Very nice hotel with all the amenities. Friendly staff. Great location by Tokyo Station.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and amenities... but missing touch."
If you are into views this is your place. The views of Tokyo from all the rooms and the hotel restaurant are perfect. The problem is the hotel rests too much on this laurel. Some of the service was excellent, but I felt the service was spotty and the staff was not very cohesive or inter-cooperative in their delivery of services, at times over-bearing, […] and at other times withdrawn. I shouldn't complain, because the staff clearly meant well, but I was left wishing for more of the famous Japanese efficiency and kindness. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It is a little far from shibuya/asakusa/shinjuku but it's close to subway stations and very convenient since tokyo station has a lot to shop/eatGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location and quality"
Great location. Very clean. Excellent staff. Breakfast very good, but pricey. Purchase option with breakfast included.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Breakfast is The best part!"
Great location for an over night visit if you need to catch the train the next morning. Very clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff. Offers both Western and Japanese buffet breakfast - one of the best we had!Genuine Expedia guest review
The location of the hotel was perfect - central to everything. The room was small, but modern, efficient, and very clean. The staff was helpful in booking reservations and making recommendations as well. When coming back to Tokyo, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location if using the train station"
We like this hotel but the rooms are very compact. You have to be very organized to have 2 people and all the things we carry. The room is nicely organized for such a small space and very fresh and clean. The views from some sides are extraordinary. The staff was very helpful and really try to get you what you are asking for. Their communication in […] English was excellent. Another thing to consider is where in Tokyo will you be spending your time. This trip we were in the Roppongi/Minato-ku area and it is a bit more difficult to get there from the hotel. "Great hotel convenient to Tokyo Station"
Excellent hotel only a minute's walk from Tokyo Station. This made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and to/from Narita on the NEX. Our room was small but had a great view southward. We had a full view of the station platforms and tracks--some people might not enjoy that but we enjoyed watching the trains come and go. The staff was […] very friendly and helpful, showing us to our room and letting us check out a few minutes late. The room was clean and cozy; we found places for our two large suitcases but if you have more than that it could be cramped. Lots of dining is available nearby in the station or about 15 minutes away by foot in Ginza. Note that despite the hotel having Marunouchi in its name you do not want to go out of the Marunouchi exits at the station. Take the Yaesu North Gate exit and the hotel building will be 10 meters in front of you. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for one night"
Overall I would recommend this hotel but only for 1 or 2 nights max. especially if you choose the deluxe queen room. The room was clean but really small and the queen size bed was not a queen size bed, especially when compared to the queen size bed in the Century Southern Tower Hotel. It is close to Tokyo station so it is good access to trains, but […] if you need the Airport limousine bus service, it is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop access only takes cash, so be prepared. A slightly overpriced hotel. Probably ideal for business trips since it is located at Tokyo Station. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Center of Tokyo, next to Tokyo Train Station."
We stayed in the center of Tokyo across the street from the Tokyo Train Station. Ultra modern hotel with reception and all rooms starting on the 27th floor of a new Tokyo skyscraper. Although the room was small, it had 10 foot ceilings and we had an all glass corner room with windows from floor to ceiling giving us an unbeatable view of Tokyo. Highly […] recommend this hotel, as it not only a great hotel, but the prices were very competitive. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

For business this hotel is in a great location. The metro and train station are downstairs. The views from the room and dinning room/bar are spectacular. The only niggle I have is that the menu was limited to fine dinning and had difficulty in accommodating simpler fare. As a result after a full day of meetings you then had to find a restaurant to have […] dinner at. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed the location it's Tokyo station. We have a problem checking. The staff solved it better than I expected. The room was small but very efficientGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenient and very nice"
This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, even though the room was a little small, most of the building is in very good condition and looks almost new. There were amazing views as the hotel starts on the 27th floor of the building. We found the business center to be convenient because there was a printer available to use. We did not eat in the […] restaurant because it was fairly expensive, but there are a few other restaurants as well as a convenience store in the building. The building is right outside the entrance to Tokyo station which was very convenient, as there are more stores and restaurants in the station. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Right next to Tokyo station!"
