My stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Chambersburg was very enjoyable. Although the reason for my stay was to attend my uncle's funeral, the comforts of the hotel made the situation much better. The staff, especially Ashley, was very helpful and courteous. really nice hotel, but house keeping doesn't do there job and head of housekeeping is to blame! then when you ask about it front desk doesn't help with problem! not professional and plays the blame game! if you stay check your room to make sure its clean and fresh!

We enjoyed everything about the stay - courteous & accommodating staff, comfortable bedding & room. Our only criticism is that the GPS could not adjust for the exact location & when we did locate the hotel, signage to get there was very poor. Cluggy's became the best landmark.

This hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. No restaurant for lunch or dinner, but plenty of places within a mile. Plus they have a nice menu selection of places that deliver. If my son decides to go to Ship, we will be staying here again, happily.

We stay at Country Inn & Suites several times a year. This location is not one of the better ones. The staff was very nice but the hotel is getting a little run down. The bathroom looked worn and not overly clean. Not bad but not great.

We were running REALLY late, due to a few minor work crises before we left home and construction through the surrounding mountains, and arrived just before the breakfast service started. The front desk staff was awesome - they quickly got us setup in our room, gave us a late checkout so we could get enough sleep, and even let us into the breakfast area […] a few minutes early so we could get a good breakfast. We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit Gettysburg and were surprised at the number of places to eat and shop very close to this hotel. Enjoyed the chocolate cookies and the breakfast. They kept all the food fresh.

The area around the hotel has a lot of new strip malls and the hotel is right next to an off track betting site.. So not the best of locations. My main gripe with all of the Coentry Inns is the powdered eggs the serve as "breakfast". The eggs are terrible... Our family enjoyed staying in the Quality Inn and Suites. It was close to many attractions. The only thing that I disliked was the bottom sheets to the bed would not stay where they were supposed to. Everything else was GREAT! The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was nice, even having free internet was great!
