Nichols Guest House B & B - Seekonk

The house is adorable. It is small but so cozy and lovely. I highly recommend getting the rooms with private bathrooms. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with wonderful conversation. Dorothy is so accommodating to any dietary restrictions. It felt like we were staying at a friend's home for the weekend. We will definitely stay there again.

Disappointed with the host greeting. There was none. We checked in with a note on the door. Never met the hosts til breakfast which was great. The room was SMALL and the pictures did not do justice to that. Windows did not open although there was a ceiling fan which we used. Bath had toilet and very small shower. Sink was in the bedroom. Very accommodating, peaceful setting and cozy. Excellent breakfast and company, Dorothy and Walt were great hosts. When we were asked about any dietary allergies or conditions, we did not mention my spouse did not eat eggs (our fault). So breakfast was very good and it was eggs (I ate my spouse's eggs) and then we talked about what my spouse did eat […] for breakfast (not your traditional breakfast) AND Dorothy whipped up an angel food cake, there were fresh fruit (pineapple, grapes, and peaches) and whipped cream!!!! Wow, now that is very (overly) accommodating!! We would go back, our bathroom was not attached to our room but we were very comfortable (robes provided) to go downstairs and shower and use the facilities without feeling any disomfort. Read more

Very sweet bed and breakfast, very hospitable hosts in Dot and Walt, good conversations and great breakfast. One issue with room we stayed in was it did not have in room bath, and had to go downstairs which was inconvenient. Overall experience very good, would go back but request room with bath next time.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. We loved the cozyness of the guest house. The king size bed we slept in was like sleeping in a cloud. I think the best part was breakfast time. Not only was the food they served superb but Walt and Dorothy's company was very enjoyable. Great people who enjoyed talking to everyone at the breakfast table. A well-run B and B with friendly and reliable owners. We were surprised by the smallness of our room (Cameron), so I would advise couples (and maybe even solo travellers) to check with the owners so that they know what to expect in terms of space. Breakfast was a lavish spread.

The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were large and well done. We had the smallest room with shared bath downstairs. That was inconvient, but we did not pay that much. Good parking, off the beaten path so we put a few extra miles on the rental car.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast - fantastic! It's a cute place, comfortable and not too far from things in Rhode Island. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower - started out as a drip, but picked up after a few minutes. Overall, a good deal.
