I stayed here with my 3 girlfriends for a few days of relaxation. We stayed during the off-tourist season, and were probably 4 of about 12 total guests at the resort at the end of April. The other guests were all sleezy American men with their Dominican prostitutes, which made for a sour atmosphere when hanging out around the pool and at dinner. The […] pools were beautiful (there are two of them, one is quieter and one is supposed to be a party atmosphere). The food and drinks were disappointing at best. I am not a picky eater, but I found myself barely eating anything at the meals because nothing was palatable - the food was very salty and not very flavorful. The drinks were hit or miss - the most disappointing was that the beer from the tap was most certainly not Presidente, which the bartender said they were serving us. The rooms were hit or miss as well. My room's bathroom door and walls were molding away, but my friend's room was nicer. Also, when I accidentally locked my key in the room, their solution was to climb into the room via the outside window, which made me feel entirely unsafe and relieved that I was checking out later that day. Overall, I would say skip this place and spend the money on something a little nicer and higher quality. Read more

There's almost no water in the shower, so I could'nt wash my hair at the hotelroom, I had to wash it in the shower by the pool. There isn't hot water in the showers. Our toilet worked now and then. There was no toilet paper or soap available at the toilets by the pool so you have to go in the bar first to ask for napkins. The water in the pool is dirty […] (flies, leaf etc). The staff is not very helpful. Overall it's an annoing hotel.. The good thing about it was the food, it was ok. Except for that they don't refill, so don't be late for breakfast. Read more

This place is a dump and should not be listed here. Quite frankly I was embarrassed to even step foot in the lobby. I had to pay for another hotel after I saw that piece of crap. Please Folks stay away from this dump in Puerto Plata in Dominican Republic.

Not since my college days many decades ago have I experienced something like this. Everything is in disrepair. Nothing works, I would not bother writing the long list. The hotel needs to close and start all over from scratch.

I made a reservation to a hotel in the Cabarete Beach, based in the pictures and the information you posted in the internet. Have you ever revised the publicity you offer? I dont think so. The hotel was the worst I have seen, Dirty, all aged, the seats completely rusted, the beach was not suitable to swim, yje air conditioning did not work, the bed […] sheets were dirty, overused and torned. The bathroon was full of fungus, the swimming pool was green ans fishy smelly, did not have a parking lot, must park the cars out in the street. Room was disgusting, the sheets felt like paper. There is only 1 bar and half the time it was closed. The hotel is about a mile down a side street far off the cabarete strip. This is a nice little resort away from from the hustle and bustle of the big tourist areas. The beach is amazing. The resort is older and in need of general maintenance, but it's location and attention to service makes that easy to over look. The people working at the hotel were extremely nice. My problems were with the rooms mostly. The room was very stuffy and the lighting was horrible--the furniture was falling apart (front of the cabinet just fell off). The bathroom light was flourescent and very dark--couldn't see well at all. The water pressure was just a trickle ( and though I know […] the area is a bit remote--I expected a little more). The room just wasn't comfortable. The food was fair as is the case with most all inclusives, but the service staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel played really bad Kenny G music all waking hours--and at times pop/house music til too late at night-- it was the holidays, so this may not happen all the time. Находится на отшибе Кабарете, без машины до основного пляжа и ресторанов не добраться, внутри отеля все запущено, регулярно не работал туалет, кондиционер, ужасная еда, завтрак в отеле со второго дня есть было не возможно. За приблизительно ту же стоимость можно было арендовать прекрасные апартаменты на основном пляже.

El restaurante principal es amplio, con una gran variedad de platillos tanto regionales como internacionales, atendidos por un personal que se caracteriza por su amabilidad y alegria. La playa es muy amplia y muy agradable, dando la sensancion de estar en una playa privada. Hay otros dos restaurantes que nos ofrecen una mayor variedad en la comida.
