      I have stayed at the Phoenix Inn many times and have always enjoyed it. This time I especially enjoyed the cheaper price you gave me because the hotel was charging somewhat more. This hotel is very comfortable, clean and has been updated quite recently as well. Every room has a coffee maker and a small refrigerator. This room had a king sized bed and there was a couch and coffee table with a desk and chair as well. It is really very well appointed. The location is very convenient. Thank you for helping me out!

      outdoor stair access to building wing and no elevator to second floor would be drawbacks for some but we liked less "hotel" feel and the nice room.

    New hotel with clean rooms and good service. We stayed in a king room which was quite large. Breakfast included hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, and waffles in addition to cold fare. Quality of food was adequate, but not great.

    The only thing that kept this from getting all 5's was the staff member who checked us in on 9/26 and who we dealt with evening of 9/27. Th is person had NO customer service skills was basically rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. I would seriously think of more education for this employee or letting her go if she is that unhappy with her job,

    We brought our son down to Linfield College for the parent/prospective student program. We just wanted a very decent place to stay the night. It was very clean, neat, desk staff was fine as well. They had an ok free continental breakfast with eggs and biscuits with a bunch of other things. Beds were comfy enough. Not luxury rooms but perfect for this […] occasion. Room had microwave and small fridge. It was a few minutes from the college and a few minutes from the very cute downtown area where we went for dinner.     We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Close to town, clean, friendly staff. The resteraunt close to the Hotel (Blackbird Cafe) also owned by the Hotel owners was awesome! Simply menu but great food and also friendly workers! We loved this city of McMinnville!!!!

    This Comfort Inn has clean, comfortable rooms, working wifi, and a good breakfast. Staff were helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions, and check-in was simple and fast. Would stay there again if we return to McMinnville.

    Nice comfortable quiet room, great breakfast, very close to Wing and waves water park and the Evergreen Aviation Museum. If you book through the hotel you can get a 15 percent discount at the water park.

    My two daughters and i just spent the first part of our spring break here. It was very close to activities, good dining and very family friendly. We will look forward to an opportunity to stay here again.

    Every aspect of the hotel were great except the accoutics. We were near the elevator and the entry way to the elevator was hard tile that echoed baggage wheels every time someone got on/off the elevator. Flushing toilets and showers were also heard often.     Thin walls, too family friendly to work for business. They seriously need soundproofing and an adult only time in the pool at ight. Loud boisterous kids in the pool until it closed at 11pm - and unsupervised.

    The rate is expensive for the area. The hotel presents well. The mattresses were too soft. The sheets were old and part polyester and the bedspreads had polyester. The pillows were cheap. The bath towels were older and thin.

    Facilities are new, clean, and contemporary in feel. Housekeeping seemed a bit neglectful. Missed some things. Hot breakfast came with good options but was a bit uneven from day to day. Waffles were good. Kids and grandma appreciated the free cookies in the lobby.

    I stay here quite often and think it is one of the best in the area. This time i stayed in room 313 (go figure) and the compressors must have been right above the room. The noise was fairly loud and constant.

    The hotel was clean & quiet - seems fairly new. Our only complaint was with the pillows. They are rather small, approx. half the size of a standard pillow. Although they offered a free breakfast, we did not take advantage of it, therefore, we can't comment on it.

    The advertising for this hotel lead us to beleive it was in or near the city center and linfield College. It was a long ways out of town on a very buy road next to the hospital. Also the map to get there was terrible. We had to stop and ask directions twice to find it. The hotel itself was okay.

    This hotel was convenient and perfect for a family of four. The refrigerator and microwave are fine for a short stay, and the breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, etc more was more than we expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We would return!
