Large room with a lot of space not utilized. Bed too far from TV. Air handler in wall behind bed headboard vibrated causing the bed to vibrate all night, and was noisy. Bathroom vanity extended out in front of sink, making it awkward to use. No towel bars next to vanity. There was no refrigerator or microwave in room. The breakfast was very good.

I was told i could check out at 1pm, but the next day housekeeping, and the front desk continued to harrass me even when I told them I had a late checkout. they continued waking me up with their knocking and phone calls. I felt safe at this hotel. Front Desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The king suite on the first floor was great with great access from room to parking lot. Check out was fast. Continental staff were very friendly and Breakfast was great.

I had a very bad trip getting to the Hotel from NJ. When I checked into the Hampton, Robert was on duty at the desk. He welcomed me with a Gatorade and an upgrade of room. The extra attention was very much appreciated. Other staff members I came in contact with were just as accomodating.

Staff was VERY attentive and very aware of our Hilton Honor status, from the beginning (even walking through the door). Casey, in particular, was very awesome right away. The hotel was 100% on target, however, there is something going on in the neighborhood that had a few businesses shutting down and several internal and external security warnings. […] The hotel was not even half full. Wonderful, wonderful Hotel experience for the perfect price! The facility was amazingly clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The complimentary continental breakfast will wow you! Not your average spread of Bagels and Pastries, they had everything! Even fresh, hot eggs and waffles. My only complaint was the bed was just a tad uncomfortable- bouncy […] yet hard and you could feel the difference between the sides of the bed and the center, due to so many couples sleeping on it before. Not a deal breaker, though, as this is common at many hotels and alot about personal preference. I might suggest they flip the matress every other stay! Other than that, the room was fatastic. We were visiting family. So, we only ate breakfast and slept there. The food was good. Each morning they had a different kind of hot egg dish and meat choice. Waffels, fruit, baggels, danish. We traveled up north to a retirement party and needed a place to spend the night. I was pleasantly surprised. The location was right off the 5 Freeway. Even though it was close to the Freeway there was no noise in our room. The Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable! We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn. We stayed five nights. The first three nights we had very loud neighbors in the room above us. Loud stomping and pacing well into the night. After the third night we could not take it anymore(couldn't sleep!!). I went to the front desk the next morning and requested to have our room moved due to the noise(up […] until this time I had not called the desk or complained in anyway). The person working the desk was very helpful, we were moved to a new room and they upgraded us to a suite for free! They were very apologetic and sincere. This was a great experience and would recommend to anyone. Our room(s) were clean and promptly cleaned each day at around 9am. Read more

The room was very clean and available before check-in time. 12 o'clock check out was very convenient. Breakfast was good also with the staff there thst helped with your every need. Hotel was very nice for an overnight stay. We requested a change in rooms from our original reservation, which was granted by the Front Desk staff. Great customer service. The only drawback was that the closest restaurants were all fast foods. Not too good if you are into eating healthy foods.
