Excellent all around - food, location, and friendly staff. Not sure what star this hotel is but the room was fantastic especially the decor. Free shuttle to old town and local area (cab ride back was $5). Highly recommend and would stay there again if Quito.

Excellent service the staff is the best, all LeParc staff were very professional! Unfortunately the street noise made the stay difficult because of car alarms interrupting my sleep every night. At least 5 times per night, this does NOT go well if you are suffering from altitude sickness. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It is pleasant but there is more form than function present. For example, the toiletries in the bathroom look great - but are hard to use. I could not figure out how to turn off the lights alongside the bed (I finally unplugged them). The bed has a massive frame making exit and entry slightly difficult for short […] legged people. There are huge pillows on top of it which have to be removed to sleep. The only choice for a house wine was $12 for a teensy glass which compares unfavorably to the $6 or $7 for a normal sized glass for another Ecuadorian hotel, which is a 5 star hotel, with a well deserved rating. We had booked a 2-room suite for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and arrived in Quito very late at night, for a short stay as we were flying to Galapagos the next morning. A driver from the hotel was waiting for us at the airport, which was extremely convenient given the late hours. There is a short drive to the hotel from the airport (10 min). […] The hotel lobby is big and attractive, the check in process was quick and efficient. The 2-room suite was big, good looking and very well maintained. There is no door, just a long corridor with the bathroom access in the middle, separating the two rooms. We had a king bed in the master bedroom, but a small bed for the kids in the second room, not comfortable to be shared by two. But fortunately, there was a second sofa there, very apropriate for sleeping. We requested extra beddings and the sofa was ready to use in a matter of minutes. We were hungry and the hotel bar and restaurant were already closed. But we were able to order room service (some sandwiches and a salad). It took 20 min for the food to arrive, and although it was expensive for local standards, it was also of very high quality (fresh ingredients, tasty, well presented). We also got a ride back to the airport the following morning, at no extra cost. It was the parfect stay for such a short visit! Read more

This hotel is located in the financial district of Quito, which means is a very safe area and a quick cab ride to the airport and Quito Colonial. I was visiting Quito to attend my best friend's wedding and as soon as she heard Le Parc was available she said "get it this is one of the best hotels in town." Everyone was very helpful, the only complaint is the noise around the hotel, first night we could not sleep. They switch us to a higher floor and towards the back and it was much better, but still noisy when all the construction is over . We would stay again.

I stayed with a friend for 4 nights at Le Parc Hotel. It has a very modern design which I like a lot. The suite was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was really good. Very nice bars as well. My only dissatisfaction with Le Parc Hotel was the excessive street noise, particularly the frequent squeeling of car alarms from the many vehicles parked in proximity to the hotel. The hotel has no set back from the street that can make for a restless night for light sleepers like me.

Our big complaint was that our room was noisy. they started moving things (clanging like silverware) around at 7 AM one day, cleaning another room early another. The gym is a complete joke given how much they've invested in the other parts of the hotel (3 lousy cardio machines, not even one weight). Truly a boutique hotel with only 30 rooms and suites. Very nicely done in modern format. Staff are fantastic and they are always going out of their way to help. Dinning in Hotel like medium US price. Willing to accommodate for Vegetarian diet. Great location and safe. Good for first timers to Quito. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only downside was being in the path of a planes that are landing but overall it was a great hotel experience. Free wi-fi is a big plus and the hotel was able to refer us to a experienced tour guide who showed us around the city for a relatively small fee. A great hotel overall.

i have stayed in several hotels in the quito area and i was extremely surprised at the value offered by this hotel. the rooms are exquisitely appointed and quite spacious...only draw back if you are a light sleeper it can be a problem as you can clearly hear planes as they fly by.

This is an all suite boutique hotel and our room was on the third floor overlooking their main street, our suite had a tub by the window overlooking the street in front of the Hotel entrance besides the full bathroom with a stand-up rain shower. The Breakfast buffet was good and was included with our room, with plenty to choose from with an omelette […] station and fresh fruit juices. The Spa was great and very reasonably priced compared to the ones in the USA, we scheduled the quick facial and back massage (1 hr) as well as the 60 mins swedish massage and then my husband went back the following morning for a full body scrub. This hotel is very close to one of the main shopping malls, the Quicentro Shopping, as well as to few pharmacies and bakeries which are a real treat with fresh right of the oven croissants and pastries. The only issue we had was trying to adjust the thermostat since the room was a bit cold at the time of our arrival but after calling the front desk they came and took care of it for us, keep in mind that even though there is a thermostat in the room it is controlled by the hotel on a back room. They offer airport pick-up service on a private SUV at no charge and in our way out of Quito since their truck was in the shop they paid for our cab ride. Overall a very good hotel, with a very pleasant staff. Will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in Quito again. Read more

Le Parc is a beautiful, elegant hotel, with spectacular rooms at a modest price. It is a 12 story glass and chrome tower with only 3 rooms or suites per floor. All the rooms were spectacular. The furnishings, decorations, and fixtures are ultra modern and beautiful. One suite had 90 degree curve of floor to ceiling glass wrapped around the room. Another […] had a free standing tub in front of a wall of glass. All rooms had huge beds, lounges, safes, and one or sometimes two HD TV's with a 100+ channels. The views from the upper floors were of the nearby park and out across the more distance mountains. The common areas were equally beautiful: a simple elegant lobby, a small but sophisticated restaurant, and a roof top bar and open lounge. Reception was a simply a glass desk with a flat screen display staffed by very helpful English speaker - usually a very elegantly dressed young woman. They could not have been more helpful. They stored our luggage during our absences, arranged our early trips to airport, found us local restaurants, and booked car and drivers when needed. All this and the room price, which was very competitive to begin with, included full breakfast, luggage storage, free pick up and drop off at the airport, and reliable Wi-Fi connections. I only wish we had more time there to enjoy our stay there. If this hotel was available in any other city in Europe or the Americas, it would be my first choice for that city also. Read more

Hotel was great. The major problem I had was with Expedia. They say that the airport shuttle is free but the guys at the desk said that we had to pay for it. It isn't the money that upset me, it's the fact that I booked that hotel instead of others on the same street for the complementary airport transfer. It makes me consider using Expedia again.
