The room is clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk and the restautrant are very helpful and friendly. They have an amazing breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit and fruit juices. This is a business hotel so we see a lot of people dress in business suits.

The hotel has a great location in Poblado albeit a bit noisy at times. What is extraordinary is that the staff are really dedicated to the guests and take very good care of you. Overall this was a very pleasant stay without any problems or discomforts and the price is reasonable. The on-site restaurant is good. Same day laundry service.

Nice location. Decent hotel for the price. Put at checkout they tried to put too many extra charges on the room. their Telephone charges were exhorbitant, their minibar charges were over-kill. Their know cab driver whom i paid in cash then turned around and added to my account a charge of 10,000 pesos for a ride to Parque Lleras. Checkout was a painful […] experience. This is just a great little hotel. Great location in that it's close enough and a short and inexpensive taxi ride will be you where you need to be. A great hotel for a short stay. Location has good for access to Milla de Oro -- Oviedo y Santa Fe commercial, La Estrada, y Hard Rock Cafe). It's either a short steep walk or quick cab ride. Considering the traffic in Medellin, it was a delight to be tucked away on a quiet hill top with a beautiful view. There is even a flock of urban Maccaws flying around the area. The staff is most friendly and accommodating. Those with early flights can get a good breakfast before normal opening hours. The dining room has excellent food.

Overall the hotel is good, but there are no irons, or ironing boards in the rooms. The hotel has a dry-cleaning service, but not an ironing service. So I had to go out and buy an iron. I was very disappointed with this. Other than that the hotel was great.

This was my first time in Medillen and I was lucky enough to stay at the Poblado Alejandria. Great location. Very safe and walking distance to everything. The service here was awesome. The free breakfast buffet is very good, the rooms have air conditioning, and internet is accessible at computers on floors 2, 4 and 6. Wi-Fi was too weak in our room. Quiet hours ended at 6 a.m. on the 5th floor; maids came very early and maintenance seems to begin work at that hour also. Only a few staff members spoke English but all were very friendly. The hotel is on a steep hill within walking distance of the busy street Poblado and also several large malls; Oviedo mall is recommended for brands recognizable to Americans and also has lots of food choices. If you want interesting local food and music offerings at night, finding a hotel closer to Parque Lleras is a better option. However, the cab ride there should be no more than 5000 pesos. This hotel is an excellent value with an amazing location in the Poblado neighborhood in Medellin. The room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom. Nice view from the roofdeck of the city and very convenient to Parque Lleras where there are lots of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great service. The only downside is that the mattresses in the room are very hard. Very hard. Uncomfortablly hard. I cannot go back to what is otherwise a nice hotel.
