The hotel isn't terrible, but the adult store right across the street made it a less-than acceptable atmosphere. The previous comments about thin walls are also right on. We took a last min drive to St.Augustine and needed a room. The surrounding area was concerning but we went in .the front desk was very sweet. Upstairs was just another hotel room nice shower. TV didnt seem to Wrk correctly. Over good spot to sleep and bite to eat .wouldn't mind staying again

Unfortunately I got no sleep at the Sleep In. The walls are so thin that even normal conversation or TV in the room next door or conversation in the hall sound like its in your same room. The hotel staff told me that was the norm and they did ask the people in the room next door for quiet.

The continential breakfast wasnt really what we were looking for. Coffee was good though. As to restuarants, they were right there across the street. I didnt like the dogs being on the same floor and of course the smell. We did complain about the dog next to us barking and the management moved that party..

The first night the neighbor had their TV up loud enough to hear it through the wall, luckily when the AC kicked on that sound overpowered it. The 2nd night was fine. Very clean, decent breakfast. WOuld definitely stay here again if in Palatka!

The hotel was very nice. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have even slept in at a hotel. The AC was ice cold and the shower was nice and hot with plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Got our money's worth. Hot breakfast items were a surprise. Got our rest in a clean room, got a shower in a clean shower with plenty of hot water. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel. Too bad one like this isn't available for our next trip.

I checked in very late at around midnight. The room was spacious. However, I was horrified when I got in bed to find a lot of hair from previous guests. I don't mean hair from a person's head. You get the picture. I was too tired to ask for a different room. Next morning I also found same kind of hair all over the bathroom tub. In all my years of travel […] all over the US and abroad I have never experienced that. The carpet was hardly vacuumed as well. When I checked out, I told the management of the hotel, they should better supervise their house keeping or fire them as there are so many people out of work who would do a better job cleaning. Nice hotel for the location. Business travel. Only real con was the noisy A/C system. The fan was too loud to sleep with. Service was great and a nice breakfast. Better than most.

Great hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. Only problem on checkout they were unable to give me a receipt for my stay because I booked online? Never had that issue anywhere. Otherwise great.

The king bed, big chair and almost built in extras were impressive. What was not was trying to figure out how to get into the hotel. Find the Lowe's store as it is their property used to access the hotel. Once there all is fine. We "Slept In" !
