This hotel was wonderful. Super big room that was perfectly clean and very quiet, even on a busy holiday weekend. The breakfast had great items, hot and cold and everything was fresh. Would stay here again. Super nice pool area with a great slide was perfect for our kids.

Size of room was a definite plus -- kitchen, living room area helped to make room be open and spacious. Also, divided bath facilities were a plus too. Only draw back was hot tub not completely functional -- according to magnement has never been.

Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. My wife and I have stayed here on 3 different occassions. Well located, just far enough from downtown. The receptionist was very nice and when I asked to be switched to a room with a tub (instead of a shower only), she qucikly changed out our rooms without any change in price.

The hotel appears very new and luxurious for the area. It was close to everything in Fredricksburg. The room itself with the balcony disappointed me, as we wanted a non smoking room. From our entrance in the room, we noticed a stale tobacco smell. I later realized that you could smoke on the balcony, and I guess guests have smoked in the room as well. […] I wish that fact had been revealed to us before booking. Also, the configuration of the room was odd, and there was no microwave or small frig in there.
