This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe it has a 5 star beach, but the luxury stops there. We had an all inclusive package, so given the discount we got, we have gotten what we paid for, but this does not justify the lack of amenities in the rooms (I would rate the rooms 1 star) or the carelessness of the management (they send us into a room which is […] not cleaned yet and they claimed that they were told it was ready) and for the general feel of a regular Motel you get in the corridors. I would call this type of hotel: Beach and Buffet (as opposed to bed and breakfast). because those are the two things that justify the money paid.. everything else doesn't! Read more

2miles away from the location shown on Hotels.com map. No wifi available in the hotel contrary to description. This is a half board or AI place and the food choice and selection was very poor and repetitive. Even on AI it was extra for fresh orange juice, sun lounger cushions etc The rooms are getting old and there was noisy renovation going on during […] the stay. Al the staff were very friendly and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was looked after. The Animation team could possibly have done a bit more, but as it was October there were not a lot of children to entertain, and there were more elderly people, alot of which were there just for a rest. Not too keen on the fact […] that you have to pay for the mats for the sun loungers, but the lifeguards did a terrific job, and kept everywhere tidy. It is the second time we have been to this hotel and we shall ,hopefully ,be returning again next year, and we would recommend it to anyone. We recommend Tunisia for a holiday to anyone as it is a great country and the tunisian people are great. We always enjoy trying Tunisian food and the hotel caters for all tastes. We very rarely leave the hotel complex as there is always enough for us to do, or just sit and relax in the beautiful surroundings in the glorious sunny weather. Read more

I have stayed in some of the worlds best and worst hotels and one rule still applies - you get what you pay for. If you pay a modest outlay for a holiday then you can normally expect a modestly priced hotel in return and that is where this hotel sits. It is not perfect, of course not, which hotels are, but if you manage your expectation you can enjoy […] all what PE Kantoui has to offer in a good hotel for a very modest outlay. Most guests are middle aged and are either German, French or Russian. Brits are very fimly in the minority here - so if you like to be amongst british guests think again about coming here. Bedrooms are quite spacious are carpeted and come with a bathroom which is well appointed with a fully functional shower with excellent water pressure, bath, toilet and a built in sink with plenty of storage space. tHE BEACH ..is simply gorgeous. White, fine sand and a lovely warm sea. dINING AND FOOD The first point is as this is All Inclusive you cannot and should not expect Al la carte food. The food is aimed at mass catering but still maintaining quality and I think as a general foodie they achieved that. if you want sun, sea and sand in a good hotel on the beach for a reasonable cost you cannot go wrong here. If you want European style sophistication then don't come to Tunisia. This hotel, may not be a 5 star luxury but is is a well managed hotel and the staff are very keen to ensure you have a good time and will be very accomodating for you. Read more

En av anledningarna till att vi valde just detta hotellet var att det fanns tillgång till Internet då detta är viktigt för mitt arbete. Det visade sig att detta var begränsat till en lite glasbur på 3kvm i lobbyn och kostade 400:-/timme. Hotellets pool som var en annan avgörande faktor var smutsig och överklorerad så det skummade om den. Maten vi fick […] var en stor buffé som vid första intrycket var imponerande, men ack så enformig. Redan andra dagen gick vi ut och åt på en restaurang då vi hade lessnat på att bli serverade samma sak frukost, lunch o middag. Sen har vi det här med "ALL INCLUSIVE" Bra sprit - kostar extra Badhanddukar - kostar extra solstolar - kostar extra Internet - kostar massor extra biljardborden - kostar extra Om ni väljer detta hotell ta en halvpension och gå ut o ät middag eller välj all inclusive om spriten är viktigare än maten.
