Room was clean, however A/C was not fixed after several hours, so I had to sleep without it as I got in late. When I mentioned it when checking out, staff did not seem to care. The worst hotel experience ever, few night clubs in different floors, one of them open till 6 in the morning, very loud music, you will not be able to get any sleep. This is budget at best. Worst part is that there's a nightclub next door and the music and bass can be heard from the top floor of the hotel until 6am in the morning!! Hote staff were very nice and helpfull, the only issue I had was that the property's bars and clubs operate till very late, or very early would be a better term. I peronally found it difficult to sleep with the noise which went on till after 5... Otherwise, for the catagory of the hotel, everything was ok...

I only stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was basic, standard and ok. Definitely not a plush resort, but I have also seen much worse. For an overnight stay, with a comfortable bed, the hotel is just fine. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was decent and presented well enough.

I had booked TWO rooms, each with king-size bed, NON-smoking, one for myself, one for relative, and had prepaid for rooms on expedia. When I checked into hotel, I was told hotel did not have enough space, and could we just take a twin room instead! I said no, because rooms were prepaid, and we each wanted own room, and certainly not twin beds. The hotel […] then gave us each king room, but my room was a smoking room (obvious from the smell, and ashtray in room); however, I didn't complain since I was frankly exhausted after long travel, and was worried hotel would then put us back into a twin room! However, smoke residue in room affected me. At check-out 2 days later, I was still not going to say anything about matter; I was just glad to be leaving. However, desk manager sent person to my room to check minibar and person came back and said I had consumed a bottle of water. I said NO, it was my own water bottle purchased from store that was left next to garbage. It was different size and brand from what was in minibar! The hotel clerk insisted. At that point, annoyed by this exchange, I brought up issue of the smoking room when I had requested non-smoking. I asked to speak to manager, and clerk was reluctant to give me name of person. Eventually he made calls, and then reported to me that manager was not available until after 9 am. It was 7 am at this point and he knew I was off to airport to catch flight to another country since cab driver waiting. Unprofessional. Read more
