This is a pretty spot right off the main pedestrian drag of the town. Amazing views from the roof where a delicious breakfast is served. Staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is an excellent base for exploring Taormina. It's inside the walls, near shops and restaurants (although on the opposite side of town from the Roman amphitheater). The service was excellent and friendly. The breakfasts, served on a rooftop with a commanding view, were outstanding - pretty much anything you might want, including eggs cooked […] to order. Caution: you can't pull your car up to the hotel, which is in a pedestrian-only area. You park in a multi-story garage, take the elevator to the seventh floor, and then have a bit of a walk to the hotel. Within the hotel, you need to walk up one flight, since the elevator (very oddly) doesn't come down to the ground floor. Although our room overlooked the main street, it had a rolling metal shutter, double-glazed windows, and a heavy block-out curtain, so the room was dark and quiet at night. Read more

We had a great stay at Taodomus. The hotel is right on Corso Umberto which is the main pedestrianised street in the historic centre of Taormina. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lovely roof terrace where breakfast is served (with cooked eggs and crepes to order!) every morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect position on Corso Umberto. Stunning rooftop breakfast area with views of Etna & the Bay. Welcoming,friendly ,happy & helpful staff. Our only issue was the steps as we both have some knee issues. Highly recommend it .

Just back from a holiday in Tourmina where we stayed in the Taodomus Hotel. Very pleasent. Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel & look forward to making a return visit Location is great for getting around.

We have just returned home from a 5 day trip to Taormina where we attended the wedding of a friend, and we stayed at the Taodomus. Finding the hotel was simple - it is located on the main street (Corso Umberto) so all the shops/amenities are nearby. Check-In was straightforward & friendly, and they kindly brought our heavier bags to our room. They […] have 2 types of room - ones with a sea-view or ones facing the city centre. We went with the less expensive option, but were delighted with it. The layout of the room was very good and made great use of the space available, which wasn't small compared to other hotels. Each room has it's own individual name and colour scheme which gave us a unique feel. It had a nice balcony where we could sit out and relax while at the same time taking in the 'Taormina experience' as it passed by underneath. The room had air-con, free wifi, safe, and mini-bar. They offered us complimentary breakfast in bed, but this would be a mistake, because their breakfast terrace on the top of the hotel has breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and Mt. Etna. They had a great choice for breakfast. The hotel staff were very friendly and were obviously proud of the hotel & service, which made for a very good atmosphere. Juliette & Gabrielle in particular made us feel totally at home. I could not say one bad thing about our experience here, and would have no hesitation in recommending the Taodomus to anyone. The staff at Taodomus hotel were very friendly and very helpful. They made us feel really welcome and were interested in what we wanted to do to maximise our short visit to Taormina. The breakfast on the fourth floor terrace was excellent and a wonderful way to start the day. Our room was small but had everything that we needed including tea and coffee […] making facilities. Hotel pequeno, poucos quartos, muito bem localizado, na principal rua de Taormina. Atendimento exclusivo, um ótimo café da manhã, farto e saboroso. Quarto irretocável, apesar de pequeno. Uiterterst verzorgd, mooie kamer met moderne ruime badkamer, goede kamer met airco. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en home made food. Tevens mogelijk ontbijt op de kamer. Ligging van het hotel zeer guntig aan de Corso Umeberto, DE winkelstraat. Veel te zien in de omgeving, daarbij veel hulp vanuit het hotel, zoals resischema's van openbaar vervoer ed.

Très bon hôtel 3 étoiles, extrêmement bien situé non loin du parking et dans le centre de Taormina. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le personnel est extrêmement gentil et à répondu a toute nos attentes, merci. Tout était prévue pour notre petite fille de 8 mois. Très propre et très bien entretenu, ainsi qu'une magnifique terrasse pour prendre […] le petit déjeuner. Un vrai 3 étoiles, nous y retournerons c'est certain. Kleines (11 Zimmer), sehr gemütliches Hotel dirket in der Altstadt von Taormina. Den Strand erreicht man über die 15 min (Fussweg) entfernte Seilbahn oder den Bus. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet mit täglicher Reinigung. Absolut traumhaft ist die Frühstücksterasse mit einem […] herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und den Ätna. Das Frühstück selbst ist reichhaltig, neben dem Früstücksbuffet bietet das Hotel eine kleine Karte mit zusätzlichen (kostenlosen) Leckereien. Der Crepe mit sizillanischer Orangenmarmelade ist ein absolutes Muss. Fazit: als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung und abendliche Stadtbummel ideal geeignet! Auch kulinarisch lassen die vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft keine Wünsche offen. Read more
