Loud people partying each night in rooms next to us. Had to call front desk at 10:30 pm one night and 2:10 am the other.     Very nice hotel for business or pleasure. The restaurant was really good. The only down side was that the pool is very small, not very good for families with kids who want to swim. Would be a great hotel for business trips.

    The hotel was fantastic for attending the concert held in the Verizon Center. Loved being attached via skywalk so no dragging along coats. Hotel was clean and quiet (except you hear the noise in the hall while in the bathroom). Olives was a great place to catch a drink but did not eat there.     My sister and I went to a concert at the Wireless Center and it was awesome how close we were. We really had a 1 minute walk out the door. We loved it that we did not need to worry about driving anywhere, once we were parked we were good. However, we rolled into Mankato about 5pm and they had started blocking off streets and so it was a little hard […] to actually get to the ramp to park.     Great Hotel - right in the heart of downtown, Mankato. Only thng that bothered us was the semi-trucks delivering items to the HyVee grocery store across the street. Very Loud! But, we just turned the fan up in the room and were able to sleep comfortably.

    When I arrived (around 11am) they kindly informed me that my room was already available and checked me in right away. I was very grateful for that. But... When I got to my room I noticed a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom, pillow cases were definitely not changed from the previous guest(s) as they looked used as someone already slept on them! […] The fan/AC in the room was extremely loud and could not be turned off unless you contact the front desk which I had to do in the middle of the night.     We stayed here for a wedding at the Verizon Center. It's so convenient, and also close to the downtown entertainment if you don't have something else going on. We went to Rounders for breakfast the following morning. It's just a short walk from the Hilton. Good food, and excellent Bloody Marys!

    Everyrthing was great about the room and the hotell except for the air conditioning control. The room was cold when we got there and the wall temperature control was very hard to use and get to the right temperature.

    This is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff, and an awesome location. My only complaint is that I arrived about 90 minutes after check-in time and no rooms were available for another 30-40 mi .

    This is a very nice hotel in a great location in downtown Mankato. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and very nice. It's in a nice area that you can feel safe moving around at night. Highly recommend it.

    I was disappointed that I was not informed that the two rooms that I reserved were not located on the same floor. That worked out fine, but there were several things that could be improved. The hallways near the elevators had a very unpleasant odor. Room service did not replace towels or make the beds after we left for the day. We had a very difficult […] time figuring out the unusual shower. We called room service and were told how to turn on the shower. We were told later that that is usually explained upon arrival. The highlights were; a very friendly desk attendant late in the evening, who delivered clean towels to our room, a comfortable room and a delightful dinner at the hotel restaurant, Olives. The negatives are things that are fixable and if they were fixed, our stay would have been very nice and I would return. Read more

    Perfect place to stay if you are attending anything at the attached venue. We stayed there for the Music as a Weapon Concert Tour. It worked out beautifully. We arrived a couple of hours before the concert began, parked in the parking garage ($3 for the whole day) showered and got ready, then headed over the sky bridge for the show.     We reserved a room here to attend the Mavericks for Fight Sioux hockey game and it was the perfect location. Great location for restaurants, drinks and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly, even let us have a late check out.

    the only problem was parking. it was very inconvenient to park on the third flor and take a long walk through the hotel and come down to the lobby. But being a "downtown" location it is understandable.

    The location was very convenient with free parking down town. The room was very clean and staff was very pleasent and helpful. With free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator in the room, it had everything I needed. I would definitely go back again.
