The Hotel Baia D'oro is very close to the sea and extremely relaxing. It does not have a safe in the rooms and breakfast is very poor, but staff will always greet you, even if they do not speak English. The hotel restrauant would not be the best around, but there are two beach clubs within a 3 minute walking distance that are the nicest and worth a […] visit. The beach is amazing! It was just the nicest relaxing holiday I have had to date. It was a shame that the use of the beach loungers was not included in the price of the stay, but that you have to pay extra on leaving. we stayed there only for two nights, but were happy to leave as soon as possible. we booked a room with sea view and got a room without balcony and a small window. ok, thats not a big deal as we wanted to spend the day outside and the evening on the beach. unfortunately the beach was closed in the evening. the pool area was almost empty, but very noisy […] ... maybe because of the worst dj i´ve ever experienced. the air condition of the room didnt work at all, even we informed the staff at the reception about it and they promised that they would activate it from their desk. finally we managed to set up the temp in our room to 16°C, but the room remained hot. also the fan in the bathroom didnt work and we could not lock the door properly. you have to be very lucky to get one of the staff who speaks english. the hotel itself is very noisy and so you can listen to other guest in the corridor as if they are talking in your room. most guests are seniors or families and the hotel was fully booked. the hotel resaurant brings you back to the 80´s and the food was not great either. here i recommend to go for a pizza at the hotel pizzeria beside the pool or to visit one of the nice beach clubs nearby. the breakfast was ok, nothing special and you need to be there very on time as they stop to refill the buffett at around 9:30am. despite of all this inconveniences the staff is very friendly and willing to help even without english and the beach itself is very relaxing and beautiful. This tourist industry monster was completely empty when we check-in. The staff we meet was friendly but bluntly explained that the hotel is practically closed. The worst thing was the bloodthirsty mosquito in the room. We never experienced so many, such sleepless nights and so many baits! Avoid, avoid, avoid! The hotel surroundings were also totally […] abandoned and only the stray dogs accompany us on the dirty beach. No wireless Internet service and practically no breakfast. Hôtel club, peu fréquenté hors saison, donc assez "mort" et isolé de la ville de Licata. Ok pour une nuit étape, mais un peu tristounet pour un séjour en mai par exemple.

- La porta della camera non poteva essere chiusa a chiave, altrimenti si rischiava di restare dentro per ore. - Il box doccia aveva le ante penzolanti. Risultato: la sala da bagno si allagava.Il secondo giorno hanno dimenticato a portare i teli da doccia. - La persiana in legno era molto usurata; il pavimento del balcone pieno di polvere e terriccio […] proveniente dall'intonaco esterno che in alcuni punti si era staccato. - L'ombrellone e le due sdraio del lido ogni giorno erano diverse, finchè una signora ha reclamato il suo ombrellone affittato stagionalmente e che era stato noleggiato da noi! - La piscina era grande, ma l'acqua torbida e forse con una minima quantità di cloro. - A colazione mancava sempre qualcosa e la si doveva chiedere: cucchiaini, miele, latte fresco, croissant, cereali al cioccolato, ecc... - Alla partenza ci hanno addebitato una cena che noi non abbiamo mai ordinato nè consumato; ed il gestore si è arreso quando ero sul punto di mostrargli la ricevuta del ristorante di Licata dove avevamo realmente cenato la sera prima. Lausiges Hotel. Die Füllung der Zimmertür war locker. Das Schloss konnte durch Drücken an dem Knauf überlistet werden. Hinweis auf mögliche Diebe wurde beantwortet: Die gibt es hier nicht. WiFi funktioniert angeblich nur bei Apple nicht. Am ersten Morgen war kein Brot um 9:30 Uhr auf dem Buffett vorhanden, konnte auch nicht mehr ergänzt werden. Am letzten […] Tag, Mitwoch, gab es weder Brot noch Aufschnitt, da an dem Tag der Brotlieferant geschlossen hatte. Die Zufahrt zu dem Hotel ist abenteuerlich, da das Buschwerk auf beiden Seiten der sehr schmalen Einbahnstraße nicht beschnitten war. Die Expedia Beurteilung "3" sollte sofort auf "1" reduziert werden, wirklich ein lausiges Hotel. Read more

l hotel BAIA D ORO si trova in una posizione ottima perche si affaccia su una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia ed è vicino a diverse attrazioni turistiche come AGRIGENTO con la VALLE DEI TEMPLI , CALTAGIRONE e LICATA. l unico problema è che bisogna essere provvisti di auto perchè i mezzi pubblici sono praticamente inesistenti.

Bel hotel 3 étoiles situé en bord de mer à proximité de Selinonte et Noto. Chambre proprette avec vue sur mer. Environnement très agréable. Vraiment un hotel très sympa dans lequel on pourrait franchement envisager de passer plus d'une semaine. L'hotel possède une superbe piscine nettoyée régulièrement dont plus d'un hotelier belge pourrait s'inspirer. Bonne […] insonorisation du restaurant dans lequel se déroulait une fête de baptème lors de notre séjour. Evitez par contre le restaurant, un peu décevant. Nous devons cependant souligner que l'hotelier, suite à notre déception concernant la cuisine dans son établissement ne nous a fait payer qu'un repas au lieu de deux (avons passé deux nuits).
