This hotel is very close to the mall area, maybe a five minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Other than some dirty blankets that look like they've been sitting in the closet for God knows how long, and broken (falling apart) light fixtures we're pretty satisfied with out stay.

We where 4 adults in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. One of the bedrooms had bunk beds so 1 couple had to sleep on the pull out sofa. The train is just across the court yard it is very easy to get to downtown Paris - just 30 minutes on train. I have stayed at other apartment style hotels. I have to say I was plesantly surprised at how well laid out this was. Although it wasn't as large as some I have stayed at in the past it had several qualities about it that made it a winner. First and formost is the proximity to the local train station. I can say you could literally throw a stone at the […] entrance to the train station which is only one stop away from Disneyland. Head the other direction and in about 30-40 minutes from downtown Paris. The room itself was clean and efficient. Two single beds were put together in the typical European fasion to make one larger bed in the bedroom and then a larger fold out couch for 2 more people and a fold out loveseat for the fifth person. I didn't get any complaints from the kids on the fold out so I assume they didn't mind one bit. Amenities included microwave, stove, hot water pot, coffee pot and a small dishwasher. There was no soap for cleaning the dishes but if you are planning on staying for a long weekend or need anything there is an enormous mall with a grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance. We parked our car on Friday and didn't move it again until Monday when we left. I can't remember off the top of my head what the cost was but there was an additional surcharge for parking and a city tax per person that is paid upon arrival. If you have any problems or concerns the staff was readily able to help out. You would be hard pressed to find better. Read more

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in France, and we stayed at the Residhome Val d'Europe. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is very clean. We stayed less than 6 nights, so we didn't meet the requirements for room service. It's an apartment, not a hotel. There was a nominal charge to exchange our towels. Metor is directly across the street from Residhome, which made it nice when traveling back at night with the kids. Just a few blocks aways is a fabulous mall and outlet. This hotel was quite a distance from the Gare du Nord and the train service on the RER A was very problematic. The first train was so packed we could not get on board at all. With a small child along (as might be expected for someone who chose to stay close to the Disney amusement park), it was not a good scene at 10 p.m. to have to wait for a train […] which could carry us and our luggage. Used as a base for a 3 night stay while we visited DisneyLand Paris. Excellent location 3 min train journey to DLP, staff friendly and apartment was clean with clean towels every day. We were in a room with broken fixtures. There is no cleaning unless your checking out, which was a bit much after a weeks stay. The hotel is near a large shopping centre which was cool and is one stop from disney land by train.

The hotel is in a great location should you be travelling to Disney Land. The hotel itself would of been decent if a few improvements were made. The air conditioner is fixed at one temperature and all you can do is turn a fan on. The rooms were very stuffy, there were broken fixtures in the room and the beds are not that comfortable.

The local shops were very helpful for fresh milk and breads like Asda and Tesco, but a little expensive then UK. The big shopping mall and the designer shops were also great for bargains. The hotel is one stop away from all the hustle and bustle of DIsneyland Paris. Hotel had replenished plenty of toiletries, no problem whatsoever.

It was clean and seems to have been refurbished recently with two new TVs although all the English language channels weren't working which made them pointless for us. Great helpful staff room was very big and roomy for us although the bed very uncomfortable. Very clean and well maintain room there was a broken lock on the window which we where unable to close on the first night we told recpetion and was fixed straight away. But overall a nice place to stay and about a 3* comfort we didnt use the self catering option but ate out so not sure how to rate that side of things. There was a lack of heating too as it was a cold weekend so I had to use a sleeping bag I brought to keep warm. And also the Tv has only news in english would of been nice after a huge day out in disney and paris to be able to watch a movie or something.
