The hotel appears as if it was recently renovated. Modern, clean rooms and facilities. Nice extras like free coffee, cappucino, espresso 24 hrs/day, adequate free breakfast, small pleasant lounge, free computer, pleasant staff. Near everything. Parking limited - request when you book. .

We have stayed here before and give it a "best value" rating. Excellent breakfast as well. Staff is very nice and welcoming!!!!!!!!

Very well appointed with many amenities. I felt a bit being "cheap" to charge an extra $5.00 for a code for internet connection. Their offer for free internet service, means a single terminal in the main lobby with internet connection. Long line up, and inconvenience. For a daily $5.00 guest can obtain their personal code to use their own equipment in privacy.Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of old Quebec, across a small park from the Frontenac and a block from stairway to Quartier Petit-Champlain. Rooms on the small side but cozy, incorporating them into the limits of a very old building. Very clean in-room and out. Very helpful, friendly staff to Americans with French that doesn't go much beyond "bonjour." Outstanding breakfast--waffles with maple cream sauve are a must. Daily parking was reasonable and only one block away.

"wonderful stay at Cap Diamant"
We had a wonderful stay in Quebec City at the Cap Diamant. Florence and her daughter and all the staff made us feel as if we were with family. Lovely room (#1 has king bed - large, comfortable room.) I enjoyed my stay at this Bed & Breakfast. It was convenient to everything to see in Ville Quebec, and convenient to many restaurants, too. The owner was delightful. The room was clean and nicely made up every day. The only negative is that my room was on the top floor, and the second flight of stairs was very steep. "Cap Diamant Old City - Easy walk to shops & dining"
(+)Great price, excellent location in Old City easy walk to shops & restaraunts, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast. (-) First floor room is by front entrance and boot closet. Would ask for 2nd floor room next time.

"Great location-lovely hotel"
A lovely home-style hotel run by very friendly staff and family. The hotel is actually a very large house. It has lovely period features and beauty. It is in a very good location and is close to Old Quebec. We could walk to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel has a nice selection of breakfast choices. Highly recommend!