Located right in front of Tokyo station. It was such a relief to know that we didn't have to travel far to get to the trains and back! Stayed here for 3 days as we visited Tokyo for the first time and we were very pleased. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a bit costly, but it is expansive and has lots of Japanese and Western […] foods. It was a bit tiresome having to take two elevators just to get into the guest rooms area of the building, but we felt safe and secure in our room. Very nice bathroom and toiletries. Free wifi! Comfortable beds with more than one pillow (a rarity in Japan lodging). We will definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
From the ground entrance it was 50 steps to the right to Tokyo train station and 50 steps to the left for the Tokyo metro ! Couldn't be more convenient.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location in the Financial District"
Like most hotels in Tokyo the rooms was small but very organized and in good condition. There are lots of drawers to stow gear. The hotel is right at the Ninhombashi exit to the Tokyo Station where the train from Narita comes in. It is also an easy place to find at any time. The problem on arrival at the train station is finding the Ninhombashi exit. […] Tokyo station is enormous. So, it would be good to get very clear directions from the hotel, as their website, is not very helpful. You can also get info from the train station website. Be aware that the train station is on many floors. Once you get near the Ninhombashi exit there are signs with the hotel's name on it but the hotel name is not prominent on the building itself. Like many hotel in Tokyo, it is the upper floors of a tall building. It does have its own elevator and once you get to the 27th floor you reach the hotel lobby. Another set of elevators takes you up to the rooms which do have great views. If you don't speak Japanese, the staff does speak English, but it is limited. The hotel is close to the Imperial Gardens which are nice to walk in. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Prime Location, Reflect What is Tokyo like"
It a pleasant stay with Marunouchi, the prime location pretty much reflect what Tokyo is about. The shopping areas, foods and the night life is just a few steps away. You can get to any other tourist spots easily through the subway and the JR, technically just downstairs of the hotel. Highly recommended.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Weekend in Tokyo"
I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. The location was perfect since I took the Narita Express train from the airport. The hotel is right next door to Tokyo Station- just make sure you get the correct exit name. The entire staff is very friendly, accommodating and professional.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great value and location"
The hotel is elegant and the staff were very gracious and helpful. Rooms are spotless and come with a fridge, coffee/tea supplies and a safe. The hotel is in a downtown building with nice views and has a very nice restaurant and bar. It is directly across from Tokyo metro station (north entrance) and also close Otemachi metro station. There is a Starbucks […] in the building for a quick breakfast or snack. I thought this was a good value given the quality and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "Nice business oriented Hotel"
This hotel is a business oriented hotel located right next to Tokyo Station but is fine for tourists too. The hotel is very nice with decent size rooms for downtown Tokyo. It is located in the business district so there are not many options for great restaurants or nightlife in the area but the subway is just a few short steps away to wish you off to […] Shibuya or Shinjuku. Overall the location was excellent as it is in the middle of Tokyo so you are minutes away by subway to all the major attractions. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Tokyo. Best location, good stuff, food so so. Overall, will stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
The staff was courteous and friendly and the rooms, while small, were cozy and comfortable. The shower was fabulous! The breakfast buffet was delicious! And being so close to Tokyo station was very convenient. I would stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"At Tokyo station"
Rooms are small but manageable for 2. Location is excellent for getting around tokyo, either by train or foot. Ask for south facing room and watch Shinkansen coming and going.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location but the rooms are tiny"
Great location at the Tokyo Station allows easy access to rail transportation; however, the rooms offered on Expedia are super tiny (one side of the bed faces the wall), unless one travels light (you would have trouble finding enough space for two medium-size suitecases).Genuine Expedia guest review
"Centrally located Hotel quiet and comfortable"
The hotel appears to be fairly new or recently refurbished. Rooms are comfortable, clean, well appointed and quiet. Location is great being next to the Tokyo Station making train and subway connections a breeze, especially to or from Narita. One caveat is that there are several Maruonochi buildings in the area and a Maruonchi Hotel in one of the other […] buildings. Be sure to pull a map or ask for the Sapia Tower or else you get directed to the wrong place. Only drawback to our stay was the staff while conversant in English is not always fluent in it. We were able to get the information we needed but not without some difficulty. Overall however it's great find, centrally located and reasonably priced. We'd stay there again on a return trip to Japan. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very convenient location"
In order to get a room with two beds, we had to take a smoking room, and were worried it would smell terrible, but they have a good air purifier in the room and we could not even tell the room had been used by smokers (although the hallway did smell like cigarettes). The room was very spacious and comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful hotel and service"
Ideal location (a step outside tokyo JR station and otemachi subway stations), wonderful service and incredible views of Japan from the lobby and rooms. We had a standard king but I think the upgrade to a corner room would have been well worth it!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good location and neighborhood."
Location is great - right at Tokyo station. So, it is very convenient to be a base to travel to different parts of Tokyo. Like all other business hotels in Tokyo, room size is small. Place is clean. Service is fine but could improved. Do not mind coming back again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The location is incredible."
The location is so close with Tokyo station. You can shopping at the station and keep buying stuffs at the hotel in a minute. However, the hotel starts at 27 fl so I may not recommend with ppl who are afraid of height. The staff is so helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice location and well equipped."

"wonderful hotel and service"
excellent. We will certainly return in the future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We were vary pleased with our stay. The hotel itself is in excellent shape with helpful staff. Situated immediately next to Tokyo Station made it especially easy back and forth to the airport on the Narita Express as well as ample connection into Tokyo's transit system. Our toddler was fascinated by the train set in the lobby as well!Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel has a fantastic location. We also managed to get a later check out at 1pm. Wonderful experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Wounderful view of the JR and Tokyo Station because of its high storey. Metropolitan nightview from the room was also impressive. Overall room-keeping very good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great business hotel next to Tokyo station"
Stayed here for 4 nights while vacationing with family. Staff efficient and hotel area (at the 27th floor of the Sapia Tower) is secured by key card access.Genuine Expedia guest review
This is a classy hotel with friendly staff and nice, decent sized rooms. The best bit is the location just above Tokyo Station. I've stopped here twice for short stays and would always come back. All the rooms will have great views because of the dizzy heights.Genuine Expedia guest review
We realize that the land is very expensive in Tokyo but the room was too small for the price.Genuine Expedia guest review
