I'm reluctant to say "perfect" for any kind of trip or lodging, but this is about as close as it gets. We stayed here for a ski weekend at Sugarbush, and really did not want to leave. It's a great location, the room was big, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfasts (especially the orange pancakes and maple sausages) were excellent. We will definitely be going back. I'm sure it's wonderful in the summer too.

Staff was very nice and room was almost perfect. The curtains over the window next to the walkway were gauzy; while they did prevent anyone looking into the room, they did not prevent lots of light getting into the room when we were trying to sleep. Overall it was a great room with a huge balcony.

The room was clean, but for the high price charged it needs many updates. The toiliet ran after flushed and the pipes would "scream" when we or the room next door flushed.

A photo of this room would be next to the word immaculate in the dictionary. Even though it wasn't new, the condition it was in was remarkable. This motel cares about cleanliness and making sure everything is top notch. Flat screen TV was good sized. We would definitely stay here again.

It was great! From the moment we walked in the owner was very accomodating and friendly.We were in one of the"big queens" in the unit in back of the original motel. The room was immaculate. This was older mom/pope type motel that was just about what we expected. The price was right, the room was clean and the grounds well-maintained. The air conditionrer was a bit noisy. The website stated that there was no continental breakfast however upon check-in, we were given coupons for the breakfast at the restaurant next door. We were last minute in trying to find a place to stay near Burlington and, as it turned out, it was their busiest weekend of the year - college move-in weekend and the Champlain Valley Fair attract thousands of people each, so places to stay were hard to come by. All we needed was something clean and near downtown and well priced. The T Bird Motor Inn […] was just that. Known as a 'meticulously clean' inn, we gave it a shot. The reviews were right, this place is spotless. Also, it's only about a 5-10 min drive to downtown Burlington, so it's a decent location, too.
