features killer and beluga whales. Gamblers can chose between Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort, one of Canada’s largest. On a clear day, visitors can see Toronto atop the 520-foot Skylon Tower.
see all hotels in Niagara FallsThe staff was wonderful and the room was very clean the chairs in the rooms where way to hard for anyone to sit on that was a big problem we would stay at MOtel 6 again because I like the price and it was overall a 5 star if not for them chairs

The only downfall was that their 'queen size' beds are really only doubles so not very roomy sleeping. They should only advertise as having doubles. Great hotel staff and the right price!
"Motel 6 in Niagara Falls"
Nice simple place to stay. Nothing fancy. Hotel staff was very friendly. Gave us coupon for the Bird Museum.

"Nice Room"
This room is conveniently located between the Falls and Clifton Hill. The neighborhood is not the best but it was quiet and quaint. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.
"Good bang for your buck!"
Clean room, cheap, what more do you need? wish it would have been a little closer but overall it was good!
"parking"
i heard many complaints about parking but there seem to be enough if you got there early enough.
"Best Value Around"
Good location. I was with my wife and 8 month old child and felt very safe. The surrounding neighborhood was not top notch but I definitely felt safe. The room was really clean. We were right next to the elevator and there was no noise from that at all. The employees at the front desk were more than helpful with extra pillows and a hairdryer. If I […] ever go back to Niagara Falls I will without a doubt stay here again!!! Very pleased with the accommodations. Read more
"Great place for the price"
Neighborhood is sketchy but safe. Hotel was very clean and comfortable for the price! 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill. Easy to check in and out. :)
"Motel with a good price"
you can walk to the niagara falls
"Good Balance with Price and Quality"
Of course can't be compare with expensive hotels. It's 10 mins by walk to Clifton hills, 15 more mins to table rock, but it is price-price. Enough clean room, even pet friendly, no bad smell, nice staffs. We really enjoyed 2 nights of stay, and we left our dog in the room without any trouble. If I have any opportunity to visit Niagara falls, I would […] like to chose this hotel again. Read more
"Motel 6 in Niagara Falls Canada"
Very basic, no shampoo or conditioner, no coffee makers. It's really not 0.13 miles from the Falls if you walk along the sidewalk. Staff was friendly. It's okay for one night stay. Room was clean.
I was just traveling through and hotel was close to roads I needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Hallway did have a strong smell of pot when I checked in about 10pm, but was better in the am. I could hear families in the room next door or hall in the morning through thin walls. But overall a good place to sleep at a good price.
"Motel 6 - Niagara Falls, Canada"
When booking the other reviews said the rooms were no-frill but clean and comfortable. We found that to be true, there was a small swimming pool and since our time in the room was minimal the amenities were not of great importance to us. With the hotel full parking was a slight issue but there was room enough to park on the grass. I found the cleanliness […] of the hotel to be more than acceptable and would be happy to stay there again. Read more

"Motel 6"
My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel, it was close enough to all the attractions to walk there easily but far enough away to be quiet enough to get a good night sleep. We would definitly return here again
NO security guard. NO security latch on door. NO iron or ironing board and NO television remote.
"Love everything about this place"
one of the most cleanest and comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in for this price. The location is only 5 mins from the border and thruway. Very clean and professional,I also loved the jetted tub suite in my room! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
"Unless it is a great deal - pass on this one."
You could walk to the main part of Niagara - but you were walking through a sketchy run down neighborhood. Window was broken in first room and stuck open - moved rooms and the second room had a window that was stuck shut... Too high of a price for what you actually get.
"MOTEL 6"
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone who worked here was helpful and riendly/ A short walk to all the main attractions. Loved the jacuzzi in the room !
"You get what you pay for..."
This place is in the worst part of Niagara Falls, although it is walking distance to the tourist area and the Falls (.75-1 mile). The neighborhood was terrible. Hotel was dirty. Jacuzzi was gross. Bed had stains. Shower was full of mildew. Hotel was LOUD - no sound proofing whatsoever. Didn't even want to see the pool after seeing the room. Only pros […] were the price, (which didn't even turn out to be much of a deal. Would have paid extra to stay somewhere clean), the staff was somewhat friendly, and... I can't think of anything else positive to say about this hotel. My suggestion: pay the extra few bucks per night if you can possibly afford it and stay somewhere else. Read more
"Great Price, Great Hotel, Good enough location!"
If you don't mind a little extra walking this is perfect. Very affordable, newer hotel, very clean. The front desk employees were helpful- called us a cab and called for pizza delivery for us! Can't think of anything negative to say because I didn't mind walking 1 or 2 extra blocks to get to things.
"Motel worth $6"
This hotel is in a very convenient location to Niagara Falls & attractions. However, it is very dated. The walls are paper thin and noise is a very big factor. Because the price is so cheap you can expect a younger immature group of people. During our stay we experienced very loud noises all night long, a fight in the hall, (which we called front desk) […] people outside partying making loud noises & oh by the way the first thing we saw upon arriving was a man urinating outside the building along the wall in broad daylight. I would suggest if you must stay here invest in ear plugs, nose plugs and some lysol. Read more
"reasonable and cheap"

