Following the directions I was given and finding the motel was easy and very accessible. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and even had a nice smell when we walked in. There was a little noise from the room next door, but it was over well before ten PM, so it was not an issue.

Very clean! Staff was very nice. They offered continental breakfast, which most Super 8's in Texas do not. We were very impressed the hotel all around.

Hallway smelled musty. Bed was not comfortable. I couldn't sleep past midnight due to loud tv & noisy guests in nearby rooms. Poor housekeeping.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the workers /management try to put you out before the actual check out time which is 11am. They were banging on everyone door loudly and rudely trying to hurry and clean it i guess. The breakfast was also horrible.

It is a good hotel for a 1-2 night stay, however the surroundings were not very good, I did not feel very safe when going out walking to take the bus or metro.

Very poor management. Staff was not capable of changing a king to a double in a mostly-empty motel. Next door neighbors played TV loud all night. Staff would not get them to turn it down. We left at 3AM to find a place to sleep for a few hours.

It was a pretty decent stay for a 50$ room. It was clean, comfy, and there was a lot within close distance as far as fast food/restaurants/gas stations. Some people were complaining about cigarette smells, but the smoking rooms are at the top of the stairs that lead up to the second floor, the room itself was quite clean.

The window in the room was damaged so that it would not close. The window would not completely close. Given the cold snowy weather this was uncomfortable. The other guests were very noisy. Every place has that one guest that is loud, but there seemed to be about six rooms with people unaware that slamming doors, televisions turned up, and shouting could be heard up and down the hall. Things did seem to settle down after 3 am, which I found unacceptable. This was just not the right place for me.

the motel was ok, they had no elevators so you had to carry your luggage up stairs. and when i got there they said that confirmation number is not right. so they over charged me. i was not very happy about that, i called back twice about it they said they will call me back and never did.

We chose this Super 8 on Expedia to stay overnight for an early flight out of Lambert. Staff was very friendly, easy check in, and had breakfast, very clean, and bed was confortable, free parking while we were away. Only downfall was no shuttle to the airport. It cost a total of $35 for cab fair roadtrip.

Needs major updating. Mattress needed replacement. Frayed edges. Old and not sure if clean bedspread. Old large TVs. Old furniture. Breakfast was interesting. Food items were not replaced when emptied. When breakfast crowd filled up dining room, I asked manager about more yogurt. Just 4 single servings brought out even when seeing there were over 20 people around. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking. We smelled smoke residue and it was prevalent in hallways. Not a pleasant stay.

I swear, reading some of these reviews make you believe you're staying in a shack in the worst part of war-torn Iraq. This hotel was nothing like I expected. The gentleman at the front desk was very friend. Though the lobby smelled like smoke, that didn't carry over to our room. The bathroom was very clean, as was the shower (no mold, despite what others have said). The bed was soft and comfortable. All the linens were clean. The TV had great reception and all the appliances in the room worked. No excessive noise outside or in the hotel, either. Very satisfied with this hotel - great room for the price!

Close to where I was staying and inexpensive. Bare bones room; no micro/fridge, analog (tube) TV! Did have Wifi. Stairs to second floor; no elevator. Complimentary breakfast never showed up, even after 6 AM. King size bed sagged. Reasonably clean and OK for the price, but definitely only for the budget-minded.

It reeked of smoke from the time you walked in the hotel. Our room was supposed to new non smoking and it also reeked of smoke. It was not in a very safe area. There was people slamming doors all night long and when other rooms took a shower it sounded like they were in our shower.

No Ice Bucket, or glasses on two paper cups for the coffee maker. I drink tea, no tea so I suffered. The sheets were not clean, stained. I had to wait for the next day and catch the cleaning people to change the sheets. Key card kept de-magnetizing. TV's are out dated, could not turn on with the remote control, had to manually turn on and off. Nor could the volume be turned up or down again manually had to turn up and down.

Upon arrival we were sent to a room that was not ready. When we got our room that was " ready" it smelled awful and there was a lot of hair in the " clean" sheets. We asked for clean sheets and changed them ourselves. Carpet is old and filthy. Box springs on bed are yellow. Comforter on the beds are old and dirty. The bathroom was clean. It was loud at night. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere. This is not a nice place to stay.

In terms of everywhere else I stayed throughout the South, this hotel did not have the best value for money. The walls were paper thin, and we had some issues with noisy neighbours that seemed to go unnoticed. The staff were extremely friendly; however, the state of the facilities seemed to let the overall experience down. I understand I don't spend much on a hotel, and even though the place was old, it still felt quite run down. The location, however, was a plus - close to a bit of everything, from shopping and dining to downtown and out-of-town.

The hotel was overall pretty good, very clean and well maintained.with the exception of the staff I enjoyed it. The first two night the receptionist would stop me to talk about her terrible life and would start crying in front of me. Very awkward to say the least. The WIFI worked just one day out of my week long stay.

Staff is excellent. It really puts in the extra mile with a special treat at breakfast. Furthermore: I left my coffee tumbler outside. Not only did they keep it for me, they even washed it so it was clean the next morning.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. You must eat your "breakfast" in the lobby and cannot take it to your room or with you. I went down to get a piece of toast and bring it to my room to get ready and was told it was against the rules and had to eat it there. I threw it away, I did not have time to eat there!
