Would definetly recommend this to familys or couples traveling together. The room/s were big enough for everyone to have there own space.

This hotel is probably not the best choice for families who enjoy swimming. We went in January so it wasn't a huge issue but had we gone in the summer I would have been disappointed because there is not a resort style pool with a lounge. The carpet was very dirty and stained. You could hear the neighbors. The beds were very uncomfortable. Despite all this I would recommend staying here. A good price for the location and size of unit (3 bedroom, two bath and a full kitchen). At 10 am on day of check out they were knocking at the door telling me to check out. A real turn off.

I wouldn't describe this as a hotel, more of a Condo and a home away from home. Very comfortable two bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, living room, balconies and full kitchen. Quick access to everything, including restaurants, grocery stores to stock the kitchen and save a few bucks and far enough from the parks to get a break, but close enough to get […] there fast. Now most reviews target the uncomfortable mattresses but I've slept on much worse. We didn't have time to utilize the pool or really any of the other amenities of the resort including the free movie rentals. There is a resort cleaning fee, but after you stay here and realize how big the rooms are, it's understandable and since they wait until you leave to do the cleaning, it probably takes a little longer. We had enough supplies included to last for more than our stay, but if you run out, they have a small store to get what you need, or you can run to Walmart 5 minutes away. It was quiet, relaxing and offered us the break we needed. This would be just under renting a home (which we have also done in the past) and I would absolutely stay here again. Read more

We are a couple traveling with no kids, ages 44&55 and my parents joined us. We rented a 2 bedrm. check-in. The office is right as you enter. I was greated warmly by a young man and when i said my last name he new my first name and had all my papers ready to go. Very good first impression. It took less than 5 min to check in. UNIT OVERALL... CLEAN! […] Now there is a $80 per stay cleaning fee-they hired the right company. Now there is slight wear and tear on carpets, but thats to be expected. Kitchen huge and well stocked. TIP: pack some cascade gel packs (they dont leek in luggage) there is only 1 travel pack of detergent. Open floor plan, very pretty and comphy furniture and a big TV. Table and chairs on the screen porch with ceiling fan. Big dining room table. Stackable washer dryer in small laundry room,...with hamper, mop, broom, dustpan,vacume. Bedrooms--HUGE with huge closets. Tons of hangers and drawer space.Now to confirm what everyone else has said the beds really are not great. I wish they would just spend the $ and replace the mattresses because i think it would make this resort perfect. Master bath has a lovely soak tub and glass shower. One other tiny thing, is there isn't really any towel/robe hooks. Insecond bath it has a regular ceramic tub/shower and smaller sink area. Nice angles and molding. One othr small complaint is in the bedrooms the windows have blinds which only filter light and the lights outside are super halogen lights and come through a bit. Read more

We got a room but there was so much mold in the master bedroom/bath that we asked for another room. Second room was nice however the twin beds are not good. The springs squeak so bad just moving at night woke me up.

Pleasant, spacious accommodation, some of the lights didn`t work and we didn`t bring this to anyones attention as we were too busy enjoying our holiday to worry about it. Tips for visitors to Florida, you can buy cheap tickets to the attractions in Florida, we used the yellow pages and telephoned around for the best deals. The room was clean and spacious and that was about the best thing I can say about this hotel. Cons: 1. Terrible beds - both my husband and I have back pains while we were there for 6 days. We have been going to Disney for the past seven years (sometimes two times a year and stayed at different resorts but the beds here are terrible. 2. Location - not […] as convenient. Definitely spend more time commuting to the theme parks. Route 192 (to get to the hotel) often has much traffic so you spend time getting stuck in it. 3. The quality of the staff was disappointing. We got to the resort at 2pm but was told to come back at 4pm. The resort was definitely not full when we checked in on Dec 20th (confirmed later that night when you look at the number of cars in the parking lot). 4. Big tub in the master beddroom. But no jacuzzi. Why bother with the tub then? 5. Big cleaning fee of approximately $60 on top of the daily $6 resort fee and still no daily cleaning service. All in all, we would not recommend our friends to stay here. Keep to I-Drive resorts which are close to outlets, shopping, restaurants and the parks. Read more

I enjoyed my stay at Caribe Cove Resorts. I came from Buffalo,NY to watch my son play in the UYFL National Championship and I must say my stay was a good one. The one thing that I would like to see improve is the bed because it wasn't the best. If they invest in new comfortable beds they would keep people coming back to this Resort.

I booked based on price, and even with the cleaning fees added in, this was still very economical. The apartment was very well equipped including can openers, laundry baskets etc. I was able to freeze water bottles, make snacks, do laundry each night and cook meals allowing us to put the money saved towards disneyworld expenses. We had a 3-bedroom appartment. The mattress in all 3 bedrooms was horrible...it was so old and stained..and just absolutly horrible to sleep on. There vas a thick layer of dust at the matress. The carpet in the room was so dirty and we had to keep our shoes on, as we didnt want to get dirty socks. the "fresh" Kitchen towel had a huge grease stain on […] it. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect! The staff was friendly, and our unit was bigger than our home. It was quiet, and we never heard our neighbors, which was important to us. I did wish the big bath tub was a jacuzzi, but you can't have it all. Overall good stay. Some problems with access, though, the elevator was out one day and nobody knew it. Was problematic more so when taking bulky items to car (especially when stairs are difficult to navigate).

We booked this facility because we needed 3 bedrooms for our family. The condos are beautiful and spacious. We had 3 issues with this hotel. First was the pool closed at sunset which is around 6 PM this time of year. After being at the parks during the day the kids were unable to swim in the evenings. I asked one of the staff members if they had a sister […] facility we could use to swim and she did offer to send us to another facility which was about 3 miles away. Another staff member rudely informed me they were not to do this and we could only go there this one time. Second issue was their guest computers were down and we were unable to use them to print boarding passes, etc. for our return flight. Last issue (BIG ISSUE) was the beds. We are a family who can sleep on just about anything. We found beds that we could not sleep on. After the second night, we took the beds apart and slept on mattresses on the floor. Although I've read they are in the process of replacing all the mattresses, it doesn't help those who are in rooms with the old mattresses. I do not recommend staying at this facility. Read more
