Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

"Luxury Hotel"
If you are looking for something above and beyond, this hotel suites your needs. Great staff service accommodating any needs you have. Hotel is located on a one-way street with on-site valet parking. They do not tell you valet service is charged on a nightly basis and only to be found either in a small book in the room or inquiring with reception. There […] is no self parking, maybe you can find some on the narrow adjacent streets. Once you call valet service, they bring up the car very quickly. Room size is very spacious with a granite bathroom with heated floors. You can even take a bath and watch tv. built into the mirror. Room and bed are very comfortable. Hotel is in the high-end Yorkville district for the shoppers. Otherwise there is not much to see and a car is needed to see any of the sites in the city. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who demands exceptional service. Read more

Este pequeño pero elegante Hotel me dejo completamente con la boca abierta, desde el servicio impecable de todos sus empleados, el Concierge es algo mas que exelente, habiataciones comodas, y una ubicacion inmejorable, sin lugar a dudas una de las mejores opciones en Toronto.

5月日本の連休中に3泊しました。昨年11月はフォーシイズンズに宿泊しましたがこのホテルのデザイン性が目についていました。で、今回実行したわけです。 立地のヨークビルはトロントの最高級地域です。廻りは最高級の店ばかりで、このホテルも規模は小型ですが大型ホテルにない高級感があります。娘は在トロントですが、このホテルに入るのに勇気が要ると言うぐらいの高級感がありました。帰国時に空港までのタクシーの予約をホテルに頼みましたが5☆マーク付きの運転手で車はピカピカの黒塗りタクシーで安心して空港に行きました。 今の時点ではフォーシーズンズより上でしょう。
