Thank you Casa Colonial for a safe and secure and comfortable stay!My pet peeve is poor quality bedding and you did not disappoint me in any way--- it was luxurious and top of the line pillows and linens The breakfast was delicious also.

The Cristina has lots of character. The day staff is sensational, extremely helpful, friendly. The facilities are lovely. Rooms are super clean and rooms are enchanting, especially the bathroom--suites, less so regular rooms. The pool needs a bit of attention, however. Clean but a bit old. Some attention there is needed. No pool attendant or bar or anything. Regretfully, the surrounding area is extremely loud. This is the case for the entire city. High walls provide privacy but car noise, especially horns, carry over. I still thought the Cristina was well worth it.

La apariencia exterior es agradable, pero en la habitación encontramos múltiples insectos muertos, sobre el buró, tocador, cabecera de la cama y en el piso, lo peor fue al destender la cama !!! muchas hormigas entre las sábanas!!! y en el baño dos mega cucarachas!!! la limpieza deja mucho que desear, las almhoadas super sucias!! la tv. no se veía bien, […] llamamos a mantenimiento y nos pidieron mil disculpas, limpiaron la habitación y arreglaron lo demás, el personal muy atento.
