Room was filthy. Condom wrappers strewn around, bedding ripped apart with an open bag of pretzels in the middle, dirty used towels strewn about. Filthy, filthy,filthy . Went back to front desk, they said "Give us 10 minutes". Almost exactly 10 minutes later they said it ready! No way you could properly clean that mess in 10 minutes. You could not strip […] and make the bed in that amount of time. Slept with a towel over the pillow when sleeping and a blanket for Kmart on top of their filthy linens for my entire stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel itself, not so nice! The bathrooms were tiny and had stains that just looked like they were a result of years of use; bedding looked old and was not very comfortable. We needed a hotel close to the airport on late notice and found this through Hotels.com. It was a pretty clean room that surprisingly was pretty spacious. The frond desk guy that received us( I think is from Japan) was not friendly. He need to take some relationship classes. He should not be in that position . He is the first image of your business. A smile does cost to much. The other staff was nice.

One complaint. Free WiFi should be included with your stay. Very inconvenient to go to lobby to use your laptop or whatever device you have. Hilton should look into this instead of charging for petty add ons.

If I had a choice I would not stay here again. My flight was cancelled and needed a place to sleep. Other than that, I will never step foot in this hotel again. Shuttle driver was nice. Wireless internet connection was good.

I arrived close to midnight with a group of 18. I had sent the hotel a rooming list the week before. The man at the desk was completely unprepared for our arrival. It took over an hour to get our rooms. This room had a very old feel to it, the sink and tub needs work. The shower needs better water pressure and the tissue hold is falling off the wall. Although the room was clean, I will never return here.

Room really clean, my only complaint was no elevator. My husband was having back problems, so the stairs were a killer. Older motel, but room, bathroom, and carpets where clean. Bed a little springy but not awful. For the money nice.

The hotel staff were very nice, and willing to assist as needed. The hotel was over all clean, however there are some updates that are needed. Overall very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel near O' hare.

Everything was old from carpet to ceiling, smelled musty, ceiling was chipping off, wall paper coming off, very dusty behind furniture. Even the lamp shades were discolored. No money put back into the motel at all. The breakfeast was just cereal and was gone by 8:45. Will not stay there again and would not recomend to anyone.

We had a 6 hour layover at O'Hare from an international flight and decided a nap and shower would be in order. Old motel but kept up well and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was outdated, but the staff was very friendly. It was a deal to leave our car parked there while on vacation. They charge $7 a day versus the airport at $50. If we found a hotel in a similar price range, we may opt for the other one.....

It has free shuttle to O'Hare International Airport and breakfast too. But Internet service was very bad. Person sitting there was rude and was like he is doing something for customers so we should be thankful to him.

We stayed here just for the overnight stay before heading to Adler planetorium the next morning. This hotel is around 30 min drive away from Adler. Room was large and sine our room was in the basement my kid enjoyed running from one side of the room to another. Small refrigerator and a microwave was there. I had called the hotel on my layover asking about the 24 hour shuttle, they informed me there was no shuttle from 12 am to 4 am. When I finally landed I had to call them more than 5 times to get them to come and get me, and that took over an hour. When I got to my room the heater was cranked all the way up and broken. This isn't a five-star hotel, but it is a great place to stay for a very reasonable price. It was clean and comfortable. I had a non-smoking single king room. The room was spacious, equipped with full cable, heating/air and free wireless internet. Although I didn't use it, they do have laundry on property that you can use yourself. They don't have room […] service, but they have many nearby restaurants that deliver. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The only fault with the hotel is that I wish they had elevators.
