The style of the hotel is outdated and the rooms aren't anything super special, but the price is right for its location in comparison to the other sketchy motels nearby. I stay here every time I go to the falls.

We liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our bed was incredibly comfortable. The blanket on the bed should be washed each time the bed is changed but I think that's a problem with most hotels.

Apparently two different groups decided to have late night parties on my floor of the hotel (for two nights in a row!) so no sleep was to be had by anyone until at least 4am. Why do hotels let this happen? Argh! I guess I should expect this when I stay at a cheapo hotel. Lesson learned.

Rooms were clean, but smaller than expected. Did you notice that beds were double rather than queen. Next time I will know better. Other than that it was a fine place to stay.

This hotel was nicer than we expected! We didn't have wi-fi or breakfast but everything else was nice. We found out the next day, we could've taken a free shuttle to Clifton. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and well worth the price. The only minor issues were the only ice machine available was on the ground level in the breakfast area, even though no breakfast was provided. We left the "Do not disturb" note hang on the door each day and there was a nice bag of fresh towels and toiletries outside our door each day to replenish what we had used that day. The room was okay for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay here for an extended period of time. The bed sheets weren't changed because I found hair on the bed when I pulled back the sheets. I also found a bottle top and paper on the floor so they didn't vacuum the floor.

Reading the reviews it said that you could "walk" to the attactions....I wouldn't recommend that. Also I tried to get some extra towels for our room and spoke to the cleaning personnell would did not understand me and instead only gave me 2 sets of towels in a bag and did not clean my room. I tried 3 times to get in touch with the manager about this […] and could not reach her during day time hours on Sat, Sun and Mon. The carpet in the room was worn. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, even giving us a great tip on where to have breakfast (it was excellent and filling & at the right price). The rooms and facility overall is basic but clean and only 5 years old. Don't count on the usual hair dryer, closet, tissues, and any breakfast. You can have coffee in the morning downstairs. No refrigerator […] or microwave in the room but you get a flat screen tv. Get a room in the back and you can see part of Clifton Hill. It's quiet here, as well. Tiny room at the top floor. Very no-frills. Clean, but no shampoo in bathroom. Short walk to restaurants. Longer walk to Falls, Casinos. Good for single person staying one night.

Hotel is a very basic hotel. The room is somewhat small. The most disappointing thing is that it claims it has free wifi, but it couldn't be connected. No coffee or tea in room, had to go to the lobby.

The room was small, the shower was small. The bathroom mirror was not cleaned along with the only window in the room. However, overall for a Motel 6, it wasn't bad. It had indoor entry to our room. There was no hair dryer, however, the front desk provided me with one. The only big problem I had was the remote from the TV didn't work. If you just need to sleep reasonably comfortable to see the Niagara falls the following day is the best option. It worths for the money paid. We stayed with our baby in a queen bed room and we did not have any problem

Room was fine. Air conditioner was in room unit that was pretty loud and it seemed to go on and off during the night. This is not as conducive to sleeping as one that would stay on. There was visible ceiling damage in the bathroom that may have been repaired some time ago but was in need of attention. Excellent location to Clifton Hills, walking distance. I did notice that the parking lot was small for the amount of room and did hear a guy complaining that he was unable to park there for some time. Park and don't leave everything is 15 minutes walk. Very clean.

This hotel is 0.9 mile from the falls. It was a bit of a walk, and we were tired by the time we walked back to the hotel. The pool was great. There is no breakfast, in the morning. The price was right!

This hotel was not a falls view site but it was still fantastic. It was VERY close to all the places in Canada, as well as close to the Canadian activities (we saw OhCanada eh?). The hotel was very clean, friendly and easy access to all the attractions. I loved it!

This was a really great choice of a hotel to stay for my needs. It wasn't loud but it was close within a mile of all Niagara Falls attractions. The neighborhood was worn down but so is a good section of that area it is not unsafe at all but i wouldn't suggest having kids walking back late at night i felt perfectly fine as a 20 year old with 1 friend […] walking around. My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for one night and had no issues. Arrived there at 1 pm, parked in the free parking lot and by 1:15 were in our room. Room is nice, small and comfy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice hotel that is fairly priced. Oh almost forgot it was 10-15 minutes walking to the falls.

It's a Motel 6, so don't expect a 5-star motel. If you are low maintenance, trying to save some money on your stay in Niagara Falls and don't mind walking a little bit each day to get to the Falls or the Clifton Hill section, then this motel is for you.

The motel is very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful with all of our location questions. It is fairly close to the Falls attractions if you don't mind a 15 -20 minute walk. there are some decent restaurants within just a few blocks. If you just need a place to shower and sleep this motel is excellent. The only thing I was disappointed […] in was no coffee pot in the room, (but there is coffee in a small lounge) and no breakfast.