"Hot Tub!"
The jetted hot tub in the middle of the room was the greatest thing everrrrrrr. All we did is sit in there and watch the food network/cake boss. I strongly recommend
"Tidy and nice."
For a Motel 6 it was very nice. Nothing too special, but it was cheap and cheerful. It is not plush or fancy, but it works, especially for the price.
"Clean hotel. Thin walls"
Staff was friendly and helpful at checkin/ checkout.Hotel and room were clean. Bathroom was clean (very important). People staying in room next door were very noisy starting at 3am. I called front desk about it and noise was still going on at 4am.
"Motel 6 Niagara, Ontario"
The good: clean room, close to public transportation, and a quick 10 minute walk to the Falls/Clinton Hill - take the back through the quiet residential area or walk up the main road (Victoria?). For the price - it was better than expected. The bad: Some staff friendlier than others. Day 1 - I encountered a friendly Front Desk attendant. Professional, […] helpful information and very courteous. Day 2 - I encountered a different Front Desk person/attitude. I smiled at the FD person and a fellow standing at the counter, as I was going out. They looked at me as if smiles were outlawed in Canada. When I came back about 2 hours later, the FD lady was folding laundry, with the same fellow loitering. They did at least look less perplexed this time. I came back a few minutes after and asked for an ice bucket. The loiterer asked if I "had a good Christmas". Two things I don't do - entertain unfriendly people, nor do I answer/ask questions of people with NO NAMETAGS. He hung out by the desk yapping as I entered/exited - not a good look for any business. First, say 'Hello' or smile back then quiz me about Christmas. A greeting or a smile goes a long way. The dessert: a fridge, self-controlled HVAC, teevee and a cute shower/tub combo. I'd stay again, and recommend. Read more

