The hotel, staff, restaurant were all excellent. The only problem is that I was charged 3 euro a day extra for each of the 4 days. It was above my prepaid amount. This seemed unusual and possibly inappropriate. It should be mentioned on the site if if is a standard. I stayed at 2 other hotels int he ssame region on this trip, including another Leonardo Hotel and this charge did not apply. I was told by the clerk that this was a country tax.

Wonderful staff. I've stayed here twice in 2012. Location is awesome. Easy to walk across the street for an inexpensive breakfast, and later for a wonderful dinner at Anno 1900 (reservations needed).

Im Großen und Ganzen war es für die zwei Übernachtungen in Ordnung. Anzumerken ist: Die gebucvhte Suite habe ich nicht bekommen (Doppelbelegung) dafür zwei Doppelzimmer zum selben Preis. In den gebüchten Doppelzimmer müßte öfters Staub gewicht werden. Die Handtücher sollten ggfl. ausgetauscht werden. Mein Badetuch z.B. war großflächig verbrannt. Har bodd noen ganger på dette hotellet.Beliggenheten passer godt.Nærme jernbanestasjonen,og den gamle maleriske trikken som stopper på utsiden og tar deg med til sentrum. ellers så er avstanden passe for en spasertur til sentrum.Meget hyggelig personale både i resepsjonen og restaurant.Bra frokost,og rene pene rom.

Es war nicht möglich, das Fenster während der Nacht offen zu lassen, wegen der Durchsagen vom Bahnhof. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und aus dem Gulli im Bad kam ein unangenehmer Geruch.

Am einem Vormittag war der Frühstücksraum so überfüllt, dass wir zunächst keinen Platz bekamen, dann mit anderen Gästen zusammen einen Miniplatz. Die Bedienung war allerdings immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war schlecht zu lüften, durch die vorbeifahrenden Züge konnten wir das Fester nicht öffnen. Unfreundlicher Empfang um 12.00 Uhr-Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung.Wenig Personal zum Nachlegen beim Frühstück, weil vor uns eine grössere Gruppe gefrühstückt hat.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Einkaufszentrum und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Früh wird man durch Bahnhofsansagen und durch einfahrende Züge geweckt. Das ist aber auch ganz gut um überhaupt noch was zum Frühstück zu bekommen. Es wurden während unseres Frühstücks (ca.30 min.) weder Brötchen noch Rührei nachgelegt und es war auch nicht besonders reichhaltig. Dieses Hotel erfüllt nicht im Geringsten die Ansprüche eines 3*** Hotels: Bei der Ankunft um 14:30 Uhr war das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig, trotzdem wurde der Schlüssel ausgegeben. Die Wände im Zimmer wiesen Risse auf, zudem enstrach die Ausstattung nicht den deutschen Kriterien für 3***. Die Unterbringung im Nebengebäude muss in der Hotelbeschreibung […] ersichtlich sein, das Hotel vermittelt hier schon gewissermaßen den Eindruck einer Täuschung. Ein reichhaltiges und vollständiges Frühstücksbuffet, wie in der Hotelbeschreibung umworben, wurde nicht angeboten. Stattdessen wurden billige Lebensmittel lieblos hingestellt. Auch eine Ergänzung/ Neubefüllung blieb aus. Das eingesetzte Servicepersonal vermittelte den Eindruck eines Lehrbetriebes ohne Selbständigkeit, Motivation und vor allem ohne jegliche Aufsicht einer Fachkraft. Natürlich wurde bei der Abreise nicht nach dem Gefallen des Aufenthaltes gefragt. Insgesamt ein Armutszeichen für das sonst wunderbare und freundliche Naumburg. Read more

Det kunne godt oplyses i beskrivelse af hotellet at man udleverer parkeringsseddel så man ikke skal betale for parkering, da der er betalingsautomater hvor man parkerer. Man bør også oplyse at der til hotellet findes et anneks hvor man kan blive anvist værelse, ikke at det er ringere, men så behøver man ikke først at slæbe sin bagage til receptionen […] og bagefter om i den gade hvor der er parkering, hvor også annekset befinder sig.
