My room's plumbing was poor. The water in the tub and the sinks drained too slowly, to the point that it could be unsanitary. Also, do NOT pull into the parking lot if you're pulling a trailer. The parking lot does NOT stretch all the way around, and there isn't enough room to back out a trailer if the lot is full, which it is for the most part. I recommend parking a rig with trailer across the street at the OfficeMax parking lot, where you have plenty of room to turn around if need be.

Loved it! It was great to just walk down the street from the theatre & be at the hotel. No parking or traffic snarls to drive through. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very good. I wish the cookies & milk would have been available after the opera but it got over too late. We will definitely stay at the Magnolia the next time we go to the opera.

Great hotel. We have started there a number of times and every time it has been top notch. The original room we got this time was a little too small for us (2 adults and 3 kids) so the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite for a minimal charge. Definitely a great hotel. "New Year's Eve Hotel Stay With Grandchildren"
We surprise our grandchildren with an overnight stay for New Year's Eve. The hotel staff was wonderful as was the clenliness and comfort of the hotel. All of us had a good breakfast in the morning and then the kids went for another swim before checking out. The only complaint we had was the Chlorine level in the pool and the Hot Tub. It was so high […] that our kids and most of the people in the pool are were coughing really bad from the chlorine gas in the air. We finally propped open the outside door to let some fresh air in and notified the front desk that we had done so. After most of the other swimmers had left, we turned off the whirlpool and that helped a lot! Not having all of the air bubbles releasing chlorine into the air was much better. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I had actually booked the wrong date by accident and they quickly swapped it out for me. People were perfect, room was huge and clean, pillows were great and all the amenities seemed brand new!! I needed a hotel that did NOT accept pets since I have severe allergies to cats and dogs. I called ahead of time to make sure and was assured that the did have a "no pet" policy. Other hotels listed no pets but upon calling found out that for a fee they would take pets. This would be a disaster for me! When I got to my room I found it clean and fresh […] smelling and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless! There was a nice big TV and I could use my computer. The breakfast was one of the best I've enjoyed...fresh fruit, cerials, eggs and make-your-own waffles! Coffee and juice topped it all off. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back!