"Extremely Pleased"
If you are looking for an inexpensive, pet friendly, no frills hotel in Niagara Falls...this is the place for you! Location was outstanding--easy 15 min walk to the Falls, 10 min walk to the Casino or Clifton Hill. Hotel was pet friendly, yet the room and surrounding grounds were very clean and free of any signs of previous pets. We ate breakfast just […] down the street at local buffets, so can't comment on coffee, etc.. offered at hotel. Surrounding area was very quiet...slept with window open without any excessive noise. Free parking and no pet fee were great perks for a hotel near a tourist attraction. Would definitely stay here again! Read more
"Not for Families"
Staying at this hotel with my wife, I didnt really get the safest vibe. The hotel seems to group people into certain floors, families with kids on one floor, more older couples in another wing, and the floor I was stuck on seemed like a college dorm wing. I was bothered by people partying in the next rooms, they were obviously smoking and drinking in […] what is supposedly a smoke-free hotel. But that doesnt bother me. Going in the elevator, I was accosted by a bunch of college kids asking me if I would like "to get high" and join them in their room for some "fun". I kindly had to decline the offer to get baked. Anyways, they only reason I stayed here was for the price, It was an emergency last minute reservation. For families or people that are looking for safe clean hotels with a family feel, then this is not the place. If your a young couple or college kids strapped for cash and need a place to stay, this is YOUR place. Read more
"Very Clean"
I was mostly pleased with the hotel for the price. The room was very clean. We had the unfortunate experience of having a rowdy group of athletes staying on the same floor. I believe that they had a party one of the evenings and had invited many other people. The somewhat small parking lot was full of non-residents. The front desk didn't seem concerned […] and just told me to park in the parking lot of the next hotel. Slightly inconvenient. My stay was reasonable and the room was clean and very well maintained. "convenient location"
not far from the Falls and other attractions, only 3 blocks to Murray St, than, 10 minute walk to the Falls.
"Clean Room and Nice Hot Tub"
We found the room to be clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and even used some bubble bath. The hotel is located a short walk to Clifton Hill and all of the restaurants. There is a wonderful convenience store across the street from the hotel. We found the pool to be wonderful and relaxing. it was clean and just the right temperature. We […] both suffer from pollen/dust allergies and we had absolutely no issues while staying at this hotel. The housekeepers are meticulous. I am also allergic to certain spiders. I did not see any insects of any type in this hotel. We plan of staying there again. Read more
"Good choice for a place to stay the night."
This was a very nice place to stay if you only need a place to sleep while visiting the falls. Most of the day/night my fiance and I were walking around the falls area and only needed a place to stay the night and this place was perfect! The room and bathroom was clean, sheets were clean, had a fridge, everything was up to date and in working condition. […] The hotel was only a 10-15 min walk to the falls or any of the attractions. The only downfalls were that there were not any drawers to put our clothing but that was no big deal and they did not offer a breakfast in the morning...which wasnt too hard to get around since you could bring your own food. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay at this hotel again if in the area. Read more

"Good for a budget"
Hotel is a good option for those on a budget. Rooms are very clean but slightly small, it is within walking distance but part of the walk is uphill and takes 20-30 minutes. Surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but its within very short walking distance of Ferry St. which has lots of shops and foot traffic. A good place to stay if your on a budget. […] We enjoyed our stay, felt the walk wasn't too bad for what we paid and the cleanliness was very good and rooms of adequate size. Hotel was good but in the future i would look for something in a slightly better location while still keeping price in mind. Read more
"good price for the money"
hotel is basic and clean. location is about 10 minutes from the falls although the area is sketchy to walk at night. a short cab ride for about $6-8 will take you to thefalls & clifton hills. free parking, dogs allowed, and free wi-fi.
"Clean and functional"
Good choice for the price level. Our room was clean, quiet, and served as a good place to stay in the Niagara Falls area. We would stay again.
Room was too small. Bathroom sink drained slow almost to the point of not draining at all. It was fixed but not much of an improvement. Wished they offered breakfast food besides coffee. (muffins, bagels, danishes, donuts would be have been suffice) A little far from attractions for a 7 year old to walk with us. (10minutes)

"Hotel 6 is the worst"
i will never stay here again i will pay more to stay at a luxary hotel instead they have very rude people that work there
"Great if you are staying without little ones"
If you planning on visiting Niagara Falls on your own or with your spouse/significant other, then this is a nice hotel for the location. If you have little ones, it is definitely not. I took my wife, four-year old daughter and four-month old son on to this hotel because it was a good price and located near to the falls. However, they really let me down […] because they told me before check-in that a crib was available for my son, but after checking-in and returning to the room later that evening (when they had promised that the crib would be in the room), I found out from the guy at reception that both the cribs they had were broken. My son ended up having to sleep next to me and my wife and daughter slept in the other bed! We had to use pillows just to stop him rolling off the bed! I ended up demanding a refund for the hotel (which I got). Read more

Whitout any problem.
"Decent motel for the price"
The rooms were pretty bare bones (i.e., no hair dryer, shampoo, mirror outside of the bathroom), but it was comfortable and clean. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Falls. We were afraid the walls were thin and that our neighbors would wake us up at night, but we turned on the fan and slept well all night. Surrounding neighborhood looks a little […] sketchy, but we didn't have any issues and lots of tourists were walking around at night. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a cheap place to stay with few amenities. Read more
